- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
- The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

- Pick up from areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour.
- Child below 2 Years are not recommended for this tour.
- The company reserves the right to cancel part of the whole of the tour in case of any unexpected circumstances like weather, government decisions, etc. The clients shall be accommodated with alternative tour dates or itinerary.
