Morning, just wanted to say we had a great day (tho exhausting day) yesterday guide was excellent kept us well informed and entertained throughout. We had a good mix of guests who all knew how to tell the time!! More important than you might think. All in all a very good day a huge thank you to our lovely driver who I enjoyed teasing about my old bones. Only an observation we had 4 small children all same family group delightful, but too long a day for them keep them in from becoming fractious,the youngest in particular was still reliant on mum re food very stressful for her and everyone,made guides job difficult on occasion. Perhaps an age limit of 5 years for children on the long trips would help. That said it’s only an observation,a very good day and one we would happily recommend to others. We had a great tour and the tour guide was exceptional. Unfortunately we were delayed at a few stops due to other guests coming back late which delayed us returning. This was not a problem however I would like to suggest hotels giving guests information about the attire for the mosque as some people took so much time to decide what to buy at the shop. The guide has a lot of patience and he was really knowledgeable and would recommend this tour

Very well managed Day trip. Bus was clean with basic amenities and water bottle provided. The tour guide Mr. Ali was very clear and gave us lot of information. The captain and tour guide were very particular on timings and gave 2-3 warnings and were also ready to leave late comers for benefit of other travellers. They gave us adequate time to visit places and take pictures. Half day tour is little rush rush types- but covers majority of places. The trip started from Dubai frame and ended at Dubai mall at 2 pm. The drop was at the pick up Destination. Guide had fluency on English and Hindi so could explain all doubts of passengers. Excellent experience. I shall definitely take this package in future and refer many friends and family members too. Thanks you.

We were in the desert with our guide Haroon Khan. Haroon proved to be a really helpful, kind and nice person. I went with my mom and he always cared about her, having a prosthetic knee, but she literally loved to go on safari. At first we stayed in a camp Rayna where it was possible to go on a camel ride or rent a quad. After that we went on a safari with an Arabic background. Later Haroon took us to take pictures at sunset where he made us almost a photo shoot😂. At the end he accompanied us to the camp where we had dinner and saw some typical shows. Thank you, Haroon!

5 night 6 days trip to Dubai / Abu Dhabi was a memorable trip for both of us. Primarily due to the following reasons: 1. Dubai is a clean tourist friendly spot with lots to experience. 2. It has beautiful places to be visited for all age groups. 3. Shopping experience was very good. 4. System followed at Dubai is worth a mention. People driving in road follow the rules and regulations set by the authorities. City Tours of Dubai / Abu Dhabi was very enjoyable. It was exciting. 5. Food was nice. Hotel was also very good. Facilities were good. Food offered was excellent.

Our tour guide arrived on time, and kept us updated on everything at all times. We had an amazing time throughout the tour. We had the most incredible experience on our day tour of Dubai today with with Freddy as our guide and Younas as our driver. Overall tour was good, There was a delay in the beginning as some of the passengers were not ready for the pickup. Amrish was a good tour guide, he told us a lot about the history and key sites. I hope in the future, you will add back the Dubai museum where people can experience the history of Dubai.

From the moment we were picked up from our Hotel Boulevard Autograph Collection we were comfortably cooled in well air conditioned coach as it was over 40dgs outside. It was great to have Touqueer Ahmed as our driver to take us to highlights/attractions in a private air conditioned vehicle. The weather was far too hot for us to be using services like the hop-on - hop-off bus. He was happy to show us around, or for us to let him know what we wanted to see. Following our whatsapp from yesterday, informing that we were unhappy with the quality of the bus in which we were transported (small windows, weak air con, uncomfortable) we would like to add some more information: 1) the driver had a very reckless and fast way of driving and we are quite certain that he fell asleep for a couple of seconds while he was driving and when he stopped at a traffic light; the guide will be able to confirm it; it was a dangerous situation. 2) as the tour started 1 hour later than expected, everything had to be done in a hurry, in time to be at 6 pm in the mall to see the water show. All that gave us little time to enjoy the several stops. 3) the guide was always polite and answered all questions asked. He clearly knew what he was doing, and maybe he was uncomfortable with our discomfort. 4) we stopped in interesting places and the tour was well designed. 5) as mentioned before, the car was clearly inadequate for a touristic tour. Besides being small and uncomfortable, the windows were too small, and when the guide invited us to look at the right or the left, all we saw was road and cars, because there was no angle to see above it. At least for those not sitting by the window. Concluding: in our opinion the experience was below standard, very expensive considering the quality of the small bus and the fact that we started the tour 1 hour later. The tour is well designed, the guide was very competent and the person that sold us the tour (in the Aloft Hotel) was also very nice, polite and competent. We will not recommend this tour.

I had an amazing boating experience traveling the waterways around Dubai during the evening twilight hours. The captain and his deckhand were extremely accommodating to my tour requests and readily shared their local knowledge of key landmarks that dominated the city skyline. It was an excellent excursion that proved to be both pleasurable and informative.

I did the City Tour on a rare rainy day in Dubai. While I understand that rain in Dubai is uncommon, my recent City Tour experience could have been improved with better communication and adjustments for the weather. Communication: A notification about the pickup delay due to rain would have been appreciated. Vehicle Cleanliness: The van's cleanliness (tissue paper, food crumbs, coffee cups) could have been better. Adapting to Rain: Some adjustments to the tour itinerary due to the rain, like providing ponchos or seeking shelter during explanations, would have enhanced the experience. We were often caught in the rain while the tour guide spoke. Time Management: The tour felt rushed with less than 20 minutes at each stop. Additionally, the Dubai Frame was not included as advertised in the itinerary.

Money is taken to apply for a visa. I had to do multiple follow-ups as they were not checking the documentation required documents properly. Don't even bother to double-check that the documents sent to them are all they need. I had to do multiple follow-ups on the embassy website and inform them. What is the point of having the agency apply if lots of mistakes and poor services are going to be provided?

Was amazing just cruising around the Marina, Canal out to the Palms looking at the housing and business, the huge fairest wheel was amazing with the lights changing. the meal and staff were excellent. dancer was brilliant light and all.

The service we received at this Ice Lounge was superior. The staff provided us with warm clothing that made exploring the lounge fun and enjoyable.

It was unique to see tables, chairs, walls, and sculptures made of ice. This Ice Lounge is ideal to escape the heat and enjoy hot beverages and snacks in freezing temperature.

Our guide Thashreef Farook, and driver Tabrez, took us on a really interesting day long exploration of Dubai and its many highlights and tourist attractions. Some were photo stops only (enough to pique your interest to go back to explore later), but we had site visits in the Souks, old town, a ride on the monorail through The Palms, A Mosque (appropriate cover up garments supplied), Dubai Mall to see the aquarium followed by the Burj Khalifa fountain display. Farook was amazing. He was informative, friendly and understanding and even though the traffic held us up and we got behind schedule he remained calm the whole time. We would recommend this trip to any visitors who want a guided condensed overview of this fascinating city. We were SOOO appreciative of the air conditioned bus and the continuous supply of cold bottled water that helped us cope with a "feels like 50 deg" hot humid day.

The guest was Unsatisfied with the Services Provided by Raina Tours.

The tour was good and tour guide was excellent but I am very unhappy because I found out the staff at courtyard by Marriott hotel who booked it for us charged us 600AED which is twice the amount we should have paid for the full day tour for 2 Adults. The driver was talking very interesting stuff, like that building is that and so on, the driver knows very much about the city and the nature too. I'd say overall impressed with the half day tour that we booked through out hotel, Hayat Place Al Rigga. My family and I were pleased with the tour by guide Savio, and driver Badri. The half day tour was definitely worth the money and i would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for the first time. We were stunned looking at the Dragon Mart. We have never seen a mall that houses 3500 retail and wholesale shops. Everything that we wanted to shop for were available there. We shopped till we dropped.
