From the moment we were picked up from our Hotel Boulevard Autograph Collection we were comfortably cooled in well air conditioned coach as it was over 40dgs outside. Amarish (please forgive if spelt incorrectly} was a superb guide!! Highly recommend him and the driver was excellent. Following our whatsapp from yesterday, informing that we were unhappy with the quality of the bus in which we were transported (small windows, weak air con, uncomfortable) we would like to add some more information: 1) the driver had a very reckless and fast way of driving and we are quite certain that he fell asleep for a couple of seconds while he was driving and when he stopped at a traffic light; the guide will be able to confirm it; it was a dangerous situation. 2) as the tour started 1 hour later than expected, everything had to be done in a hurry, in time to be at 6 pm in the mall to see the water show. All that gave us little time to enjoy the several stops. 3) the guide was always polite and answered all questions asked. He clearly knew what he was doing, and maybe he was uncomfortable with our discomfort. 4) we stopped in interesting places and the tour was well designed. 5) as mentioned before, the car was clearly inadequate for a touristic tour. Besides being small and uncomfortable, the windows were too small, and when the guide invited us to look at the right or the left, all we saw was road and cars, because there was no angle to see above it. At least for those not sitting by the window. Concluding: in our opinion the experience was below standard, very expensive considering the quality of the small bus and the fact that we started the tour 1 hour later. The tour is well designed, the guide was very competent and the person that sold us the tour (in the Aloft Hotel) was also very nice, polite and competent. We will not recommend this tour.

I had an amazing boating experience traveling the waterways around Dubai during the evening twilight hours. The captain and his deckhand were extremely accommodating to my tour requests and readily shared their local knowledge of key landmarks that dominated the city skyline. It was an excellent excursion that proved to be both pleasurable and informative.

I did the City Tour on a rare rainy day in Dubai. While I understand that rain in Dubai is uncommon, my recent City Tour experience could have been improved with better communication and adjustments for the weather. Communication: A notification about the pickup delay due to rain would have been appreciated. Vehicle Cleanliness: The van's cleanliness (tissue paper, food crumbs, coffee cups) could have been better. Adapting to Rain: Some adjustments to the tour itinerary due to the rain, like providing ponchos or seeking shelter during explanations, would have enhanced the experience. We were often caught in the rain while the tour guide spoke. Time Management: The tour felt rushed with less than 20 minutes at each stop. Additionally, the Dubai Frame was not included as advertised in the itinerary.

The variety of rides and attractions ensures that there's something for everyone. The hydromagnetic waterslide was heart-racing experience. For an extreme aquatic fun, the Liwa Loop and Jebel Drop are the perfect rides.

Money is taken to apply for a visa. I had to do multiple follow-ups as they were not checking the documentation required documents properly. Don't even bother to double-check that the documents sent to them are all they need. I had to do multiple follow-ups on the embassy website and inform them. What is the point of having the agency apply if lots of mistakes and poor services are going to be provided?

Rayna Tours’ Dubai city tour was a masterclass. It unveiled the stunning attractions of Dubai from the bygone era to the present. Was amazing just cruising around the Marina, Canal out to the Palms looking at the housing and business, the huge fairest wheel was amazing with the lights changing. the meal and staff were excellent. dancer was brilliant light and all.

Seeing charming neighbourhoods, which would have taken hours, from one single point was a joyous experience. The bustling souks, and lush-green parks were refreshing to the eyes.

The trip was arranged by Enayah a very courteous staff at Rayna. We had two days free time and I reached out to Rayna. Their staff made a quick plan for two days. I have my preferences and they quickly made all the arrangements. The entire trip from start to end was perfect and very relaxed as per our request. I would recommend Rayna to any of my friends visiting Dubai. Special commendations to Enayah for all the support inspite of being on sick leave. The Ice Lounge is a multi-purpose place where you can hangout in a freezing atmosphere to escape from the hot temperature outside as well as enjoy it like a museum admiring the ice sculptures.

The service we received at this Ice Lounge was superior. The staff provided us with warm clothing that made exploring the lounge fun and enjoyable.

It was unique to see tables, chairs, walls, and sculptures made of ice. This Ice Lounge is ideal to escape the heat and enjoy hot beverages and snacks in freezing temperature.

Our guide Thashreef Farook, and driver Tabrez, took us on a really interesting day long exploration of Dubai and its many highlights and tourist attractions. Some were photo stops only (enough to pique your interest to go back to explore later), but we had site visits in the Souks, old town, a ride on the monorail through The Palms, A Mosque (appropriate cover up garments supplied), Dubai Mall to see the aquarium followed by the Burj Khalifa fountain display. Farook was amazing. He was informative, friendly and understanding and even though the traffic held us up and we got behind schedule he remained calm the whole time. We would recommend this trip to any visitors who want a guided condensed overview of this fascinating city. We were SOOO appreciative of the air conditioned bus and the continuous supply of cold bottled water that helped us cope with a "feels like 50 deg" hot humid day.

The multimedia presentation about the building on the ground floor was enjoyable. The elevator ride to the 124th level was enjoyable. We engrossed in the astonishing view of Dubai’s city from the observatory deck. The advanced telescopes allowed us to enjoy a closer look at the breathtaking landscapes of Dubai.

The tour was good and tour guide was excellent but I am very unhappy because I found out the staff at courtyard by Marriott hotel who booked it for us charged us 600AED which is twice the amount we should have paid for the full day tour for 2 Adults. The driver was talking very interesting stuff, like that building is that and so on, the driver knows very much about the city and the nature too. I'd say overall impressed with the half day tour that we booked through out hotel, Hayat Place Al Rigga. My family and I were pleased with the tour by guide Savio, and driver Badri. The half day tour was definitely worth the money and i would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for the first time. Badri navigated the Dubai traffic safely and Savio communicated clearly, was very positive and had an enjoyable sense of humor. Both were very professional and cared for us the whole time.
