Dhow Cruise Dinner - Marina

We were 2 families from Hyatt place Jumeirah.. AC was not working on lower deck..food was not worth for money, kids was exhausted. Crew was good and attentive..not recommend to any families.

Hi I am sharing my painful experience with Rayan tours for my booking of Dhow Cruise. I booked cruise for 16th Feb 2024, for my family.we arrived on time for our trip and dinner, but on arrival we were informed that due to some technical issue which could not be resolved the sail was cancelled and staff there apologised and informed us that the money will be refunded After multiple calls to contact person mentioned in the booking I was informed to contact company sales person and send a mail to company for same. After multiples messages and to the sales person and multiple e mails regarding my refund I was insulted with the statement that only you have complaint out of the 100s of booking happened that day. After continuous follow-ups and persuasions I finally got my booking amount back in my credit card account on 24 may 2024.after 3mnths and 10 days. Overall it was a very horrible experience and i will recommend that anyone doing booking with Rayan Tours be mindful of these facts and are suggested to look for better alternative options.

The driver was so professional and was careful considering that my wife is pregnant. Thanks to him and appreciate his kindness. It was my first time experience in a dhow cruise. Well presented and well prepared. I did not see the inclusions properly and so the Tanura Dance was surprising. The food was delicious, specially the deserts. It was a nice to cruise admiring at the Marina view and having food on table while enjoying the Tanura Dance.

Great tours, the tour guide provided detailed and interesting information, answered questions. I feel it covered a lot of places of attrction within one tour. Water was provided though it was not a very hot day. Time flew and it was said when that exciting tour was over.

The driver came on time in fact earlier. We also get down earlier. We reached at cruise terminal around 710pm am. Upon reaching, the Cruise officer said our name was not registered/booked. When we showed our QR code, they said this booking was already cancelled. Syed our driver spoke to them about something in their language and after 10 min they said ok for us to board. We go in at 730 but the cruise moved at 840 pm. The buffet didn't start until the cruise moved. As we very tired today, and hungry we didn't really enjoy the trip. But Saeed really helps. Scenery is good, food is not bad. 🙏

I recently had the privilege of embarking on the Superyacht tour, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The 144-foot luxury superyacht was huge enough for the guests to stroll around. It was comfortable to take in the views of Bluewaters Island, JBR, and Palm Jumeirah from any corner or middle of the yacht.

It was my wife’s birthday and you guys made it one of her best ever. The ride, food and performance was all a vyb. Can’t wait to come back again .

Before booking ask the guy where the boat is going for the visit I made many cruises and dinners but this one was quick the boat went the less interesting part of the cuise (bridges side) and back to the port we didn’t go the port Rashid side. The dancer with the dress had a short show and no Arabic dancing woman show. The buffet was open even before the departure to make sure the cruise will not last more than one hour.

Had a great time with family and friends! Value for money, great views and amazing Egyptian dance show.

The best part of this city tour was a visit to Dubai Marina. The dramatic views of the city's skyline were a treat to our senses. The Arabian Gulf right in the middle adds to the charm of the skyline.

Dubai Marina on New Year's Eve is a sight to behold. In fact, there couldn’t be any other venue better than Dubai Marina for New Year celebration. Our guide was Muzmil Fazal, and he was amazing! He made conversation with us, treated us well and even told us about other destinations in Dubai we could visit. The Dhow Cruise Dinner was one of the best things we did during our holiday in the UAE. The whole experience of cruising through the prime locations of Dubai in a traditional dhow refurbished with modern amenities capable of giving a run for their money to any star-category hotels was simply magical. We reserved from Rayna 2 travels: the desert safari and the dhow cruise on the Dubai Marina with a luxury boat. The desert safari was a great experience, we do the dune bashing more than 30 min, also we had included on the package the camel riding witch take about 3 minutes. We take the dinner at the camp, it as delicious and varied for vegetarian and non vegetarian also. Here we want to thank to our driver Ali Shamsher, he was very friendly and a real expert on dune bashings. :) The boat trip it takes about 2 hours, it was a great experience with live music, very good food and excellent services.The Dubai Marina offer a wonderful view at evening. Picked up on time from the hotel. Driver was courteous. Dropped off at marina and walked to the dhow. Had photo taken, we asked to be seated upstairs, but told that we had to go downstairs for the buffet and watch the dancer, which was no problem. Buffet food was very good, with a lot of choice. Dancer was very good and how he keeps that dress floating above his head whilst spinning was amazing. The tour along the marina was very good seeing all the skyrisers lit up and then to go out onto the palm itself and see the buildings all lit up was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour.

We booked two tours with this company, Abu dhabi city tour and dhow cruise. Abu dhabi tour was very good and they gave enough time for pictures on all the spots. Dhow cruise was also good. The pick up from hotel was on time and the activity estimated time was right on the spot. Do check the rates from there website and application before booking as they are not consistent with it. For eg we booked our tours from their desk in the hotel and the officer gave us higher rates. Later on when i checked their website, more discounted prices were being offered which the front desk officer didnt inform us about. I showed him the website rates but he said the websife rates are not updated. So I suggest to check their application and website first before booking.

Was traveling in from US and came across the tour company at my hotel Avani Deira I booked multiple tours with them starting with the Desert safari, trip to Abu Dhabi, Dhow Cruise Dinner at Dubai Marina and few more. It was well organized and managed. I was picked up from my hotel and dropped off at it in a convenient manner. One obviously has to share rides with other tourists when going in from point A to point B. The food was decent enough if not good. The fares for the tours are reasonable and attracts well mannered middle class crowd. All in all, was satisfied with this tour company and would do it again.

I had booked dhow cruise, Dubai city tour, desert safari, marina Cruise as well Abu Dhabi tour with Rayna thru MMT. I was very happy with all the tours and guides. The coaches were very well maintained. The pickup / drop were on time. I would like to specially highlight desert safari which was too good. I had a previous experience with some other operator about a year back and it was horrible. However with Rayna, it was fabulous. The special was entertainment as the camp with fire show, belly dance etc. The food was also fabulous with Arabic as well as Indian menu. I would like to mention my guide and driver for the safari, Mr. Naseer. He was a gentleman and took good care of us. During Dubai city tour, our guide Mr. Ali was also very helpful and polite. Next time if I visit Dubai, I would definitely book with them but directly.

I've booked three tours with Rayna Tours. 1. Dhow cruise with dinner - they called to the hotel to announce me, that pick up will be 1 hour and 30 min earlier, but it was 50 min late :D cruise was pleasant, very nice view on Dubai Marina, but entertainment and dinner was very poor. 2. Desert Safari - I loved it! Drive in the desert was amazing, our driver Muhammad Rashid was very professional, he literally enjoyed my screaming during that crazy drive :D Bedouin camp was lovely - camel ride, quad bike, henna tattoo, shisha, fire entertainment, belly dance, BBQ dinner. I had a great day thanks to Rashid. 3. Had a wonderful time with rayna tours and travels. Did three tours with them desert safari dhow cruise marina and dubai city tour. The pickup was on time. Desert safari was good. The only thing that was not good is food. The guides were also good. Overall a great experience

My family and I booked our travel through Rayna Tours. Rayna Tours were great. We dealt with Nousheer. He was most helpful and professional in providing information and guiding us on making the right choices for our tours. During our three day stay we did an half day city tour, the Dune Safari and the Marina Dhow Cruise. The tours were amazing, we simply loved all of it and had so much fun. We were fetched on time by Rayna Tours. Their guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely book again with them for our next visit in Dubai. I was in Dubai with my 11 year old daughter and my husband. As we only had a short time there, we discussed our options for excursions with Dhirendra Singh,the tour representative at Bonnington Jumeira Lake Towers hotel. He was always charming and helpful and very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time on the excursions - a Dubai city tour and the Dhow Cruise with dinner. Loved every minute!!

Experience at Dhow cruise was also unforgettable because of the staff present there on deck. The food offered by Rayna tour was very delicious and gave us the essence of authentic Arabic food. On a broader scale i want to say that Rayna tour take care of their guests very well.

First , we were able to experience winter in Dubai , which was a huge contrast to the original experience of heat. Secondly the Travel desk agent (Mohammed Zakriya) was extremely helpful because we had not planned any tours for this vacation. He recommended and booked various tours which included the 3 theme parks and the Dubai cruise both at very good discounts. He provided assistance on accessing the best shopping places which was perfect for our pockets.

Well organized trip by Rayna tour barring few hickups .I would request to make your drivers little more professional. We struggled for pickup from Dubai mall in late evening hours on the 1st day of the tour due to one of your driver(Adil) did not turn up .Also I think there desert safari attractions(entertainment programs i.e belle dance etc..) need more upgradation. But Special thanks to Desert safari guide Mr Farooq(Pakisthani Ranveer kapoor),he made our trip through desert a great one. Dhow cruise arrangement was excellent. We had done booking through Rayna Tours and Travels for Dhow Cruise and Desert Safari in the month of Nov 2016. There executive Esha Gupta was very courteous and kind to arrange the tour as per our date requirements and both cruise and safari experience was excellent.Especially the Tanora Dance performance done on cruise by male artist.Food was also good but would have got delighted if they had added some local cuisine dishes.Desert Safari I feel they should improve the buffet menu as it was not up to the mark.Dune Bashing,Belly Dancing were the highlights of the Safari. Overall we had a great experience with Rayna Tours.

We did marina dhow cruise ,desert safari and Abu Dhabi tour with them.Mohd Pathan was a humble hilarious person who was an amazing dune Basheer n truly gave us a time of our life,truly unforgettable.Hafeez Ali our Ferrari world guy was great person .He had arranged the traditional garb for the mosque visit n truly should b renamed as Mr Dubai Google.He would patiently answer all our queries n helped us to plan our trip n shop in the right places.When the kids were hungry he patiently took us to a mall for a quick grub although we had surpassed the time limit!Jayesh at the travel desk was very helpful too.I would recommend travelers with family to take their tours.

Started with a punctual pick up and great evening in the desert. Would definitely recommend. The dhow cruise was not that special with the entertainment being somewhat similar to the one in safari. But the food was ok

Me and my Dad went to Dubai for a 3 day trip and we had booked our 4 tours with Rayna - Dhow Cruise dinner tour, Abu Dhabi City tour, Dubai city tour and Desert Safari tour. Pankaj Rajpoot has helped me in booking all the tours. He was very friendly and helpful and assisted us through out the tour with the timings, tickets and pickup locations etc. Very thankful to him for his hospitality. Coming to the tours, Abu dhabi city tour guided by Adnan was very impressive, he has guided us through the prominent places in Dubai, Yas Island Ferrari world, Emirates palace, Etihad tours, palaces of the kings, Sheikh Zayed Mosque, heritage village, Miraj museum and many other places in Abudhabi and he has given idea about the 7 emirates of UAE, about the rulers of Abu dhabi, their families history, and the history of the city. A big thanks to him for his efforts to guide us through out the tour and patience and to deal with a bus full of tourists. We covered many places in Abu dhabi through his wonderful tour. Dubai city tour was guided by Aziz and it was a wonderful experience. This tour included Meena bazaar, Dubai Musuem, Burj al arab, Palm Deira, Oriental world - place to buy dubai souvenirs and gifts, Popular mosques in Dubai. Aziz had complete knowledge about the complete city of Dubai. He told us the details of Sky scrapers, culture, diversity, religion, about the people and the history of Dubai. He also gave an idea about the future projects of Dubai. He entertained us through out the tour. On the whole, Dubai city tour through Aziz was a great experience and We want to visit this incredible city again. Desert Safari was also a thrilling experience and i forgot the guys name who took us through the wonderful ride and there was a desert camp with buffet dinner at the end of the day. We also bought few items at the camp . Dhow cruise tour was a bit boring in our 3 day tour. It was not so lively. I did 3 tours with tours rayna and I have to say that the service is very good, prices within the market, punctuality, friendliness and efficiency. Cruise Marina - good within the standard but nothing special, the animation is weak. City tour Dubai - loved all the promised points were considered and very helpful and friendly guide, always available to meet all our questions. Please send a hug to Sing for the excellent work. Desert Safari - This was undoubtedly the high end of the tours, full of adrenaline ... the beauty of the desert is amazing (the sunset is beautiful), and in large part to the quality of the Jeep and the guide Mustafa, an excellent driver who provided us a great experience. My Trip to Dubai this year march was a Remarkable one. Thanks to Rayna tours for arranging everything so effectively. The points that i liked most about Rayna team are: 1) Punctuality 2) Well mannered 3) Cooperative 4) prompt and professional service They customise my trip as per my requirement so effectively and during trip made the experience really worth telling to everyone. Even the Drivers of Desert Safari ride and dhow cruise were really awesome and well mannered. These 2 things i felt needed a bit improvement. 1) Dhow cruise Veg buffet dinner can be improved , there were not much options to be had 2) Burj Khalifa tour can be adjusted during Low turnout time since it hell hectic to stand like 2 hours in a Queue to reach from security check to the lift LOL

The Dhow Cruise party was arranged in a professional manner and was totally up to the mark as expected by us. It was an amazing experience to be on a yacht, my kids always loved fishing hence we booked Cruising & fishing trip with Rayna Tours which turned out to be a memorable one. We started in the morning at 7am & it was a 4 hour trip. Firstly we went Cruising along the Marina, Burj al arab & the famous Palm Jumeirah. Then we were given a hault for fishing where all the fishing equipments were provided by them. My kids enjoyed fishing there and again we continued to Cruising then. We were provided refreshments from time to time. In the complete trip Music also kept us entertained.

We went on the Dhow Cruise and the Desert Safari Tour. Both experiences were lovely. Hafiz (Travel Consultant for Rayna Tours) was very helpful in suggesting these two activities. He also gave us fantastic deals on both of the activities. He gave us a vehicle (Hummer Jeep) to ourselves (even though we were only numbered 6 and not up to the required 8), which made it a lot more fun as we had more control of the way the safari drive was administered. Hafiz also requested that the manager of the Dhow Boat, Mr Honey specially welcomes onto the boat my parents-in-law who were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. He made the holiday experience extremely pleasant and one to remember!

Being my first wedding anniversary i wanted to surprise my wife, hence i booked a table for 2 with Rayna Tours - Al Khaleej floating restaurant. I requested them a table in the front & a surprise cake which they happily arranged for me. The complete ambience in the boat was perfect for fine Dining, the food, entertainment shows all added to make our evening more special. My wife enjoyed a lot and i'm glad as i had planned everything went on perfect. Perfect place for your special occasion.

Me and my wife went for Dhow cruise with my office collegue group on 18th Oct organised by Rayna Tours and was escorted by Mr. Atul Chaurasiya. Cruise ambience was very nice and spacious enough to enjoy the dinner. Compared to other cruise in dubai, food quality was average and was not served hot. We had great time in tanura (horse) dance but belly dance would have been more fun and live experience for new tourists or first time visitors. Overall it was good gathering and we had fun. We have booked Dhow cruise dinner at Marina and Dinner at Desert(Desert safary) 1st one was below average arrangement(congested,overcrowded, small ship) and last one was nice. Also i took ticket for At the top burj khalifa through rayna tours without difficulty.

During my 4 days stay in Dubai, I had taken 5 of the good tour packages with Rayna. The dhow cruise with dinner, I must say the tour was organised excellent, right from communication to feedback post tour all was done great. Me and my wife chose Rayna to celebrate my birthday. Booking was done through the hotel agent Pankaj was a thorough professional ensured to follow up until we actually made it on the Dhow. We were greated and escorted through honey at the entrance upto the couples table. Immediately welcome drink was served followed by starters. The Buffett was awesome with varied choice (European - Arabic - Indian) the entertainment on board is just the icing which adds to ones experience. Henna painting done on my wife's hand was amazing. Throughout we observed a waiting staff member kept an eye on the table to ensure we are well looked after. The view of marina bay during evening is awesome. At the end the gentleman honey came to our table to gain our experience and if there any room for improvement our answer was "NO" as the entire experience was awesome. We would definitely recommend Rayna tours over other companies . The two gentlemen adds to the experience.

I celebrated the birthday party of my daughter at al khaleej floating dhow cruise by rayna tourism, it was great, unique experience for us to be there at the cruise, this idea was suggested me by Mr. Girish. We got exellent servive at the cruise, i heartly thankful to Mr. Sunil, Mr. Daud and Mr. Girish, who organised all things at the cruise well in way and provide such an exellent service.

Desert Safari: +++ and ---: This was quite good. Sand bashing in 4WD followed by camel ride, dinner and belle dance. However everything was basic - like just 2 nuggests in snacks, 1 short round of camel ride, and very limited free sheehas, and local dress photoshoot. You could upgrade to better dress for photoshoot, sheesha, alcoholic beverages in the camp. The dance artists were all good. Overall good entertainment. The tour needs to be more organised like timely pick ups and drop offs. Dhow cruise: we did the marina dhow cruise. The boat was good and the dinner was quite good as well. The staff was courteous too. This isdefinitely a better cruise than the creek one , although its almost double the price of the latter. Hotel pick up was a bit delayed, but drop off was timely. One thing which made me feel disgusted is that they allow people to smoke on the upper deck. So if u are seated on the lower deck and wish to go to the upper one, you will have to be a heavy passive smoker. I can't imagine how few people care more aboutn themsleves than the rest of the guests on the boat. I spoke to the tour staff the next day and he tried to convince me that smoking on board the upper deck in the corner is fine and they cant stop it. He was not ready to admit that it causes inconvenience for people who are non smokers, are seated on the lower deck and wish to go to the upper deck to enjoy fresh breeze and marina views.

The best cruise experience and enjoyable moment with Rayna tours. The Conversation started in very short time and the confirmation given to Rayna tours at very short time. The coordination from Rayna Tours Mr.Pradeep Kumar Giri really outstanding and he never says no to anything, very polite reply what ever time call him (Mr.Pradeep - Keep it up and keep supporting us). The cruise started by 08:30pm and ended by 10:30 Pm along with our Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Honorable Mr. Ganta Srinivas. he really enjoyed a lot and the speed boat services to receive and drip him was extraordinary. My personal experience at Dhow Cruise Dinner/Dinner dated 22 August 2014 is very excellent and very commendable. It was organized by Rayna Day Tours & Travels through the invaluable, outstanding and professional effort of Mr. Deepak Hiranandani who made the booking and the event possible and worthwhile. The staffs starting from the entrance until the inside of the Dhow Cruise are very accommodating, approachable, friendly, tidy and very guest oriented personnel. The buffet dinner and the foods are superb, two thumbs up! I was entertained also by the colorful, graceful, perfect and spectacular solo dance performance, really amazing! The tour/dinner is scheduled for the duration of 2 hours but to me it seems like 20 minutes for I really have engulfed with fun, enjoyed a lot in gazing the well prepared entertainment of the Dhow Cruise plus the evening view of Dubai, I don’t mind the time until it was over and stepped out the vessel. With such one of a kind experience offered by Rayna Day Tours & Travels, the 2 hours dinner/dinner is really very short! I have tried Marina Dhow Cruise through Rayna Tours and their Services insisted me to write a review about them. I did not expect the Magnificent Service which they have offered. Ms. Jaya was really helpful to assist me. Their Driver,s the Food,the Cruising the Drinks all of it can define only in one word which is Awesome!!
