The Green Planet is the region’s first bio-dome that recreates the enchanting world of a tropical forest with its rich biodiversity of over 3,000 plants and animals. The enclosed ecosystem, located at CITY WALK, offers visitors an immersive expedition into the tropics. The unique venue has 4 levels of interaction for visitor with fascinating animal and plant species to see from Sloths, Tucan's and Tree porcupines to South American plants, vines, reptiles, fish and insects. A great destination for families and guests of all ages.
The Green Planet Dubai - Highlights
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.

- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

- Green Planet reserves the right to temporarily close the facility for the purposes of maintenance or private events without prior notice or any compensation.

The Green Planet Dubai tour is a delightful escape into a lush paradise. We saw amazing species of plants and animals. There are all types of monkeys, birds, bats, rabbits, sloths, and more. I was happy to touch and hold a real python.

First of all, we were shocked to experience the presence of amazon right in the heart of Dubai. We enjoyed exploring this bio-dome. There are so many things to do here for visitors. Each of the encounter is unique and very well planned. The Bat Cave experience was amazing. It was a bit scary initially, but later as we spend some time, we loved it. The Fruit Bats and Slow Loris were incredible to see. We even watched squirrel monkeys jumping from one tree to another. We got to learn a lot about unique plants from the staff of the centre. All in all, a fun and educational destination for families.
We feel lucky to have booked the tickets for The Green Planet with Rayna Tours. Before visiting this bio-dome, we haven't been or seen any rainforests. But after exploring this wonderful site, we felt as if we are really inside the rainforest. It was a wonderful experience to see how the management of the centre has recreated a natural environment of tropical rainforests. Not only that, they even brought a large variety of unique plants, animals, and birds from the jungle and provided them with a natural habitat.
The Green Planet in Dubai is a new attraction worth for a family. Besides getting to see the real environment of tropical rainforests, visitors also get to enjoy different types of birds and animals that probably cannot be seen in zoos. What made us fall in love with this place is the information and education it provides to visitors. Children and adults can actually see and know how the caterpillars transform into butterflies. This centre also houses an aquarium with different species of fish. To bring back the memories of this place, visitors can buy T-shirts and toys with images of birds and animals of the centre engraved from a souvenir shop at the exit.
