Muhammed Shafeeque was an excellent guide on an amazing tour of Abu Dhabi. Muhammed was easy to talk to, informed, and followed our lead on what our group wanted to spend time on. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Qasr Al Watan (Royal Palace) are stunning, and a must see for any visit to the UAE.

Du ring my star in Dubai, I booked all my activities with Rayna Tours and especially with Lalit Pandey (who was very nice and helpful). He explained to us everything we need to know and was very kind. We made the desert safari, the Abu Dhabi tour, booked tickets for Palm View etc… Everything was perfect. Thank you!

It is better to have 3-4 hours at Louvre instead of visiting Heritage Center, Souk or any other businesses. We were given 2.5 hour only just enough for till Renaissance time. The Grand Mosque was excellent

I can confidently say that choosing Rayna for my tours was the best decision I've made so far. My Abu Dhabi Full Tour, Dubai Full Tour, and Desert Safari Tour were all excellent. I can guarantee that they won't disappoint you. However, my experience with the Marina Tour was slightly less satisfying. While overall everything was good, the food variety was limited. After finishing the main course, we went for dessert, only to find that it was all gone and wasn't refilled. We had also booked the exclusive upper deck package, but when we arrived, we noticed some empty tables by the sides. Despite this, the floor manager insisted we sit in the middle, seemingly reserving those side tables for others (I guess he wanted to give those seats to his country people).This was quite disappointing and the worst part of my experience with them. That said, everything else was great.

Rayna Tour was great, ponctual, comfortable car with a very special tour guide Mamoon. He made our tour brilliant with all his expertise and knowledge about the places we visited. Look forward to booking our next tour with Rayna. Thank you so much!

We visited Abu Dhabi on one of the tours organized from Rayna. We purchased our tour tickets from their sales representative, Almas Nasir, at Heritage Hotel, downtown Dubai. Almas took her time to explain us what this tour was all about and everything she said was true and surpassed our expectations. From the moment we booked the tour, hotel pick up, getting on the main buss and all activities planned from Rayna team we were well informed, and everything went smoothly. We visited some beautiful places and we left with the best impressions. It is important to follow their advice and instructions. There are some places that require proper clothing and behavior, but nothing unusual. This tour is long and is physically challenging, a lot of walking on the hot temperatures, but their team tried to make everything they can to make it happen. We were so happy with their service, so two days later we booked a desert safari tour from them, and this also was a beautiful experience. I will suggest this company to everyone who is looking to book tours during their stay in Dubai.

We had a great tour with Guide cum driver Saeed Mohammad. He is nice guide and showed all the places with great enthusiasm. He provided details about all the places with the historical information as well as specialities of those places. His communication skills are excellent and he even helped us capture some stunning snaps which he is very artistic at. Thanks to Saeed as well as Rayna tours for arranging the City tour so well...

Today we had a lovely day trip to Abu Dhabi with Rahat, our driver & guide,. Rahat picked us up at our hotel in Dubai, took us to the Hindu Temple, Grand Mosque, the Heritage Village, the Emirates Palace, Ferrari Park & kindly took us to the Date Market at our special request. Rahat was very friendly, informative & helpful throughout the trip & took many pics for us at all locations. We enjoyed a marvellous day in Abu Dhabi & totally recommend the tour company & driver/guide. But do make sure to cover any tattoos if visiting the Hindu Temple & wear full coverage for the Grand Mosque (sleeves must provide full coverage, see-through fabric not allowed)

Best way to enjoy Abu Dhabi City tour is by taking a personal taxi. My tour guide Stephen D'Souza was from Rayna and had a lot of knowledge about Abu Dhabi and Dubai city.

Good experience on this day tour from Dubai. Our guide, Ali, was an excellent guide and host. He explained not only matters related to the tour but to the overall of the UAE, and he did it always with a smile and in a very friendly manner. The tour itself is very good and gives a nice overview of Abu Dhabi. It feels a bit rush thou. Anyway, despite that the time on each attraction is limited, I would say that is sufficient. It would be nice to have at least 10-15 more minutes on the visit to the mosque. Aside from that, prepare approx. 65 Dirham per person for lunch, as this is not included on the package or bring your own.

We had a wonderful time on a day trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi visiting the great mosque and ferrari world. We were a couple of families traveling with kids and the trip was really nice and comfortable. Adnan is a cool guide, very knowledgeable and great sense of humor.

The sites that we visited on the Abu Dhabi trip were all amazing as well as the organization of the transportation and agenda, but the best part was the narration of it all by Adnan Sabir. God has its own wifi connection, got connected to Rayna group in Dubai. They were and are simply exceptional. We planned most of the activities with them. Initially got in connection with Bhavna, she helped us in planning our day itinerary. A day trip to Abu Dhabi started rough, we got a poor car and when I complained. The car was changed immediately with much better one. But most important we met this beautiful person Mr. Sajjad from Pakistan. He brief us about Abu Dhabi, UAE, Emirates Palace and many more unknown things with a wonderful smile... My family was happy and we had a great time... On our way, Adnan explained some Dubai landmarks, structures and the stories/reasons behind them. He is experienced and knows what he is doing. Very respectful and jovial at the same time. He knows when to slow down and when to move faster. Very professional guy. He is so intelligent that he knows all of us by names and countries. Music for nearly every occasion.

Touring in Abu Dhabi with my family was a lot of fun. We got a glimpse of some of the most fascinating sights such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque along with visits to Heritage Village, Corniche and Ferrari World and more.

We picked up a day tour of Abu Dhabi, the tour was very interesting especially the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, The tour guide Muhammad Adman was both professional and personable, keeping tour participants well informed and entertained. Abu Dhabi has much to offer and we regret not planning more time here to take advantage of all the options available. We'll be back and will certainly contact Rayna.

The tour was fantastic. The guide who's name is Sadaqat Ali pick up from the hotel and drive us to the Ferrari world. All the way he was speaking about their culture and the things we gonna do theoght the day. He forgot the tickets to the Ferrari and he caal to the agency to send it to his mobile phone, so kind!! Then he explain show us the park, recommend some attractions and wait for us outside the park. Later we lunch and ask him if we can stop at warned Bros for pictures and he drives us with no problem and he told us some tips form that theme park. Then we went to the mosque ( we were late like an hour and a half to the mosque but he said it doesn't matter I will drive you to the mosque) then he wait for us and , as he did on the park entrance, he explain us what to wear and how to enter to the mosque. Finally, he wait for us and the drive us back Dubai. On the way back he finish his day explain us more things about the culture. Also, we left some things on his car and he bringing it the next day to the hotel. That what I call an excellent service with dedication and love. My travel group of 36 ppl took a tour of Abu Dhabi with Rayna Tours. We had an amazing time touring a local museum, the Sheikh Zayed mosque, Emirates Palace Hotel, Etihad towers, Abu Dhabi corniche, s local market and Ferrari world. Our tour guide Muhammad Adnan was very knowledgeable and fun, and gave us great information about the local history. Definitely worth the time spent in Abu Dhabi. We had a very nice tour on the 20th of july. We saw all important and beautiful places in Abu Dhabi. We actually wanted to get a taxi and drive for ourselves. But When one of the Rayna workers heard us he instantly told us to get a driver. And oh boy it was a very funny, nice, polite and very Abu Dhabi certain driver. Choudhary was his name. We talked a lot and it was very informative and also nice cause he also told us things about himself. So if u read this i hope ur son is good just as you and your wife. It was all days trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. We saw the main points of Abu Dhabi from small Museum through great Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Emirates Palace (only from bus), we had a lunch in typical arabisch all you can eat restaurant, after that visit one shop with dates in the market and at the end visit of Ferrari Park ( just only for 25 minutes). But it was good, we saw all,what we wanted.

We were super impressed with the Louve Museum in Adu Dhabi. The exhibitions start off on a history time line then on to the more contemporary pieces of art. Loved it. Loved the ceiling/roof and use of the water for natural cooling. The only thing is some of the exhibitions were very cold to preserve the art works. We were freezing. So take a cardigan.

So, I visited the UAE with My Family and went on a Tour of Abu Dhabi with Rayna Tours. Our Your Guide Mr Muhammad Aknan was so Amazing in every sense of the Word. Gave us History Lessons on the UAE that I ended up knowing alot in just barely a Day. He Plays and makes fun as well and made the entire Journey such fun. Took us different places and gave us hands on Experience of Sites like the Iconic and Legendary Sheik Zayed Mosque, The Yaz Marina Grand Prix Circuit, Ferrari World, the Emirates Palace, The Marina, Local Market and alot of other places It was so much fun and we took tons of photos that My Wife's Samsung S8 ran low on Memory that We had to extract some photos to A flash storage drive I Love the UAE and will definitely visit again. Besides, I and My Friend are visiting the Yaz Marina Circuit for the Abu Dhabi Formula1 Grand Prix in November 2019

We chose Rayna Tours for their Abu Dhabi city tour (from Abu Dhabi) as they only have a small group using a minivan. There were 5 of us on the tour. The van was comfortable. They also provide an abaya for women when attending the Grand Mosque if you don’t wish to dress entirely covered for the entire morning tour (the weather at the end of April was really starting to heat up). The tour guide took us to the Mosque first thing in order to miss the crowds. This is definitely a good thing as the Mosque became very busy not long after we got there. The Mosque is very, very beautiful and a must see when in Abu Dhabi. Our guide was friendly and spoke excellent English. We also visited a date shop where we tasted various types of dates, then a fish market, fruit and veg market, drove along the Corniche, visited the interior of the Empire Palace Hotel ( we were lucky to be able to actually take a quick walk inside because you are not actually allowed inside unless staying or eating there), the Heritage village which is not all that interesting, then around the Marina Mall area. Our guide happily dropped us off at the mall rather than back at the hotel. It was a very enjoyable morning tour.

The tour to Abu Dhabi is a must of you're visiting Dubai! My boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday this week here and Rizwan was amazing from start to finish. Great day tour, booked the day before right at our hotel, w/ pick up from hotel , fair price. It is a way to visit some of Abu Dhabi attractions without getting lost. This tour included some stops just to take some pics ( ferrari world , corniche, Emirate Palace) and the visit to the great Mosque , to the Heritage Village and to a date market.Our guide suggested us some nice restaurants where to have launch. Tanks a lot to Babar ( travel consultant), Ali ( our kind driver) and Odina ( our expert guide). !

I left my wallet at a book store during the lunch time in my day tour visiting Abu Dhabi in early March 2019. My tour guide, Mr. Muhammad Rizwan, took an initiative helping me to go to the book store and got back my wallet on the next day because he said he would have another day tour the next day. Since I stayed in Dubai and already booked other tour the next day, without the help from Muhammad, I would need to spend time and money to travel back to Abu Dhabi to get my wallet, which I have my home country's identify card inside. I was so lucky to meet Muhammad. He always asked us do we have any questions after his introduction. In addition, he would gathered us indoor after we alighted the coach when it was windy outside. He has a good deal of passions at work and a considerate person which is a important character to be our guide!

This tour was very well organised. The pickup and drop was on time. There was a photo stop at Ferrari world, we saw the Grand Mosque, the Abu Dhabi gallery, the dates market and Louvre Museum. If you like seeing museums then the Louvre Museum is a must. It is a very large museum and requires atleast 3 hours. Since we had to see other attractions as well, we were in the museum for only an hour and half. I would recommend to go on another day and just spend half a day at the museum. The grand mosque was magnificent and lovely. Everything in the tour was nice, except on thing, We were taken for lunch to a restaurant and all the while a picture was created by the tour guide that the lunch was on them. When we took our food we were told we had to pay for it. It was 75 AED per person. It would have been nice if we were informed in advance about this. We were on a budget trip and found the cost high for this. Please ask in advance about the lunch as it is not included in the tour. You can carry your own food and eat it in the bus.

Rayna Tours made me and boyfriend's trip memorable. On the first day we went to the aquarium,and were picked up by Shakeel Ahmed for the desert safari from the hotel,he was right on time. He took us to the desert safari. Stopped over for quad biking on our way though we were not interested. He then took us for diner in the desert were we had some tea,camel riding, lots of tasty food. Watched 3 different amazing shows. And headed back to the hotel. He was an awesome driver,very experienced,very caring,the best driver ever. Next day Rizwan took us for a full day Abu Dhabi tour. He took us to the Ferrari world, the mosque and saw alot more. We ended the day at the Dhow cruise dinner. The final day we were picked up by Imran Shiraz who is cousin to the first family(jokes a side) Took us for Dubai City tour.He was awesome,kept us laughing the whole time and opened our eyes to looking at car numbers in search for the big emarates. We visited AbuDhabi with them, our guide was Rizvan - he was cool, very informative and joked all the time. As for the tour itself, we found it to be one of the less expensive ones around our area. We made a stop at the mosque and then other stops were: Ferrari world (just the museum and souvenir shop, in Abu-Dhabi we stoped for non-paid lunch, then we stopped in souvenir dates shops and carpet shop). We already visited those places 11 years ago with another tour agency. They also made a stop at the Impartial Palace.

We started at 8:30 AM from Al Nahda 2, Dubai. From there, we first went to a museum with old monuments and jewellery (don’t remember the name). It was a breathe taking experience with the jewelleries collections. Then we went to the the Grand Zayed Mosque. It was an amazing experience. Then we went for the lunch to an authentic Lebanese restaurant which has the View of sea and Emirates Palace hotel. From there we went to the Lovure museum and Ferrari World. The guide was Rehmat Ullah and he was entertaining by keeping the group engaged with quizzes and constant commentary about the places and their historical information.

Greetings! A very nice experience to explore some places in AUE especially the Abu Dhabi. Along with my Auntie, we planned to visit this place but the problem, we don't know where is the beautiful and memorable places to visit. So, we asked the HOTEL (IBIS, Al Rigga) for the package tour for that place - Abu Dhabi. Satuday at 9AM dated February 9, 2019 the tour scheduled given to us by the hotel with the tour guide named Mr. Kamran Khan of Rayna Tour company. Starts from the hotel while going to destination, our tour guide starts giving some informative details like about the history of UAE leaders' lives, buildings and so many more helpful topics. We are enjoying a lot 'coz he was so funny and loves to make joke that's why you can't sleep while on trip. At the tour destination, everything goes well. He did a great job as a professional and friendly tour guide. And, one thing that I very like to him, he is always smiling. The trip was arranged by Rayna Tours. It was quite good as compared to the price(100AED). The guide Adil was informative and showed us famous landmarks on our way. The only thing they should stop at some mall for lunch as the place they take is buffet and quite expensive for some people. Overall good experience

We just learned from Akrm that there are 164 floors in Burj Khalifa but only 3 floors are for tourists. He was also very considerate of his group and very kind. We recommend this tour and specially, Akrm, if youre going to Dubai.

We were supposed to visit Abu Dhabi for visiting grand mosque, Ferrari world and WB world. For the same we were assisted by RAYNA TOURS. We were picked up bang on time and greeted by a pleasant personality in the form of our driver and tour guide named Mohmand waseem abbas. His very useful guiding tips and information helped us utilise our time efficiently. He took extra efforts to give us the Abu Dhabi city tour which covered all major sites in Abu Dhabi. It was a trip with extended family , 3 cousins and two elderly aunts, both above 80. We, five ladies escorted by our tour guide cum driver, Mr . Kamran Khan from Rayna Day tours embarked on our journey to Abu Dhabhi from Dubai at 9.30 am in a nice 7 seater Toyota 4 wheel drive on private basis. The Guide was punctual , courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He knew 8 languages so language was not a problem. He enthralled us with the history and information about the place right from the start to the end of the journey showing and pointing out to interesting places on the way. He also made arrangements for us to get the required Black dress (Abaya) for the mosque visit and got wheel chair for the elderly. The trip was Well planned and organised only that there wasn't any coffee break in between the start of the journey n lunch. (Lunch was post 3). Places covered were 1 gallery. The Mosque the Palace n then Ferrari world for photo stop. An enjoyable but a long and tiring trip. Would recommend this tour.

What an amazing day! Driver Pardeep and Mohammad Adnan were at our hotel early to pick us up and we drove from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Along the way we were given the history of the country and told about the various exciting developments. Arrived at Ferrari World and had a great time. Went to many other locations across Abu Dhabi and were shown a great time by Mahammad Adnan and Pardeep. Very informative and educational, learnt so much about the history and the developments of Abu Dhabi. Best experience thus far for me on visiting the Emirates and this is my 4th time. I will definitely be back and will certainly be contacting Mahammad Adnan for another tour. Desert Tour 2020 here we come!

Full day with my parents touring abu dhabi, guide Uttam was awesome showing us the city and best places to shop for dates and restaurants. He took care of my parents. I would only recommend him to everyone.

We had booked a whole day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai for 5 of us. The booking procedure was done quick and confirmed by the company at the same time. Our chauffeur Aamir arrived to pick us up at the right time and he was very well coordinated, well spoken and a perfect gentleman. He got along with all of us from the get go and made us feel very comfortable. He was very flexible with the time, locations and always a call away whenever we wanted to go from one location to another. The best part was at the sheikh zayed mosque where he already had abayas with him for the ladies ready to go and had already sorted the entrance and everything which made us feel very stress free as we did not had to wait in queues to get the abayas. This by far was the most delightful tour we’ve ever had and we definitely recommend Aamir as the to go chauffeur for such tours. This tour is a good choice for exploring Abu Dhabi, especially if you are short of time. The tour agency is very professional and punctual. The tour includes pick-up and drop-off at your hotel which is convenient. Our tour guide Ali Asad was very informative and happily answered all our queries. The team of Ali and the bus driver did a good job in handling the 28 tourists on board and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience.

We did a day tour to Abu Dhabi combined with Warner Bros (as had a 2 years old daughter with us) and it was the highlight of our trip to the UAE. We requested for a Late pick up from our hotel in Bur Dubai at 11am, though our guide Kamran Khan was at the hotel lobby since 9 am in the morning and he waited for us to get ready. The tour started with a brief, crisp and fun filled introduction to the history of all the 7 emirates. We were guided along our way to various iconic buildings and this history behind them. Upon reaching Abu Dhabi we went to the golden mosque and hd a great time understanding the architecture and the royal families contribution to run the mosque. Followed by a fantastic buffet lunch at Al Ibrahmi restaurant suggested by our friend. Then we started our journey to Warner Bros, and along the way saw a lot of historical sites. Once done with warner bros, for which a separate review would be posted, we headed straight back for dubai. There were some surprises planned by Kamran and he showed us the royal residences. We are very thank Gul to Kamran for educating us so much about the history of UAE in such a short span. But he insured we had a good time! Thank you so much Rayna Tours and thank you so much Kamran. We had booked a trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Where we wanted to visit the mosque and Louvre. In the morning where some struggles because we where sitting in a big touring bus from the organisation who also went to Abu Dhabi, but with a different day program. When we arrived in Abu Dhabi there was a car waiting for us where we should go with. The touring guide was Muhammad Waseem Abbas. He was driving us all day to Abu Dhabi and on the way he explained a lot about the city and the building there. He did a very good job Visiting the mosque was very impressive. If you have cultural interest and you like museums... I can really recommend Louvre. We where there for 2 hours, it was quite a small time for the amount of the museum

We had booked the day tour to Abu Dhabi from Dubai - pick up from the hotel was convenient, there were some delays but nothing too major. The bus/van that took us to Abu Dhabi was a little bit stuffy, but definitely not unbearable. The journey was smooth, and in particular Tour Guide Mr Adnan was excellent. I would’ve personally liked more time at the Grand Mosque, felt that the visit was slightly rushed due to the time constraint. Otherwise, it was a lovely trip.

What an awesome time we had with Ali Asad on our day trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. We saw some of the amazing sites and learned so much history of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other five Emirates. This is a tour. I would strongly recommend. Keep up the good work Ali and see you on my next visit.

The Guide Adil Anjum, is definitly the best guide I‘ve ever met! It‘s was more a Family Trip Than a boring typical tour. When you go to Rayna Tours ask for him He showed me and my wife local places which are not known by tourist and we learned a lot about typical food and art of living. Got the one day Abu Dhabi tour from klook and the day starts with a 9am hotel pickup until 730pm Ali was the tour guide and he is very informative and professional. We had a lot of fun seeing the city in a packed schedule. Definitely recommend people with a short stay in Dubai.

Overall experience was great..Our guide Ali was a very good host and kept our spirits up throughout the trip. There was an event which was happening in Abu Dhabi at that time but as the Driver and our guide were well informed which led to hassle free journey. Also, i left some item in the bus but our trip driver and the guide returned that to me the next day, for which i was very pleased.

We have had a wonferful experience here in Dubai with Rayna Tours. First we went for a duna sand trip and with the help of Rafiq, our driver and guide, we won t forget it too soon. On a whim, we called Rayna tours from Dubai to book a private tour of Shaikh Zayed Mosque and Abu Dhabi Louvre. We called at 11:30, spoke to agent Bavhana, she worked miracles, and 45 minutes later, Shankar showed up in a comfortable, air conditioned minivan to take us on our tour. Along the way, Shankar pointed out various points of interest along the way, highlighting cultural trivia about Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the UAE. He tailored the explanations around our personal interests, such as architecture (me) and economic development (hubby). Shankar was the epitome of courteousness, thoughtfulness and made sure to explain interesting facts about our destinations before we got there. He also took us to see abou Dhabi sights we didn’t know about , stopping for the perfect picture op! He kindly dropped us at a different location than our pick up hotel, as we had a show to catch. Thank you Shankar and thank you Rayna Tours for coming through for us!!

Very reasonably priced, compared to everything else in Dubai, for day trip to Abhu Dhabi. Obligatory stop at a souvenir shop which was a waste of time other than to see very pricey rugs, then on to the biggest mosque in the emirates which was breathtaking. Would have been good to get some useful information about it. Then a drive past a lot of interesting buildings and buffet lunch (quite nice), visit to date shops and a theme park (Ferrari world) where you get to wonder around the lobby

Our guide Adnan Sabir was superb. He gave us full description and details about Abu Dhabi and is very friendly. Also Khalid Bado was just awesome for desert safari. He is just too funny and make us enjoy our safari more than ever. We recommend tours with these two guys, just 10/10.

We chose Oceanair Travels for this Abu Dhabi tour from Dubai and seriously it was a fabulous day! Our tour guide, Ifan Khan was fantastic, professional and informative and provided little extra touches since from his heart, it is obvious the he loves his country. Forget about the useless tour of Abu Dhabi and choose this one. During our tour of Abu Dhabi a year ago, we were left outside taking photos of both venues and feeling extremely disappointed. So, when we returned this week, a small group of 6, I made sure that we chose this one special tour so we would actually experience the best of both these amazing interiors. You can’t visit Abu Dhabi without entering the beautiful and serene Sheik Zayed Mosque. It is holy, and exquisite and our tour guide, Isfan Khan added to our experience by relating with love, the pillars of Islam, prayer time and translated the call to prayer while we visited. Isfan was funny, thoughtful and sincere during our entire day, but we commend him for having the intelligence to use his phone app and common sense to avoid a huge accident on the highway back to Abu Dhabi. He took a detour and headed back on the highway after noting traffic was at a standstill. Do this tour and no other!!!!! It is fantastic!

We did a half day Abu Dhabi city tour with our wonderful guide Faisal. He showed us everything we wanted to see and was very flexible with times to meet. He provided an abaya for our Sheik Zayad Mosque visit and a welcome bottle of water for each of us.After our tour he recommended a great Pakastani restaurant near our hotel and dropped us off for lunch. Actually during our stay in Dubai (11.09.2018-20.09.2018) we had a number of tours with Rayna and all of them were great. But the most impressive one was to Abu Dhabi! The city is really beautiful, Louvre is very interesting (especially taking into account that I had a chance to be in French Louvre before) and the Sheik Zayed Mosque is majestic. I booked this tour to visit the Zayed Mosque. That was my main goal. It was just perfect and amazing. Beautiful place and double worth the visit. A must see when you’re in the area. The programm was a little different then description. First stop was at a shop to buy carpets or juwelry. Not really my thing to be honoust and not mentioned in the programm. The lunch stop at al Ibrahimi was a bonus great restaurant with lunch buffet for 49 AED incl soft drinks. The lunch was extra offcourse. My son loved the Ferrari world stop to take pictures of the Ferrari’s. We had a great time and thanks Adnan for making our day beautiful.

This tour was awesome and our guide Adnan Sabir made the tour super fun. His knowledge and fun demeanor made the trip a wonderful experience. The tour booked was to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Ferrari World stop, Heritage Village and a few other places we saw on our adventure. I recently took the Abu Dhabi day tour which included the Grand Mosque and the Louvre museum. The management of the tour was excellent. From the pick up to the time given at each destination was perfect. The lunch buffet was okay but had a lot of variety. I would like to specially mention our guide/driver Rahmat. He was an absolute delight. He was knowledgeable and fun and made the tour much more fun.

We booked Abudhabi city tour with Sheikh Zayed mosque and ferrari world through Headout. Com... Their local tours was Rayna They picked us up on time from our hotel... The tour was well planned and the guide was informative too! Only complain... They left us with only 4 hours at ferrari world.. A little more time there would have done us good.

Hi, I came across rayna tours through internet ads and the reviews. I sent them a mail and got a quick reply from Ms. Hazel giving a really interesting quote! All the process were very smooth. There was some misunderstanding between us but later all sorted out in good manner. At dubai, we were really felt pampered by rayna management. The co ordination through whats app was amazing! I got my Abu Dhabi tour booked from Rayna Tour on 22.February 2018. It was really wonderful experience. Most impressive part of this tour was zayad mosque. I was visiting with my family. Tour guide was provided to us was really elegant and amazing man. His name is Irfan Khan. We enjoyed his services. He was very cooperative with all of us. He did not let us bore...He was not only a guide he was having good sense of humor. I visited many countries as a European but i did not see guide like him. Rayna tour is having one of the top guide in his team. He made our tour very friendly and joyful. I stayed few days in Dubai but we enjoyed a lot when we went to Abu Dhabi with Irfan khan. I do recommend Rayna Tours. I feel like to visit UAE again with Rayna Tour. Everything was perfect. Along all wonderful services Tour guide made our tour colorful. I will prefer to have same tour guide again in next tour to UAE.

We arranged two tours with them, dessert safari and abu dhabi full day tour. Himanshu was our agent and was extremely helpful.We received our visas in 2 weeks hassle free. They provided us a 6 seater comfortable car for both the visits as we were a group of 5 people.They were very punctual and provided awesome tour guides. However we had some regret about the Rayna Travels as they informed us of a pick up at 8.30 a.m. but finally picked us at 10.30 a.m. due to a mix up in their office. This was after several calls. Our driver/guide was helpful in providing information about the Abu Dhabi. Throughout the drive, he doesn’t stop to talk about the places we will visit and the surrounding locations we saw. We cover most of the places, but the time he gave us at sheikh zahed mosque is very short and not enough. Overall is good we are happy Note: Be very punctual on the timing, GUEST don’t like to wait.

We went for Abu Dhabi city tour from Dubai with Rayna Tours and we had Adnan as a our tour guide for the day and I must say he was a good guide & friend for us during the day. Adnan has sound knowledge of the places that were covered and he narrated nice stories about those places, which added to the fun of the trip. The bus used by Rayna tours was neat and clean and they gave a bottle of water complimentary. Adnan made sure that all the guests are comfortable and enjoy the trip. He also made sure that the trip remains on time. At the grand mosque, he also provided 'Burqha' to ladies those who wanted. Highly recommended.

I booked a tour of Abu Dhabi through BABAR AYUB ''Rayna Tours'' who were located in the lobby of Park Rotana. They put me on a tour that was coming from Dubai as there were no local tours available for the days I was free. They went out of their way to make my tour happen by supplying me with a car driver to link up with the bus at no extra cost. And whilst we were waiting for the bus I got some extra sightseeing from the car driver (Kahlfia). I had a wonderful time on the actual tour. It is great to learn about the culture and the history of Abu Dhabi. It just adds to the experience. The guide, Adnan Sabir had plenty of local knowledge. And the bus driver was so kind and helpful. The day was packed with sights. Although the day was hot the bus was cool and there was plenty of water available. I highly recommend this tour and this organisation.

The people are very friendly and allways ready to help you in the City Seasons Towers hotel you have mis Shanya B. To helo you find your tour . On the Dune Safary our druver mister Kahn was very friendly and had make a lot of infos and photo stops. Roshni booked 3 trips for me with Rayna tours- Dubai city tour, Abu Dhabi tour and desert safari. I would recommend all 3! Roshni was very helpful and professional and could not do enough to advise me, I kept going back for more. All the drivers and guides were really informative, funny and lovely, however Adnan was excellent. There must have been 30 people on our tour of Abu Dhabi and he remembers names and countries for everyone. He was great fun and very knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to use Rayna Tours.

It is an absolute privilege to write a review for this tour !The customer service we received from our agent Adnan sabir was second to none ! Gave us info about everything that we wanted to know!! Mexico miss y'all!!!

We were given a call telling us to be ready for 8am as that's the time they will be there for us. 8:20am we were collected. We then went around the Dubai Marina area collecting other guests. Once the minibus was full we went to a another hotel and boarded a bigger bus with AC. Our tour guide Adnan was really good, insightful and asked us questions which I liked. We travelled first to Yas Mall and Ferrari world, a quick drinks stop and use of the toilets. As well as a quick photo opportunity in front of Ferrari world. We then went onto an Emirati art gallery which was pointless and the art work was overpriced and very expensive. But a quick toilet stop was had on ac. From there we travelled to the Mosque which was incredible and obviously the highlight of the day. It's imperative you dress appropriately for going to the Mosque, men knees covered and no tattoos on view (must be covered). Women must be covered to the wrist and ankles with no mess like material covering and head covered. The Mosque itself was incredible, picturesque and holds the worlds biggest carpet and chandeliers. The inside area of the Mosque has air conditioning so is very comfortable even in 42 degree heat like it was for us. We then went onto the heritage village, and the only good thing was we were able to see some history on how people lived in the area where over 100 years ago. Other than that it was rather testing to endure the heat, however Adnan did allow us to take refuge in the bus. Then we drove to the etihad towers and emirates hotel which were a nice photo opp. Then onto a local date vender which was nice. Then home via a petrol station for food as not many people ate at the village. The bus driver and guide were very good and we enjoyed our trip, thank you Adnan.

OMG the whole tour was extraordibary. The tour guide Mohammed Adnan was way more knowledgeable. He had alot of information about the whole of UAE. Sheik Zayed Mosque is too beautiful for words. Highly recommended.

Picked up from our Hotel the journey included a visit to Ferrari World, date Souk and the amazing Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi we even had time to bathe our feet at the beach. The heat was incredible and took its toll. Our tour guide Muhammad Adnan was first class there was no rushing and plenty of time to ask questions. Would thoroughly recommend him as a guide.

I bought Abu-Dhabi tour from Rayna Tours - Four Points by Sheraton (Bur Dubai) Desk.. The desk Manager MR. FAZAL was so good to deal with.. He convinced and detailed me everything in a very nice manner and gave me nice deal too.. Afterwards the tour Guide MR. VISHAL SALUJA was so excellent and friendly in behaviour that he made the day most memorable day of entire holiday for my family.. He made our day utilized at the fullest and most enjoyable manner.. He became a family friend for us that day... If I ever visit Dubai again I'll love to deal with him again...

I was picked up from my hotel at around 8:15 am from where we proceeded to pick some other five people, the ride to Abu Dhabi was comfortable and our tour guide Mohammed was excellent, our first stop was at the Ferrari world, our tour guide dropped us there to explore the place and came back after an hour to get us, thereafter we proceeded to the Museum where we saw the gold carpets , then preceded the Grand Mosque which was the high light of the trip, the mosque was just stunning from there we had a stop over at the emirates palace all this while our tour guide kept explaining some of the sights we saw along the way, we also went to the heritage center and finally the dates market after which we were taken back to our various hotels in Dubai, it was really worth it, I will do the tour again but hope fully it will be in the winter because the weather was really too hot

We went on 3 excursions with this company. We went to Abu Dhabi on a day tour this covered a tour around dates markets, a tour around Abu Dhabi with a chance for photos by the Marina, Grand Mosque and a short stop at Ferrari World and our guide was Adnan Sabir who was amazing and kept us entertained throughout the tour. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant too. He made it fun with his jokes and conversations and included everyone. We also did the Dubai City tour included old and new Dubai and Desert Safari. Both were as expected and of high standard. The desert safari is a must especially the Dune bashing. Food is provided in the desert and there is entertainment. Dubai city tour was informative. We would like to specially thank Adnan Sabir for the Abu Dhabi trip.

We booked a private Abu Dhabi city tour and our guide was Hafiz Ali and he is hands down THE BEST tour guide we've all ever had. He was funny, taught us a lot about the arabic culture, the royal families, gave us "gifts" if we answered him right when he asked us about something. The car had fully working air-con and the tour itself was amazing although the day in Abu Dhabi was very hot. We've had so much fun and we totally recomend Rayna tours and guide Hafiz Ali; you will have a blast with him while still learning a lot about the arabic culture. Amazing, no cons, just pros!!

Having booked my Abu Dhabi trip with Rayna tours, the service was great, however the van that took us to Abu Dhabi was a standard one and the A/C did not cool the car properly. Since they were so prompt in their service i decided to book a morning Desert Safari with them and they were exemplary in their service. Our driver Rashid was truly a professional and on time to pick us up. He handled the sand dunes with utmost professionalism and made our experience memorable. They also offered me a quad bike experience to book in advance which I am glad I booked as it was 1/3 of the price payable at the site. Overall a great experience and I will continue using them when I am next in Dubai.

We had a three day stop over and booked an eight hour day tour. After waiting in the hotel foyer to be picked up at 9:30am we were eventually told that Friday was prayer day and most places would be closed in the morning. The company offered us a private tour guide in the afternoon which we accepted, but we would have appreciated if they advised us of this when we booked the day before! Our tour guide Faisal Habib Khan showed us more of Abu Dhabi than on the itinary in the brochure and he went way beyond his duty to make our sight seeing trip an unforgettable afternoon and evening. His knowledge and courtesy was first class and we hope Raynas tours will recognise that Faisal Habib Khan is a valuable staff member.

Amazing tour !!!!! Visited Abu Dhabi with my family. We hired a private vehicle from Rayna tours. Ummad was our travel guide for the day and we discovered Abu Dhabi Ummad style. It was a lovely experience . Started with the mosque , F1 circuit , Ferrari world and finally the grand Emirates palace. He took us at the best spots at all the places. Contact with Rayna went very smooth. The driver picked us up March 12, 2017 at the cruiseport as agreed for a small extra fee. We got a private tour and that was great. He had a nice and clean large comfortable car.We could go where ever we wanted and could stay as long as we wanted. The driver - I'm not sure if his name was Khalifa - was wonderful and very patient. He did everything to please us. His English was not very well, but well enough to understand each other and that's sufficient. He was very polite and we could ask him also everything about his city, but also about his culture and religion. He was very respectful to us. At the end of our tour he gave my husband a hug and said: I'm your friend! We had a very special experience and he made our tour in Abu Dhabi an exceptional one. Thank you so much!! It was such a great and memorable trip with my family to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our tour guide Mohammed Rizwan was exceptionally good who made the trip very interesting and memorable. We enjoyed Dubai touring experience with him who explained about all the places really well. He provided a lot of interesting information about all the places we visited like Palm Jumeirah, Emirates palace hotel, Sheikh Zayed mosque and global village in Abu Dhabi. The tour was well organized and taken care by him. It was so much fun. Overall, an excellent and a great experience in Dubai organized by Rizwan.

Wonderful - our driver Ummad called me on the morning to confirm what time he was picking us up and from our hotel in Dubai we travelled first to the Sheik Zayed mosque which is something everyone should see. It is truly remarkable. We stayed there a good hour before heading onto the Heritage Village which sits on the side of the Marina overlooking Abu Dhabi. It has interesting craft stalls which are very reasonably priced. We also visited the Emirates Palace Hotel - this is fantastic - seen to be believed. From there we visited Yas Island Ferrari World and the Yas Shopping Mall. All in all a great full day out from leaving at roughly 9am and returning 6.30pm. Ummad himself was exceptional, he talked us through the history of Dubai, pointed out landmarks, answered our many questions and was great company throughout. A very friendly, courteous, likeable person. I would definitely book Rayna tours again on my next visit.

Great day tour od Abu Dhabi. Tour Guide Adnan Sabir and his brother gave us a great tour. The drive from Dubai is interesting, got good commentary of everything on the way. The mosque is the highlight. The first stop is the museum next to mosque. This was a sales stop. Pity because all the time was taken up on the sales pitch by museum, and there was lots to see if we had been left walk around. Mosque is fantastic and highlight of tour. Next tour of the buildings and Palaces. Lunch stop was the Heritage Village. Food good but a little expensive. Only 1 person from our tour eat here. suggest the tour find alternative food stop. Ferrari world was just a rest room stop. You would need 5 hours to go in here. Note booking the tour directly with Rayna is significantly cheaper than through our hotel

We didn't plan on any itinerary for our Dubai trip and was glad Rayna Tours has a desk at our hotel lobby. We booked 2 tours. 1/2 day desert safari and 1 day tour to abu dhabi. We were satisfied from the assitance on the booking process - giving us good deals and all - to the tour guides funny/witty comments. Rayna Tours was a good choice. We went to Abu Dhabi and had the funniest tour guide ever, Adnan. The trip was great and we laughed the whole day because of his funny jokes. I liked that we learned a lot of interesting facts, I could listen to tour guides all day. We also went on a desert safari, which was fun too, dune bashing was crazy :)

Picked up by small coach which took us to meet a larger coach at jebel Ali. The tour guide was Adnan Sabir who was very knowledgable throughout the whole trip and a good laugh also First stop Ferrari world then a museum and then grand sheik mosque which was very impressive. Stopped at heritage world for lunch and a wander round old building where the locals lived years ago. Last stop was the date market where we tried loads of different dates.

Pros: Professionally managed, comfortable travel vehicles and the best guide Mr Adnan Sabir! Especially loved the way Adnan bhai takes care of his guests, he kept the trip live and fun filled. We have travelled to Dubai through Rayna Tours from 28-12-16 to3-1-2017 we had the city tour in Dubai and Abu Dhabi the tour guide Mr Ramesh with us in Dubai and Mr visual with us in Abu Dhabi they have done their job with tourist in a affection and care . We have enjoyed our tour in city tour ,Desert Safari, at desert safari we had a lot of verity of dinner and entertainment like belly dance at night in a cruise we spent and enjoyed our night . We are very very happy about Rayna Tours . Also we stayed in copthrone hotel there we have luckily met Mrs Varsha Vidhani who is working in Rayna Tours . We are a familiy with two children at the age of 14 and 15 years. We contacted the driver per whats app one day before the tour. So we were picked up in time at the hotel. We all enjoyed the day and had much fun together. Prince (Zairyab Bhatti) was the perfekt guide for us. He has a lot of fun at his job and he knows a lot, especially how to deal with children. Rayna is an excellent tour agency with well mannered & knowledgeble tour guides. The desert safari camp was well organized with various food options for vegetarians & non vegetarians. The entertainment & the dune bashing was awesome. The staff were courteous & helpful. The toilets were relatively clean. The Abu Dhabi tour started with sight seeing the Emirates Palace & the corniche with stops at the Date market, the Grand Mosque & Ferrari World. The tour guide was again well informed & provided with a lot of details. All in all this agency is definitely one of the best that I have travelled with in Dubai. Keep up the good work.

The Abu Dhabi tour was amazing. We booked with the travel consultant Mirza Ali at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The grand mosque was stunning. We visited different markets, we had beautiful views to take fotos. The guide was good, and explained all details about the UAE and Abu Dhabi. Excellent experience. The Dubai Tour is perfect to see the most important things of Dubai in one day. I recommend it. The tour ends with de fountain show by the Burj Khalifa. Very beautiful city and very kind people!

During my visit to Dubai on a family holiday, I used teh services of Rayna Travels as they had a service counter in the hotel. I went on a City tour of Dubai, Dessert Safari and City Tour of Abu Dhabi though them. Overall as a family we are very happy with the service provided in all the three trips. Our guides and the transport facility were above average if not the best. The trips were meticulously planned with good coordination with guests on timings. Though such guided tours are always a rush rush so not to blame them as many tourists want value for money. The city tour was quite informative driving through one historic place to another and almost a 3km walk during the trip. Since the trip starts at 1.30pm the guesta are picked up as early as 12.30 from the hotel. In such a case it would be advisable to inform the guests to pack a lunch for themselves. Though there is sharwama provided by the tour operator but I feel the quality can be much better. During the Dessert Safari the trip was full of fun and with various activities apart from the safari itself were interesting. This is a must do activity in Dubai. The camp site was cool and the belly dance was the main attraction of evening. The snacks offered were not of good quality and cold. However the dinner was still okay. One feedback for teh seating can be that there should be seperate area for Sheesha and Non Sheesha using guests. We occupeid one seat but later were accompanied by guests smoking Sheesha which put our children at unease. Then we had to shuift ourselves but couldnt get a good spot to view the belly dance. Abu Dhabi trip was well planned and covered all the interesting sites. Guide was also quite engaging and helpful. Again in the trip there was only one option for lunch at the Heritage Village which was over crowded. Though we were informed to pack lunch if we wanted but normally it is not a preffered option when holidaying. The grand mosque in Abu Dhabi is a must do. One issue which I highlighted to their desl was difference in the prices quoted on Trip Advisor and the travel desk at hotel. This need to be corrected to avoid confusion to the customer Overall I recommend Rayna Travels for any sight seeing trips in Dubai. The desk at hotel was courteous and helpful. They did provide lots of tips which were helpful in the planning of our trips

We had booked this excursion in UK before arriving in Dubai. Our Tour Guide - Adnan Sabir - was brilliant throughout the whole journey. We were picked up from our hotel at the agreed time (transfers included) and then we picked up other friends along the way (all close by). The tour was very informative and we visited all the main places of importance in Abu Dhabi including Grand Mosque, Ferrari World, Emirates Tower and Palace, Royal Residences and Emirates Heritage Village. We stopped at the Emirates Heritage Village for buffet lunch (not included but good price), where there is also an absolutely beautiful white sand beach behind it with clear waters. Adnan made sure that we were all well hydrated and brought ice cold water bottles for the journey as the weather was around 35C and plus we made a few stops at the gas station when required so that we can stop for 5-10mins for a quick wash break. In the end we were transferred back to our hotels after a fantastic day out. This is definitely a tour that must be seen! Thanks Adnan and Rayna Tours

The stay at Hotel Panorama Grand was made memorable , thanks to the service and guidance provided by Ms Shreya Bhandari , who went out of her way to make the visit pleasant and enjoyable. We booked the one day Abu Dhabi tour. We were picked up by Adnan (or Ardin) on time, he was really good in taking care all of us (from 3 diff hotels) through out the trip. He always checked the passengers to ensure we were not too hot or not too cold. He brought us to all the destination stated in the brochure, in addition, he also brought us to the Fruit market where we could buy the fresh dates or the processed dates with nuts. The lunch buffet at the Heritage village was very good too (only 75 AED) including soft drinks and nice middle east favour food. The only one stop that I personally think should be eliminated was the "museum" that only sell products instead of showing any history. Overall, I still think I will highly recommend this to my friends

After a problematic tour booking with viator, we opted to book with Rayna through our hotel lobby. We were more than satisfied. Tour guide Muhammad Adnan was wonderful. We took a trip to Abu Dhabi which was a great day and worth every penny paid. The coach picked us up from the hotel and was comfortable. Mr adnan was our tour guide and he was very nice and full of information, they managed to fit so much in with this tour and plenty of photo opportunities. the only down side was that a short toilet break on the return trip was needed as 5 hours without stopping is to much. But do use this company for this tour. We also took the desert tour with the same company it was again a nice day, great desert camp and lovely food, again well worth the price.

We booked with Rayna tours for Abu Dhabi day tour. The trip was very well organized and handled. We were picked up on time from our hotel, the trip started on time and all the locations were shown. The highlight of which is certainly the Abu Dhabi mosque. The trip finished with a tour of the dates market, where we bought some goodies for ourselves and family. Very professional and has great presence in the region. They explain a bit about the culture and history of the UAE as well, for those interested. If you are looking for a day tour company around Abu Dhabi or Dubai, these are one of the top folks to go with.

It didn't start great because we had to wait for the pick up one our at the hotel reception, but after that meeting our tour guide made everything a lot better. Mr. Adnan Sabir is the best tour guide I have ever seen, he is very intelligent and helpful. This was the best day just because of him. The only thing that bothered me was the lunch stop at heritage village. You don't have a choice, you have to pay 75 AED for lunch, so I recommend taking your own food. But it doesn't really matter as the guide was so professional. BEST guide award goes to Adnan

On the 20th of August 2016 we went from Dubai to Abu Dhabi with the guide Mr. Adnan Sabir. We were impressed by this trip and a good attitude of our guide who was very professional in his field and who obtains a good sense of humor. We appreciate this trip very much. Had a delightful day exploring Abu Dhabi with my 13yr old daughter. Our guide Adnan was really lovely and so easy to talk to. He was very funny fussing over my safety making friends with a little feral cat even though we were getting along famously. I would've happily brought the little cat home he was so sweet. The Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque was so beautiful and every aspect of the day was wonderful. I told them in the last minute that I'm want to visit musandam the next day. It was almost impossible to do it but himanshu helped me sort out my visa and other stuff to enter oman.. We booked two excursions with Rayna Tours, Al Ail full day and Abu Dhabi city tour half day. My mother language is not English, therefore excuse me for any mistake. The sales agent desk is located in our hotel lobby. He is friendly and provided us with details about the tours. The drivers picked us up at the expected date & time, no delay at all, and the cars were confortable. Al Ail is two hours drive far and highway is little boring, however that's it and our driver gave info along the way and we had a chance to make little conversation. Al Ail and the next stops included with the tour are beautifull and, for us, it is an opportunity to see places such as the camel market. Abu Dhabi half day city tour was perfect to visit the Grand Mosque (guided tour included) and further places. The Grand Mosque itself is extraordinary and visit is a must. Be aware that you must wear proper clothes to enter religious site and security check at the entrance will not allow goods considered as dangerous or similar.

Will organized trip. We had amazing time visiting Abu Dhabi. The driver Adnan Sabir was very helpful sharing information about every stop and trying his best to make everybody happy and enjoying.

Our tour guide Hafiz Ali was extremely knowledgable about literally anything we asked him. He was able to maintain a level of enthusiasm and humour whilst ensuring that we were learning along the way. He comes across as an extremely genuine person and would be more than happy to have a tour with him any day/time. furthermore, apart from the tour itself he is person who has left a mark on me and that is how he has mastered the art of positive thinking and i genuinely believe that although this was a physical tour of Abu Dhabi Hafiz Ali was able to ensure that all of us left the car a more refreshed character than we entered and for that i will never forget him.

I was staying in Dubai, but I really wanted to see Abu Dhabi and only had one day that I could do this. This is a perfect tour. It's about an hour and a half ride to Abu Dhabi, and it's an interesting ride all the way there. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is definitely the highlight of the day! I am so glad I took the tour if for no other reason than to just visit this mosque. It's spectacular!! I was glad we had an hour to go through it. I also enjoyed visiting the "dates" market. I bought some and brought them home with me, and I'm still enjoying them. Our guide-Adnansabir-was most entertaining and very knowledgable. He made the trip/tour a lot of fun!
