- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
- ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

My visit to SeaWorld Abu Dhabi was one of the best that I took in recent times. I gained a lot of into the diverse marine life. The opportunity to feed the penguins and watch their playful antics was great.

Booked the Jebel Jais on their official website. Service was great and responsive. They tried their best to accommodate customers. They often give away discount codes so prices are good. I recommend that you accept more methods of payment, other than just card payment, because if some foreign bank cards cannot be used then your customers won't have another option to pay for their desired services
A day to remember. we were a bit worried about my 3 years old child because we didn't know if he was going to enjoy it but we had a fantastic day from the start to the end a very big thank you to our driver and tour guide Mr Khalid Bado because he really went out of his way to make it a special trip. it was a safari but with him it was also like a city tour because on the way to the desert he was explaining everything to us about the culture, the palaces, the buildings and the life in Dubai i did read on trip advisor about Rayna Tours and I'm really glad i choose your company that at the following day i also book my tickets for the Burj Khalifa with you i would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai for the first time
Wonderful - our driver Ummad called me on the morning to confirm what time he was picking us up and from our hotel in Dubai we travelled first to the Sheik Zayed mosque which is something everyone should see. It is truly remarkable. We stayed there a good hour before heading onto the Heritage Village which sits on the side of the Marina overlooking Abu Dhabi. It has interesting craft stalls which are very reasonably priced. We also visited the Emirates Palace Hotel - this is fantastic - seen to be believed. From there we visited Yas Island Ferrari World and the Yas Shopping Mall. All in all a great full day out from leaving at roughly 9am and returning 6.30pm. Ummad himself was exceptional, he talked us through the history of Dubai, pointed out landmarks, answered our many questions and was great company throughout. A very friendly, courteous, likeable person. I would definitely book Rayna tours again on my next visit.

We visited the beautiful mosque in Abu Dabhi, two palaces and the Ferrari place. It was a great experience. Tour guide Kamran khan was very knowledgeable
