At Hybrid Travel Agency, we understand that plans can change. Here's what you need to know about cancelling your flight bookings:
✅ When Can You Cancel a Booking?
- You may cancel a flight only if the airline allows it.
- We will notify you during the booking or after purchase if cancellation is possible.
- If cancellation is not allowed via API, we will request it manually on your behalf.
💰 Refunds on Cancellation
Before cancelling your flight, we will always:
- Request a cancellation quote from the airline.
- Share with you:
- The amount you’ll be refunded.
- The method of refund (original payment method or airline credit).
- Any applicable cancellation fees.
- You can then choose to:
- Confirm the cancellation, or
- Keep your booking unchanged.
✈️ Types of Refunds
- Monetary Refunds: Refunded to your original payment method (e.g., card).
- Airline Credits: If the airline issues credits, we will provide a voucher/code to be used on their website for future bookings.
🕒 Cancellation Timing
- Same-day cancellations may be eligible for full or partial refund depending on airline rules.
- Cancellations close to departure time may incur higher fees or be non-refundable.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Some bookings may not be cancellable at all. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellation quotes are valid for a limited time. If not confirmed, you’ll need a new quote.
- All refunds are subject to the airline's terms and processing time (typically 3–14 business days).
