Flight Change Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our flight change service allows you to modify your booking smoothly and transparently. Please read the policy below carefully before proceeding with a flight change.

✅ Eligibility for Changes

• You may change your flight only if the airline allows changes for your ticket.
• This is determined by the airline's fare rules and will be visible at the time of booking and in your booking summary.

🔁 Change Request Process

1. Submit a Change Request: Contact our support team or use your account dashboard to select the flight(s) you wish to change.
2. Receive Change Offers: We will provide you with a list of available new flight options and their associated costs and penalties.
3. Review Costs:
   • Fare Difference: If the new flight is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference.
   • Airline Penalty: A fee charged by the airline, if applicable.
   • Hybrid Travel Service Fee: $Free Of charge for processing flight changes.
4. Confirm Changes: Once you confirm your selection and approve the price, we will update your booking. Full payment is required at this step.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Price Can Fluctuate: Until confirmed, change offers are subject to real-time price changes.
• Non-Changeable Tickets: Some discounted or promotional fares cannot be changed.
• Time Limit: Most changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure. This varies by airline.
• No-Show Rule: If you miss your flight without notifying us, changes are not allowed.

💳 Payment

Accepted via credit/debit card, wallet, or your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the change is successful.
