The agent, Pavan, efficiently requested all the necessary documents and successfully processed my visa within four business days. While I found it somewhat unconventional that the entire communication occurred via WhatsApp rather than email, I understand that this may be a common practice in that region.

Nice trip. The guide was very kind all the time. Only thing to highlight is that you need special clothes if want to enter to the musk, which wasn ´t advised timely. Other than that, the trip is worth it.

The driver Rana Tanveer was great. I found there to be quite a bit of upselling of products, which was almost to be expected. The camels seem to be treated fairly well by their handlers, though they clearly did not want to be ridden. The ATV ride was very fun; they send a guide with you so you don't get lost in the desert. I wish the food was a little better. There were a lot of options, but it was all pretty mediocre. I also wish the sand bashing was a little more adventurous; it didn't feel as much like a roller coaster as I was anticipating, though that might be my high expectations. Overall, a very fun one-time experience.

Hi I am sharing my painful experience with Rayan tours for my booking of Dhow Cruise. I booked cruise for 16th Feb 2024, for my family.we arrived on time for our trip and dinner, but on arrival we were informed that due to some technical issue which could not be resolved the sail was cancelled and staff there apologised and informed us that the money will be refunded After multiple calls to contact person mentioned in the booking I was informed to contact company sales person and send a mail to company for same. After multiples messages and to the sales person and multiple e mails regarding my refund I was insulted with the statement that only you have complaint out of the 100s of booking happened that day. After continuous follow-ups and persuasions I finally got my booking amount back in my credit card account on 24 may 2024.after 3mnths and 10 days. Overall it was a very horrible experience and i will recommend that anyone doing booking with Rayan Tours be mindful of these facts and are suggested to look for better alternative options.

The trip was splendid and we had a good time with the family on this tour. Adeel and ijaz ul haq who were our tour guide and driver explained the details in a detailed manner and was enjoyable. It was punctual as well. Few things to improve - at least 2 Water bottles can be provided per person. The mic quality can be improved. Not clearly audible in the back. The leg space in bus can be a bit more.

I have been using Rayna tours for applying visit visas for my friends and family for some years now and it has always been very good experience. They always deliever on time and and process is very easy. I was in touch with Mehvish Shehzadi and she has been very professionl.

The dune bash was awesome! The performances by the belly dancer and the fire dancer were amazing. Our driver Junaid Ashraf was very polite and friendly. He provided exceptional service. However, I think there should be other activities for those not interested in shopping, ATVs or camel back rides. There was an hour wait that was quite boring.

The desert experience was amazing, we enjoy it a lot! Mr Brown was our guide, he drives really fast... it was exiting, he is also a good photographer, he took us funny photos in the desert. The dinner at the camp was delicious and also the show was great. For who want to came to Dubai I suggest to book this experience!

We booked a tour from our hotel tour desk as an day tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. The agent told us that we would be back before 6pm because we had an event event. However once on board the bus the guide laird out a day that wouldn't get us back before 8pm. We stopped at Ferrari world as the first stop where there were supposed to be opportunities for pictures with a race car (we knew it was not a stop to enter the amusement park) but the gates weren't open and the photo op consisted of the sign in front of closed gates. We chose to leave the tour at this point and arranged our own private car to take us to the palace and mosque so we could be back in Dubai on time. The company refined us less than 1/2 of the cost of the 2 tours we had paid for. Very disappointing.

It is an awestruck experience with Abdul Hafeez answering all queries and helping us all through for getting saudi visa with in 6 hours . He gave all info without mincing any words what I have faced with other travel companies in Dubai.

Everything was great, but it's better to buy the premium package. And you should expect spending some extra money except for the package. Our driver's name was Ijaz Salem, he's very experienced.

Nous avons eu Mr Mohamed Rafik comme chauffeur d un luxueux 4/4 Toyota Land Cruiser trés bien équipé au niveau sécurité avec des barres en acier sur le toit intérieur du véhicule. Avant les virages dans les dunes il à  réduit le gonflement des pneus à  1,5 au lieu des 3.5 réguliérement. Le tour à  été fantastique. Suivi d un tour à  dos de chameau.

Booked stay at Lapita Resort (Dubai parks and resort) with free access to all parks. We got a great deal from Rayna Tours with really helpful service from Mr. Naresh. Hotel was fancy and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful with delicious vegetarian options included. Had a lot of fun at the parks with the shows at Bollywood theme parks being the best to enjoy with family. Motiongate rides are really thrilling.

Booked a two hour limo tour with Rayna and was for the most part happy for the whole experience. The booking process was somewhat complicated for the tour I wanted and had countless of back and forth emails with several customer service representative. The tour itself was on time and the service was impeccable. Our driver was on time and follow our instructions very well. I'd definitely use them again in the future.

The tour was well planned and the guide was informative too! Only complain... They left us with only 4 hours at ferrari world.. A little more time there would have done us good. Very nice experience. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. But I have a small suggestion, since it was hot, it is better to put a mini fan on each table for the customer. But overall, lovely experience. Thank you Faisal Raza for the transportation to the Dhow Cruise.

Driver (Raja Umair) picked us up on time from the hotel as instructed by his WhatsApp message to my wife, making explicit that he needed us ready to leave at 4pm ˜sharp'. After 10 minutes of driving, Raja decides to go to the grocery store. We wait for him for approx 10 minutes while he does some shopping and has a smoke. We then continue our journey to the desert. Once we reach, Raja instructs us on the ˜rules'. We finally start to have a good time once he leaves us to our own. Raja then takes us on a ˜dune bashing' ride along with 100 other paying guests. Raja then decides to stop our dune bashing to help a friend's car that has a flat tire. Me and my family wait in the 4x4 for approx 10 minutes watching Raja help his friend and watching other paying guests speed off enjoying their dune bash. We continue our bash and Raja gives us 3 minutes to take pictures during sunset. It is important to note that other guests had at least 15 minutes to take photographs in the sunset, but we were to busy sitting in the 4x4 watching Raja help his mate. We then arrive at the camp and Raja comes to our table to inform us that there are 3 shows left. He then comes again after 15 minutes to tell us that there is one show left. I can't help but to think that Raja wants to go home and wants us to leave. It is either this theory, or, Raja believes that me and my family are experiencing this programme for free. The fact is, I am paying the money to enjoy this experience and I don't need anyone, especially Raja, to provide me and my family with passive aggressive reminders of when we should leave. We left straight after the last show as Raja was hovering around acting like he had some family emergency. 30 minutes during our journey home, Raja is forcing me to write a review on trust pilot. I explain to him that I don't have data and will do this when I reach the hotel. Raja is not having this. Whilst driving, he is actively trying to give me his phone so that I can write his review and he wants us to show him the ˜stars'. At this point, I'm not only concerned for the safety of my family but also concerned about Raja's mental health. I tell Raja to chill out and that I will write the review when I get back to the hotel. Not sure if it is legal to try and use mobile phones whilst driving, therefore, here you go. This is my review for the experience and for our driver, as eagerly requested by home. The actual desert and evening entertainment was great, shame about our driver/guide aka Raja.

Nice experience to share with family/friends, very exiting diving on the dunes, our driver, Sunil Kumar, was very experienced and always had the control of the car. We had fun sand boarding and ridding camel. Entertaining and food were also good!

Thought Dubai Marina is beautiful with spectacular views, the dinner cruise experience was very average for us. They have a very chaotic seating arrangement specially in the front part of the cruise. People flock into the cruise front for photo opportunities and this creates lot of discomfort for the guests seated there. They should leave this place vacant for photography due to obvious reasons but just to accommodate more people the seats are placed there. People would surely click pics at the beautiful marina and no place is available at the cruise for this purpose. Dinner quality and variety is very poor. One may not like it even if they are hungry. Better to enjoy the views rather than eating that poorly prepared food. Liquor is paid however cold drinks are complimentary. Live show by an artist was good to watch. Overall a disappointing experience for us. If you are booking a Marina cruise, look for other options.
