Outstanding service of Rayna Tours! This was our second tour organized by them in two consecutive days and both were excellent. Desert Heritage tour, a day before with Amin and Abu Dhabi tour with Mohammed - we just can't choose which one was better. Excellent! We went on 1 half a day private tour and 1 full day private tour with Toseef Ghafar. Our driver and tour guide Toseef was an absolute gentleman.. we was super friendly, accomodating all our needs and extremely knowledgeable of Dubai and abu dahbi. Friendly, informative, and calm behind the wheel, which made the whole experience even better. Qasr Al Watan was a highlight – absolutely stunning and a real showcase of UAE heritage. The tour pace was relaxed, giving us plenty of time to soak everything in. If you're after a quality tour in Abu Dhabi, I’d definitely recommend this one. We booked an 8 hour full day with Mr Hatem Mahmoud of Rayna Tours & Safari LLC Abu Dhabi and their really fantastic driver Mr. Tauheed Ahmad The tour was organised very well by the super efficient Mr HATEM Mahmoud Our driver was super professional, kind, very helpful and told us many things about Abu Dhabi, the history etc. He explained us how the city is divided into different islands with different purposes and drove us around, waited for us while we visited and always with a smile, good humor and kindness. It was a really nice day The places were beautiful The President's residence, The mosque, the Louvre museum from the outside, The Abrahamic Family Buildings (which was really very impressive finding these 3 religions together) the dates' market was also very interesting finding the different qualities of dates “The heritage Village” for us was the least interesting, but what was nice that from the village you could see the Abu Dhabi Skyline which was very beautiful I would absolutely recommend this agency and also their very professional and kind driver Mr. Tauheed Ahmad, who for us was a very important part of our experience, a real asset for the agency , thanks 🙏

The tour was wonderful. It covered the Grand Mosque (impressive yet beautiful), the Royal Palace (just the same), the Emirates Palace Hotel and Safari World. Throughout, our driver Rahat Ali proved incredibly resourceful about local facts and history, very helpful when he enabled us evade long lines and patient, when we overstayed our time in the Emirates Palace. Abu Dhabi is very different in its majesty from bustling Dubai and definitely a location worth visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip

We had a wonderful time on the full day group tour in Abu Dhabi organized by Rayna Tours. The tour included a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, a city tour with a short stop at the Ferrari World on Yas Island, a visit to the Heritage Village as well as a visit to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, where we also saw the drone show in the evening. The tour was very well planned and executed, and we enjoyed every moment of it. Our guide Smit was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions with extensive knowledge and made sure that the tour ran smoothly and without any delays or waiting times. He also gave us some tips for the New Year's Eve, which were very helpful. He was very attentive and courteous, and we learned a lot from him. Our driver Vinu was also very professional and safe. He drove us to all the sightseeing points with a comfortable and smooth driving style. He was always on time and ready to assist us. Shocking. The driver not only wrote his jeep off with my family and young children in the car - the promise to return the payment for the terrible experience has since been withdrawn and they are now no longer communicating with me. This experience was supposed to be fun and safe, instead we spent our final evening in the hospital being pressure by their staff to join them at a police station some 45 minutes away. No support and you apparently sign away any liability when attending the excursion. Not worth the money or stress.

Dawood Khan drove us safely from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. He was always ahead of schedule which we appreciate a lot. Very responsive whenever we had questions. Took us to the mosque and was very helpful when we encountered a slight problem. Very funny and enjoyed his company. Would recommend him!

The tour led by Kamran Ahmed was fantastic! His guidance really made the experience enjoyable. The only downside was the absence of Wi-Fi on the bus, which made staying connected a bit challenging. Nonetheless, Kamran's leadership and sense of humour made up for it, creating an overall great tour experience.

We had a great tour. We have seen beautiful things in a short time. We also had good and interesting information from the guide and a good driver. Thanks!

The destinations were amazing. The visited places were all beautiful. But paying the price we did, I expected a bus with a working AC. The time frames were badly organised. No time to pray for people who wanted to. By the last stop we skipped the prayer to not make anyone wait since it was said that we wouldn't wait any longer than 10 minutes. But we ended up sitting over half an hour in a bus with a disfunctional AC by 35 °C waiting for everyone. Everything was rushed expect for the Ferrari World. Abu Dhabi is a must see. But I'd choose a different tour next time.

The Tour guide Adnan Sabirs was very knowledgeable and funny. He made the tour very interesting and I enjoyed going to the Mosque and the buffet.

While I had a great experience in Dubai Visa issuance from Rayna tours, the experience with Desert Safari was just the opposite. Right from the arrival time everything was pathetic- the vehicle reached almost an hour behind the scheduled time. There was no correspondence, and we kept waiting. On following up with the office people, there was no clarity. The 4x4 vehicle sent while was ok to travel in the city was defective and non conducive for dune bashing. Midway, they had to call back another vehicle to replace ours. Of course this vehicle was double timing with another group, resulting in 50% of time for safari being compromised. Since the vehicle was shared, we were not also allowed to finish the whole entertainment program and was rushed to go back. Overall a terrible experience for us because of bad planning and mis management from Rayna

I am super impressed with Rayna Tours. They contacted me by text the day of the tour to confirm my hotel pick up. Tour leader Imran was knowledgeable, funny and had a good command of the group - clear expectations. I especially enjoyed the Dubai museum and other cultural stops. Imran used the drive time between stops to explain interesting facts about UAE customs and laws. There were even a couple of opportunities to taste local food. The included boat ride was short but fun. This tour is GREAT value for the money and includes pick up and drop off at your hotel.

Dubai full day city tour guide (J. saxena )have organized and explained tour place details nicely, but Abudhabi city tour guide has not explained any history & importants about tour place details and totally bored.

The local Ahmedabad office of the Rayna tours organised our tour . It was very well planned and the Hotel Belvedre court that they selected was also good . It was very very satisfying experience. Ms Trushali and Mr Vikas at the Ahmedabad office and Mr Dushyant the local Head , were very helpful. Also Ms Nageena Shakir and Ms Rinku at Dubai office were prompt, proactive and very cooperative. Dissapointed FAKE TOUR i came back three weeks ago from Dubai where i enjoyed of many activities Respect to Rayna Tour Desert Safari i am fightining with the company because they charged us an amount about the sand board activity and they dont want to give me my mobey back. The devices for the activity were broken and we couldnt enjoy it As you can see in my screenshot we negociated with them a safari by 150 aed ( it was 300 aed per person but there was a special discount of 50%) so it finally was 150 aed per person Suddenly we asked them for the sand board and it was 100 aed plus per person. This is the amount i am asking for ti give me back and THEY DONT WANT PLEASE see the screenshot of the conversation I AM FAKED!!!!!!

Great tour. Dune bashing was good fun. Camel ride and henna was a nice bonus. Obviously there are lots of things to add on to pay for but it's good value for money. There was a long time to wait before the show or any food was served. Buffet not great (we only had a standard buffet though) but was fine and plenty of food. Shows were good. Would recommend
