We had an all day tour with behram and he arrived early, asked where we wanted to go and what was most important. He delivered an excellent tour giving us all the information we could wish for so we felt we were in the middle of the culture and learning. Hos communication was excellent, giving up plenty of time at each location. We were due to see the water fountain, he walked us to the location and due to Ramadan the show started later, the children wasn't liking the crowded area so berham took us to glow park instead which was definitely more suitable for young children. We had an amazing day, and I highly recommend you book a day for a taste of Dubai

Smit Joshi our guide was very friendly & very passionate about the attractions we saw. Vinu, our driver, was also a nice guy who was also knowledgeable, including that of cricket we found out! Grand Mosque part of the trip was great and a must see. However the visit to the ˜museum' is simply a sales room for carpets. Given the amount of other attractions that could be visited it felt that the visits to said museum and food markets could be substituted. Note the rating is reflective of the content of the tour which all in could have been better, however Smit Joshi & Vinu made it a pleasurable experience all in.

Nice private half day tour to the old town of Dubai. Boat ride across the river, visiting herb and gold Suq, the Frame and Palace. Did some stops we wanted to see. Really relax. Good explanation by our guide and driver Dawood Kahn.

The driver took us on a day tour in Abu Dhabi, arrived on time, was very nice, courteous and professional. Gave an explanation all along, was attentive to our requests and patient. We really enjoyed the service, there is no doubt that next time we will only ask for the driver who took us on more tours and we will recommend to friends who come to Dubai.

Absolutely terrible, gave us the wrong information, representatives all tell a different story. So hard to be believed by them as to what information was given to us. Our driver was Hammad Anwar. He did a great job of showing us around and explaining the areas we were driving through. He was patient and let us spend as long or as little as we wanted in each place. Personally would not recommend the museum stop (not the Louvre) as the tour guide pressured us to buy numerous things even though we had said we weren't trying to buy anything. Nonetheless, Hammad did a fantastic job and we had a great experience. Thank you.

We are overall very satisfied with Rayna tours and would like to give a special mention to Mr.Salauddin. We had rented a taxi for whole day and was very happy with the way Mr. Salauddin treated us throughout the day. He took great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to visit every place we had planned to. He even took us to a couple of extra places and provided us with all the information we needed. His customer service skills are tremendous and I have not met a more courteous person than him. I would give him 7 out of 5 stars.

I loved the whole day. It was a trip to Abu Dabi and it could have been any normal trip for us as we travel the world very often. But the experience was enhanced by Zeeshan Ayub. De rit naar het kamp was best gezellig met Khalid badoo. Hij had erg veel humor en vertelde ons veel geschiedenis over dubai en had overal antwoord op. Ook maakte hij het erg gezellig in de auto met leuke bijpassende muziek. Aangekomen in de sahara was er een gelegenheid om foto's te maken. Ook hierbij heeft Khalid leuke foto's gemaakt. Daarna kon je tegen aanbetaling gebruik maken van een quad/buggy. Als afsluiter werden wij gebracht naar het kamp om te genieten van lekker Arabisch avondmaal, waarbij je kon genieten van verschillende shows en shisha. Er waren ook veel meer activiteiten op het kamp zelf. Henna, kameel rijden, traditionele kleding aantrekken voor op de foto etc. Al met al, perfecte gids maar de activiteiten/ organisatie kon beter.

Enjoyed every single trip to the cities as properly mentioned on the package. Even the staff who came along with my family as a tour guide was professional. He was kind enough to show and tell us some of the most fascinating things while touring around different cities. Our hotel helped us out with this tour situ Ryana tour comptant and we are so glad we did it, was lot of fun. It started with great 4WD, with our driver KD (awesome Pilot) so confident in knowing how to handle the dunes. Then it was onto this beautiful outdoor area for traditional BBQ dinner, dancing and activities to enjoy the rest of the evening. With camel rides to top it off. We were picked up at the hotel by Wajahat on time and in a Toyota Land Cruiser. Wajahat was amazing. Kind, and a fantastic driver and group leader. Please request him. Off we went into the desert for our adventure of sandbashing (which is another way to say driving through the sand dunes at high-speed˜s laughing your guts out!). Next we drove dune buggy˜s (with helmets and four point harnesses feeling safe) in the desert with a guide in front of us and camels surrounding us. Chewing on sand, we had a wonderful time! They also have horseback riding, sand boarding, ATV riding and we got to hold a young eagle! We chose this company for the ease of emailing and cost. I highly recommend doing these desert activities and using Rayna.

Booked my trip on line whilst in Dubai Had a quick response that evening and price very competitive The driver, Zaid really looked after us, made sure we were ok with the dune bashing as it can being on a rollercoaster! We have booked all our day tours with Rayna Day Tours in their desk at the lobby of Sofitel Corniche Hotel in Abu Dhabi. We took the Desert Safari, All 7 Emirates, Abu Dhabi City Tour, Dubai City Tour, Al Ain, Yellow Boats and they were perfect! All guides were great: Bob (desert safari), Shezade (Abu Dhabi city tour and Al Ain), Jay and Rizwan (Dubai city tour). Also, we would like to thank Mr Ryan D'Souza who were so gentle and made all efforts to make everything fit in our days there, perfectly. I highly recommend them. We had a great experience and had the opportunity to visit wonderful places and know a lot about the region and the culture.

At first, I just took Desert Safari, i was satisfied, so i booked another 2 tours. good guide, good attitude and good planning. especially, when i mentioned if i can join Sharjah Emirate for one day tour. Ryana told me it was not worthy just for one emirate, he recommended me to take part in the 6 emirates tour in one days, very valuable, and offered to me the a bit discounted price. I'm very satisfied with this last day trip, they arranged the SUV car for both of us, driver cum tour guide Bilal is from Parkistan, young boy, very experienced and farmilar to all the emirates, he is almost able to meet all costomers demands. Our guide Adnan Sadie was a hoot! We had a fabulous time. Adnan was entertaining and engaging with us on the drive from Dubai to Abu Dabi. He pointed out the most important buildings and sprinkled in some interesting cultural heritage. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque was by far the highlight of the trip a must see for anyone visiting. The lunch stop provided a taste of culture you will not want to miss.

We booked this tour via the agent at Jumeirah Emirates Tower. We were picked up by our guide, Haifiz Ali, at 9 am. He had phoned earlier to confirm, a nice touch. He was both very knowledgeable and good company which made the day considerably more interesting. The tour itself combines the old and the new. We stopped at souqs, museums and markets. While you do need to be prepared for a lot of driving, most of this was made up of fairly short legs. What stands out is the contrasts, Dubai with all its glitz through desert sand dunes of movie quality through rugged, bleak mountains. Camels, goats, Rolls Royces and Ferraris. ... If you want to know about the UAE then this tour is to be recommended.

I'm so glad we booked with Mirza Ali at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers. We booked a Abu Dhabi, Jet Ski, The desert safari and the Atlantis water park excursions and activities. Our holiday was very nice in-spite it was only five nights. The hotel was very good and clean in a good location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had one organised group tour booked through Mr Nimit Joshi around Dubai. The tour was very nice and the tour guide explained with details all the places we have visited and the history of the Emirates. We booked this tour via the agent at Jumeirah Emirates Tower. We were picked up by our guide, Haifiz Ali, at 9 am. He had phoned earlier to confirm, a nice touch. He was both very knowledgeable and good company which made the day considerably more interesting. The tour itself combines the old and the new. We stopped at souqs, museums and markets. While you do need to be prepared for a lot of driving, most of this was made up of fairly short legs. What stands out is the contrasts, Dubai with all its glitz through desert sand dunes of movie quality through rugged, bleak mountains. Camels, goats, Rolls Royces and Ferraris. ...

Hi recently I had Dubai trip with my family. It was amazing trip overall. We have received very good service from Rayna Day tours and travels. All our tour guides are good and soft spoken also. Mirza Ali was really helpful when we were booking tors from the lobby of the Ibis Hotel. We were new to Dubai and he told us what tours were available and suitable for her as my husband can't walk very far. The tours were not cheap but they were professionally organised and well worth the money. he even helped sort out my mobile phone to comment to the hotel's Wi-Fi. The tour guide for our trip to Abu Dabi was Adnan and he was particularly informative and told us all about social customs in the country and lots of interesting information about how people lived. He greatly added to the enjoyment of our day.

Jeet was our tour guide who took us around various places. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour as I covered most of the touristy spots in Dubai. Its a good way to spend your stop over for a day or two. Arrived in Dubai and wanting to see the city with limited time . This tour covered the major attraction's very well. Our guide Savio was very knowledgeable and made it a fun day out . The bus driver Pratesh kept us moving and on time . Visiting old Dubai and a Mosque was very interesting to understand some of the cultural aspects of Dubai

I was astonished by all the Emirates we visited, and all the hidden gems Kamran had for me in this wonderful tour. It started with a full explanation of the history of the UAE and each Emirate. Kamran himself is so friendly and very informative and he makes you feel free to see the places and stops as much as you want. The car is so big and luxurious I didn't feel the long distances he drove. From morning till night I was surprised by every single destination and took memories and photos for life. We bought our tour at Big Bus kiosk next to Dubai mall. Our driver was Nabi. He arrived on time, answered all our questions during the tour, was very nice and his dune driving skills are amazing. Overall, the experience was unforgettable, definitely worth spending a day!

It was a wonderful 8 hours tour around Dubai city. We got to see the new and exciting sites and the original town areas in one day, along with various other attractive points such as the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina. Our tour guide Mr Junaid was very pleasant and knowledgable in sharing with us many interesting facts of the city, making the trip much more enriching and fun. My 76 year old mother and i appreciate his patience and calm nature through out the travels.

Adnan Sabir made the one-day tour of me and my wife in Dubai a perfect day that we will remember forever. Due to a tight schedule, we had to visit a lot of places on the same day. Adnan picked us up from the hotel on time. He took us to all the places on time, while worrying about our safety, so that we would see all the places in time and explained while traveling about the places we were going to. Adnan is a pleasant, welcoming, and very polite conversationalist. I recommend to anyone who comes to Dubai and wants an experiential trip to look for Adnan Sabir.
