It's a shopping trap ! The day began when we ( a group of 7 ) weren't picked up from our hotel , after several calls they finally picked us up after about 90 minutes waiting. We booked a tour with guide from Dubai to Abu Dhabi . With around 4 stops before we would reach the famous mosque . 3 of the 4 stops were shopping traps & 1 view point ... So if you want to actually see something and don't waist a complete day I wouldn't book this tour .

We were guided by AJ on this tour, who was very organised and encouraging with all the activities and made sure we were all involved. He answered any questions we had and kept us informed throughout. The desert day itself was great, we had the quad biking option added on which was well worth it, the sand duning was a unique experience and we were spoilt for choice with the buffet selection at dinner and the entertainment was fantastic. Definitely recommend :)

Wajahat was our chauffer during our desert safari. We felt as if a friend was taking us to the place. He made us very comfortable. We had a great time!

I enjoyed looking at the traditional crafts, jewellery, and food at the museum. Each preserved house at the museum stand outs from one another and highlights a unique story of Emirati history and culture.

Nashabar Should be a best experience, but ruins by multiple shopping sites. Especially, the art center is nightmare location we didn't ask to go but guide took us to there, people there they just keep trying to sell the expensive carpet to us that is not with that. We could not see the Burj Al Arab that mall is big to find the path. Overall the guide is helpful and nice to explain the history and country knowledge. Except the art center.

We had a great experience on this tour. The food was exceptional, the entertainment was enjoyable and the dune bashing was thrilling. Our driver Muntazir Hussain made us feel safe during the whole experience. Recommend.

We booked a private tour with Rayna tours with a quad bike add on. The tour was a joke especially the quad bike. They have a preset course which is very small and you are restricted to going in circle in a playground size area. You don't get a true experience to riding through the dunes.

Abu Dhabi is a wonderful place and each corner of ot has a lot of cultural meaningful stuff I'm happy that our tour guide helped us so much to know about each of the place he genuinely replied all of our questions, seeing all the sightseeing of the place and listening to all about them spending time taking pictures was a really good experience for me

I'm knocking down 1 star, because this was a ˜shopping tour'. We stopped by a dates store and art museum store. It wasn't high pressure, but I thought wasted an hour of the day. But this is the fault of the company, not our guide & driver. The good - our guide, Kamran Khan was EXCELLENT. 1.5-2 hour drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was informative and entertaining. the time flew by! And all through the tour, KK had great knowledge and answered our questions. The driver, Onkar Singh, got us to all our location safely. More importantly, he kept the AC on so the bus was cool when we boarded at every stop. Spent some time at Heritage Village and the highlight was the Grand Mosque. Do not miss this incredible place!! All the other places, we just drove by or 5 minute stop for picture taking. If you're short on time and wanted to hit the major Abu Dhabi spots, this is good.

We were stunned looking at the Dragon Mart. We have never seen a mall that houses 3500 retail and wholesale shops. Everything that we wanted to shop for were available there. We shopped till we dropped.

It was an unbelievable experience shopping at the Dragon Mart and Karama Market. We can locate both these amazing shopping destinations due to this shopping program and buy good things.

The worst experience with Rayna tour. It was my very big mistake to choose Rayna for my holiday trip. I had travel many countries but this time my experience in dubai with Rayna was terrible and unsatisfied. They are very unprofessional at there service. They never reply if you are in some problem. I have to wait for 45 min to 1 hour for every pick for the car. The coordinators never reply and even care in what problem you are standing. Simply tell guest to take taxi. The drivers are very rude and behave like a owner. Truly i must say if you wish to spoil your vacation then go for Rayna else book your tour yourself. I was for 1 week holiday in dubai and faced the same problem everyday. I had told many times to the coordinator to talk to there senior management but they never reply.

My tour of Abu Dhabi was unique as it was highly educative and entertaining. With a highly informed and humorous person of ADNAN SABIR as a tour guide, my family and I found every bit of the tour coming with new information about the developmental epochs of UAE, its culture and traditions. With a good memory of the nationalities on the tour (about 10 nor so), Adnan created an interesting theatre of fun on the bus. As a chef, I always wanted to visit the spice market in Dubai. Glad I booked this package from Rayna Tours because there are so many wonderful spices where it turned out to be really aromatic.

We organised the tour at our hotel the day before. Picked up at the hotel on time and driven to a meeting point for the minibus. Our driver had a few problems finding where to meet but eventually arrived. Throughout the tour we were well looked after and our guide was very friendly and talkative. He did seem to avoid answering some questions but we think that was an English as second language problem. We saw a lot of different places of interest - best were the Dubai Museum and the Fountain show. The spice and gold markets seemed to be mainly for possible shopping - interesting but we're from New Zealand and most items for sale by the many stalls would not be permitted across the NZ border due to possible disease vectors. Overall the tour was good value - they kept us in water and food and gave us time to look around. Would rate as excellent but dropped slightly due to the shopping outlook and the problem finding the bus at the start. No complaints about the guide however - he was very good. Tour was tiring in the heat but gave a real overview of the city

Our desert safari experience in Dubai with Rayna Tours, managed by Mr. Sunil Thapa at the Radisson hotel travel desk, was absolutely incredible. We were guided by Mr. Aqeel Shah, whose helpfulness and extensive local knowledge made our tour exceptionally enjoyable.The thrilling dune bashing was a highlight, with Mr. Shah skillfully navigating the desert terrain. The experience was further enriched by the delicious food, captivating dance performances, and a delightful camel ride. The service throughout was top-notch, and we appreciated the luxurious car that picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel.We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sunil Thapa, Mr. Aqeel Shah, and the entire team for making our desert safari an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommended!

Your ran to schedule etc and the organisation side of things was great. What we didn't like was the emphasis on shopping at some of the destinations. Also the tour went on a bit long and finishing with the Dubai mall/ fountain was frustrating as it was extremely busy. The minibus driver that took us from the Dubai mall back the hotel was possibly the worst driver I have ever seen. He got lost going to another couples hotel, went around corners flat out and two old ladies were very uncomfortable with his driving. My wife and I got out before we went to our hotel and caught a taxi back.

Great experience with Kamran guide and pilot Zaman. I took an Abu Dhabi city tour. Kamran kept everyone engaged, gave interesting facts and stories, and answered all the questions. Good guy. The tour was on time and folks were understanding and polite.
