YAS Island experience The trip to Yas Island was an amazing experience. We we had a one and a half hour trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi but we hardly felt bored as the driver kept engaging us with his conversations. He told us all about Dubai like cheap shopping places, Indian Restaurants and many other things. He even recommended a Go Karting area which was one of the best experience for my kids. He also showed as Formula 1 track which we never imagined we would see. I would recommend Saeed Akhtar (our driver/licensed guide) to anyone who wants a good tour of the U.A.E.

Wish we had more time for Ferrari world, the ride staff didn't make it a Ferrari experience, they were so slow we could do barely 3 rides in 4 hours. Advise would be to do a whole day for Ferrari world, not combine with city tour.

Yes, I finally got the perfect opportunity to visit the Ferrari World. After tons of research, I finally came across Rayna Tours as the tour operator I selected. And boy was I really impressed with the package and service from them. They made it clear and easy and would definitely come back again to see different packages.

I booked this package from Rayna Tours last month and boy my wife and I had a lot of fun. Although, there were a few rides which we didn’t get to hop on because of being a little scary. However, there were a few that was easy and fun. Would definitely come again.

What impressed me about this package was the simplicity of discussing and booking. The rides were absolutely full of fun however, Rayna Tours is one of the few who knows how to offer the best service. Even payment option was super-friendly and easy for me.

Thanks to Rayna Tours, my family and I had a great time at the Ferrari World theme park. We all had a great time on some of the rides. My kids a lot of fun at the Junior GT and Grand Prix when they got to drive a baby formula car. I would definitely recommend to get this package.

It was an awsome and fun trip to ferrari park, the faster roller coaster in the worl is insane, and the road trip with our driver Ali Butt was great! I learn some things about this culture with him, and the car was very confortable and nice, i really enjoy this time! :D

What a terrible piece of shxxt company this is. Don't ever use them!! We booked a Ferrari World day trip and they decided to turn up two hours early to pick us up. We had an amazing day at F World! The coach from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was 45min late to collect us which was a bit stressful but we still got their on time for 11am open time. We were there until 4pm and felt very lucky because there were so few people there. No queues so we could go on multiple rides multiple times. The rides are top class, staff are friendly and very helpful and the Christmas Winterfest decor is beautiful. We bought the flash disc option to have all our photos on a flash disc and this was well worth it!

We visited Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We chose Rayna tour for all our activities and their service is mindblowing... economic as well. Fantastic. Their guides are knowledgeable and made the tour even more enjoyable. We visited the museum, spice and gold souks, crossed the river by boat, drove out to the beach and saw a large part of the city ending the tour at the fountain show.

Safari and farari world

Pros: Professionally managed, comfortable travel vehicles and the best guide Mr Adnan Sabir! Especially loved the way Adnan bhai takes care of his guests, he kept the trip live and fun filled. We all enjoyed a lot and he made sure everyone is comfortable. Suggestion: Trip can start few hours early in morning to add some beach time in Abu Dhabi.

We booked the Ferrari World tour from The Flora Grand and were very disappointed with the service: 1. You said pick up would be between 9 - 9.30. We waited in the hotel lobby from before 9am only to be told you were on your way each time we asked the tour salesman at the hotel. A car finally arrived after 10am and we were taken to a bus which (we now learn had been waiting since 9am). This was very embarrassing as the fact they were waiting for us was not our fault - we had been ready at the specified time and no-one came. Please note we were given the reason that Another couple had booked but had cancelled because one person was ill and the car was waiting for them 2. We were told that the tour operator would have the tickets ready. On arrival at Ferrari world (now later than planned - due to us being picked up so late - in turn affecting the tour times) the bus driver didn't know what to do and finally (about 30 minutes later) went in to get the tickets. I have to ask - why weren't the tickets ready/pre-bought? 3. We were told to be back at 5.30pm for collection All of the group, save 2 people were back at 5.30 (despite all the earlier delays - again - the reason clearly lying with yourselves), and despite us all trying to contact the driver on his mobile no-one answered. Finally at 6.10 he shows up, and then proceeds to wait until 6.30 because the last 2 had not shown up. Given that your own responses have been that if a guest is late, the tour will leave without them, the driver said he would be prepared to wait another 3 hours. Finally - and bearing in mind some of the guests had already experienced a long delay in the morning, we all had evening plans, and children were part of the tour - who have more immediate feeding and freshening up schedules - one of the guests phoned the head office who seemed to agree with us - and we finally left for Dubai at around 6.45pm Given that this is a tour that you must do regularly, why was it not running Like clockwork? To top this off, when we were dropped back we found that some of the guests - who had been picked up at 9am - were STAYING AT OUR HOTEL!!!? How on earth could the whole morning delay have happened!? Was there really a sick couple or were we just forgotten - and then told lies to!? This is unaccepted service, although Ferrari World was very good (hence poor instead of terrible - ie. the attraction you offered was a good one). To top it off - in asking for feedback - all guest emails were put on a visible mailing list - in the UK this can be considered a breach of data protection. A copy of this review has been sent to your offices - I personally would not use Rayna again.

It was very fun, my children loved it. The rides were really fast, making them super exciting. The snacks and food there were very tasty and delicious. The line for the rides was very long, though. But it was totally worth it.

Not a good experience. We were told the driver would collect us at 8.30 and he didn't turn up until 10. Then he had to fill up with petrol so we didn't get there until 11.30. We left at 5 even though the park didn't close until much later. We loved Ferrari world and felt cheated that we didn't have more time there. We thought the trip would give us much more time.

We had a great time using Rayna tours. From the yatch trip, desert safari which you can not miss, outstanding Ferrari World tour and Abu Dhabi tour Rayna tours supplied superior service and we're always willing to make the tour very memorable. I had 4 day sight seeing planned with Rayna Tours. Starting from Airport pickup, Desert Safari, Dubai City Tour, Dhow Cruise, Aquaventure park in Atlantis, Abu Dhabi City Tour, Ferrari World, Airport Drop. Everything was planned well. Mr Mohit and Mr. Prasad managed the things well. The guys used to usually on time (10-15 minutes can be ignored sometimes) . Desert Safari - Dune Bashing was mind blowing, Egyptian Dance and Fire Dance was awesome. The dinner buffet was average. City Tour was again good. Very well informed guides. AbuDhabi City Tour & Ferrari world - Mr. Adnan Sabir did a good job. much appreciated. very funny and indulging with the guests. I would recommend Rayna Tours and its worth the money.

We had an excellent guide who explained to us about Dubai and the whole way to Abu Dhabi, in the name of Mr Hafiz Ali. Please request him from Rayna Tour as he was born and raised in UAE as such he knows Arabic, Urdu, and English. Communication is very easy with him, he made us feel very comfortable and we enjoyed our trip to the max!!!!

I flew in solo for work,and decided to stay a few extra days and sight-see. Syed and Zeeshan made me feel quite welcome, and the tour was fantastic. We had a few troublemakers on the Tour (as it is a group tour), but Syed handled it fairly well. The tour is about 8-9 hours, and starts at Ferrari World. Ferrari World Tickets are pricey at the door. This combo package, along with a free ride, is a good deal. The tour will then progress with a good Abu Dhabi sightseeing tour. I asked lots of questions, as Syed had good trivia/facts abotu Dubai/AD/Ferrari World. Enjoy the process. Please remember to dress conservatively for the Mosque Tour. You're going to a place of worship, not to the club. As a tourist, its good to be respectful of local traditions, and enjoy the experiences extended by your hosts. Highly reccomend this tour company. Bring snacks with you, if you want to save some money at Ferrari World (they rob you there). I reccomend NOT going to Ferrari World on weekend. Less lines M-F.

Ferrari World. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is the first stop in Abu Dhabi and the rest is upon the tourist if they want to stop at any other destination. They give you a good 4-5 hours at Ferrari World. A pick up from the hotel and drop back to the hotel in an AC Coach. They also take us for buffet lunch which has really good food. Special Mention for our guide Adnan Sabir. He is a gem of a person. If you get a chance, go with him. He knows the history and the area of Dubai – Abu Dhabi at the back of his head and is a very fun loving guy. We had a common language, Hindi and had a great time with him. Adnan – thank you for making this trip wonderful. Also to mention Lokesh who guided us and helped book all the above from the Movenpick Hotel Deira.

Hi i would like to recommend the Rayna Day Tour to Ferrari World & Abu Dhabi City Tour but only if u have Adnan Sabir as ur Guide because he is such a gentle & great person that he will let your day & trip pass without any hassle to you. He had a great knowledge & gets easily accommodate as per the gathering of people travelling with him. He would also make every effort possible to get you comfortable rather would go out of the way to make thing happen for tourist comfort. We would have not loved the things if he would have not elaborated the things in a different manner which make us all awake trough out the travel time to Abu Dhabi which is approx 1.30Hr from Dubai. The chemistry of Adnan with his driver is also amazing i would recommend you to book the tour & insist them to have Adnan Sabir as ur guide for the tour. We were 15pax and we all loved the tour very much.

We booked this tour through our hotel thinking it was just a transfer to Ferrari World and ended up on the best Tour I have been on with the best tour guide I have encountered. Ali you are an encyclopaedia of Knowledge on all things UAE and an extremely funny and engaging guide. The Grand Mosque is a sight to behold and the fact that they supplied us with the appropriate dress so we could enter as we had come unprepared....priceless.....Book this trip and demand Hafiz Ali as your guide, you will not be disappointed....

Scheduled a trip to Ferrari World via the concierge at our hotel - Radisson Blu. Mr Ali was punctual, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to travel with. Would definitely recommend his services.

While in dubai, a country we didnt know much about, we somehow got in touch with Manoj Tehelani from rayna travels. we just had 4 days, and we wanted to see what UAE is in these 4 days. Manoj planned 2 days for us, and it was amazing 2 days where we experienced UAE to the fullest. our first trip was a day tour of sand dune bashing. it is an out of the world experience. Our driver's name was Razaa, a very friendly guy & an amazing driver who knew the desert like the back of his hand. it is a MUST for anyone visiting Dubai. Our 2nd day tour was a visit to the Ferrari World, and Abu Dhabi city tour. want to mention about our driver & tour guide Ali, he knew quiet a bit about the history of UAE, which he narrated on the way, and made it feel like a family picnic in a foreign land :) loved the experience.
