I was pleased to get the driver Adnan Sabir on my safari trip. He was really nice and great to talk to! He also was always on time and lead to us having the best experience and trip!

Rayna tours have well organised buses, drivers and guide. They gave very good explanation about the city in city tour. Desert safari was so good, driver Ziafat Ali gave good hospitality right from pick up till drop to hotel.

Worth every cent. Salid it's crazy in a very good manner. The experience Was amazing from the beggining until the end. We tottaly recommend it.

The dune bashing was very average with few dunes only and not high enough. A better dessert area needs to be figured. A 30 second camel ride of one tiny round was provided on the actual tour. There was nobody to show how to do sand boarding. One sand board was provided among 3 people. The slope was terrible and the sand board barely was going down. Overall, an extremely poor and disappointing experience

My goodness. I cannot rate this trip highly enough. It was absolutely fab and great value for money. Our driver guide Muhammad Togeer was amazing. We felt safe but totally exhilarated with his expert 4x4 dunes drive. Photo opportunities as the sun was setting, Bedouin BBQ buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the evenings entertainment was brilliant. This trip is a must!

Mr Hamad was a perfect guide and very accessible person. On our way to trip he shared with us information about Dubai and the culture. That enhanced our Safari experience. He is and excellent driver and adjusting the trip to our needs. Thank you for this wonderful experience and we surely will recommend you to our friends.

We were on safari for the first time. We really liked it, the dune rides were like riding a roller coaster. In the evening there was an interesting performance and a great dinner. Many thanks to our driver Munir Ahmed, who cheerfully held conversations on the way back. The smiles and laughter made my cheeks ache.

It was a super amazing day with our tour guide Adnan Saber. He's a super good driver and he cared a lot about our safety while driving, especially since we visited the day after the Dubai storm. He also took amazing pictures on the sand dunes of me and my mom. The activities as well were super cool to do and the dinner was very delicious.

Qaiser is amazing and friendly driver. He made out boring way interesting by telling about country and places.

Malik has been an amazing driver guide for our morning safari experience, he is the best driver on the sand dunes, the sandboarding was fun, but I have to say that the camel ride was very weird and way too short. We added a buggy experience on site, it was so much fun, we would do it again if we come back! Thanks Malik again!

Perfect trip for those in Abu Dhabi for work. The tour guide will pick you up at 4:30 a.m. and have you back by 8:30 a.m. The trip is short but unforgettable. My tour guide was Munir Ahmed, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and at times funny. I felt very safe, and I got to enjoy the sunrise, the rally, the early morning coffee, and the camel ride. The bonus were the pictures Munir took to truly make this tour unforgettable.

We were left so disappointed and misold by the Rayna Morning Safari Tour that we booked and did this week on the morning of 12th Oct 23. The driver Rashid was polite and a very skilled driver across the Dune bashing (which we tipped him for) however once this part of the Safari was complete it all went badly from there! The Morning package we purchased clearly stated that it included a Camel ride and Sandboarding however when we enquired with the driver we were told these activities were not available and included . . The trip therefore has finished by around 1030am which was nearly way ahead of schedule. We got told there was no camel rides taking place in the mornings despite there being several camel groups available and waiting as we drive around the desert. And if this is the case why are Rayna tours advertising these activities as part of the package? As this is clearly false advertising to customers (see images attached below) The whole experience left us feeling underwhelmed and ripped off which totally overshadowed the 30 to 40 mins of fun we had in the jeep going over the dunes. Would not recommend this tour company or book a trip with them again!

Today we had the pleasure of Zahid Ali drive my family of 6 into Dubai, he went above and beyond and made sure we were all comfortable, he was a great man with amazing service. He spoke English very well. He made our trip more enjoyable and educated us on the city. He was very respectful and kind. If any friends and family were ever to do the same thing again, would definitely recommend him to be their driver.

It was one of the best opportunities to soak in the panoramic views of the Arabian Desert. The sunrise view above the desert was magical. We were satisfied with getting up early in the morning since it paid well.

Morning safari with Rayna, My Manoj Today I had morning safari. It was exiting! I love send and sunny weather in the desert. We saw lots of camels. We had a car ride, camel ride and sand boarding. My Manoj was driving the car. He drives wonderful, we were laughing and screaming at the same time. It was great, he is a great driver! During our trip he was telling us interesting things, showed the palace. He was caring about us during the trip. We had water to drink. He was watching us and explained where to go next and when to go back. My Manoj is a wonderful person! I liked the trip so much!

We had a very joyful Morning Safari trip with Sarmad Afridi, thoroughly enjoyed his driving manoeuvres on the dunes followed by sandboarding and a short camel ride. Sarmad was very friendly and provided chilled water whenever needed. Booking was smooth and good customer service by Simarpreet Kaur.

I chose the morning trip to the desert. I really wanted to ride a camel. The sand bashing was a bit scary for me, but if you are an adrenaline junkie, I'm sure you will love it. Usman, the driver was professional, on time and courteous. The trip was around 3 hours total. The drive to the desert, the sand bashing and the camel ride. I recommend it if you want a taste of the desert, but don't want to be gone too long.

The desert safari was super fun, and we had some of the best moments in the Arabian desert. It looked exceptionally beautiful in the morning. We had fun with dune bashing, sandboarding, and camel riding.

The entire experience was exhilarating. I was not keen on the safari with my 5 year old, however Sumit, the travel and tourist guide (Rayna) in the hotel was very reassuring and covered all of my concerns without any hesitation. We booked the morning Safari which included dune bashing and 30 min quad tour. Our driver Tahir Gul Hassan Safari picked us up at the hotel and we then drove to the desert. He is a very experienced driver and did a great job in the desert. He always explained to us what is going to happen next and he is a great guy to talk to during the adventure. At the end of the tour on our way back to the hotel he even bought us some Karak Tea. I would definitely recommend the Safari Tour and would do it again at any time.

It was a lot worth sacrificing our sleep for this Morning Desert Safari by getting up early. The scenes that we encountered on the way to the desert were stunning. The wide-stretched desert looked vibrant in the light of the rising sun.

I went for a buggy morning safari. Did not worth money paid. No English desert guide. No normal outfit. No service. Thanks to the girl on a travel desk that sold me this. I got picked up in the hotel - that's good and the driver was nice. When I got to the camp - no one was there. Their brochure looks nice, in fact it's not. Camp is old and dirty. No equipment. They gave me only the helmet. Old, with visor where you can't see anything. No outfit at all. Next - guide didn't speak normal English. After driving for 30 minutes I got stuck in a sand. Driver didn't have even a shovel with him. I took 1000 turbo buggy, where he was driving 350 cc quad. 30 km/h max. Why not to take normal buggy? After we got stuck driver didn't know what to do. He could not call anywhere because if the balance on his phone. Guide didn't wear helmet. Then we went to the camp and I didn't want to go further. That was enough for me. Day spoiled. I woke up at 4:45 to loose it. Only thanks to Land Cruiser driver Yousef. Had nice chat and he showed me safari and desert.

We had great fun dune bashing and our guide, Ijaz, was really good. He clearly had a lot of experience and ensured we had a good time. We only selected the dune bashing and waited round while others went camel riding / quad biking so cannot comment on those activities. It was a royal experience being picked up in a chauffeur-driven luxury car. We received a royal treatment every stage of our journey. Well, firstly would like to thank the entire Rayna Team especially Rohit for arranging this excellent trip for us. My whole family had a fabulous experience all through the journey. Me and my twin 14 y.o. daughters went on the Morning Safari with Quad Biking. We were picked up from our hotel at 8:30 and were back by 11:00. The driver was very helpful and a really kind guy. Also a good driver too when the time for dune bashing came. His 20+ years of experience showed when battling the dunes. We rode the quad bikes (150cc) in a big circle (it's enough) for 20 minutes. My daughters absolutely loved it and so did I. Sadly sandboarding was not possible and camel riding was quite an expensive extra which we chose to miss. There are days when the are completely booked out so plan ahead.

After tons of research and during our stay at Radisson Blu Media City we decided to book our morning safari tour via the hotel , we are SO happy we decided on this! Our booking included transfers to and from the hotel into the desert in a 4x4 which we shared with others going on the trip - this was awesome as we met tons of foreigners. The driver was so enthusiastic about the trip and made our experience extremely fun! We had only booked for the dune bashing in the 4x4 but when we arrived at the camp in the desert and saw the dune buggies we couldn't resist!! Our driver completely assisted us with the bookings of the extra activities in the desert and made sure this experience was a memorable one!! I would highly recommend this company and would suggest our driver to everyone visiting Dubai. I would honestly fly back to the UAE just to do this excursion again. It's one of a kind and nothing can prepare you for how much fun yet nerves you have when driving in the desert.

We booked a morning safari with Rayna and I keep telling them I had 2 young kids (3 and 6 yrs old). So I need 2 bb car seats provided and we booked a private tour. On that day the driver arrived at our hotel without bb seats and we cancelled the trip as we don't want to risk the kids. The driver was not helpful to help us arrange for alternative or apologies at all. I tried to whatapps the admin person as well as called her few times but no reply or answer at all. She didn't even call me back after I left a msg to her!! So they had spoiled our morning plan to the desert safari and we all felt so disappointed!

Recently booked with Rayna Tours for a desert safari evening , It was by far better than what we expected! We had a private car for the 5 of us which picked us up from our hotel Nassima Royal. We couldn't of got a better driver (Mustafa) he was absolutely brilliant with us, he made effort to know all our names and as we drove to the camp he explained and showed us all the sights on the way, We really enjoyed the sand dunes ride his driving skills was excellent :) The whole experience was amazing the Quads is a must but make sure you head out to the Dunes , everything was included in the price including snacks and dinner, Hena for woman, drinks (non alcoholic) but you could purchase alcoholic drinks, camel ride etc ... I would 100% recommend this company if booking a safari , Definitely will use again when back in Dubai.

Our family of four recently took a Rayna Tours morning trip into the nearby desert. Our driver, Faruq, was excellent - full of interesting information, humour and a very good driver (as he negotiated the dunes !). Going in the morning is recommended if you don’t want to be a part of the much bigger and more commercial/touristy, evening tours. The camel ride was fun and something a bit different - but only do it if you don’t mind the fact that you’ll be aiding and abetting them being used for tourists’ pleasure. Overall, we would recommend Rayna - thanks to Faruq for a fun morning !.

Easy to book with couple emails, easy payment and no hazzle. Deal was to include pickup from hotel (original estimate 0830), dune bashing, possibility to ride camel, quad, etc. And drop back to hotel. Pickup was done around 09:00, another customer pickup and off we went. We drove around 1h, stopped for local shop, where they lowered tire pressure. Possibility for washroom activities also, but dont expect Hilton hotel style ;) Dune bashing was great fun. Driver drove up and down for about 20 minutes and then stopped to some kind camp. There was possibility to take pictures, drive quad or ride camel. Thise cost extra off course. Fresh drinks for free. After about 1h-1,5h we took off and the driver dropped us back to hotel. Nice driver, polite. A bit mass style safari still. And I expected dune to be a bit different, bigger.. I would do it again after couple of years.

I went for Safari tour for the third time with my boyfriend and I can say that it was the amazing and best Safari ever we ever went to. We had the best driver, Yousef and he even went on his own way to give some us the history of UAE which I find it very interesting. I have been living in Dubai for 9 years but never heard the stories or information he shared to us while heading to the red sand till the camp site. We did the buggy adventure for additional of AED 400 for 30 minutes and it's worth it. Thanks Rayna for the best experience ever.

Vereinbart waren insgesamt 4 Stunden fà¼r die An- und- Abfahrt, das Fahren à¼ber die Dà¼nen und Kamel-Reiten im Desert. Es lief genau nach Plan. Mohammed hat uns begleitet und war sehr um unsere Zufriedenheit bemà¼hmt. Wer auch gerne 6 Stunden unterwegs ist, kann lieber einen abendlichen Ausflug in die Wà¼ste machen.

My husband & I booked last minute, all good, picked us up in the morning from our hotel, we were sharing the car with another 2 guys from the US...i thought we were lucky that it was 2 guys & was looking forward to some hard core dune bashing...i was wrong...one of the guys was a 'girl'...he felt like throwing up & we weren't even going fast...ruined it for us that's for sure. Lesson to be learnt, hire a private car, no sharing as you never know who the other passengers are! The driver was fantastic, the desert was amazing, we were lucky it was a quiet day so it was just us there! The guys from the US decided to hire the quad bikes which was perfect for us as we wanted to do a camel ride! The young man who joined us guiding the camel was lovely & so we had a beautiful camel ride, it was so perfect & peaceful & exactly what we were hoping for! We returned to the camp to find out that the guys from the US had an awful time, one of them, the 'girl', fell off the quad bike & broke both his front teeth & so now he really had something to complaint about...the driver of our tour did make it clear to them that because it had rained the day before, the sand was hard & so it was dangerous to ride the quad bikes & for them to be very careful & not go fast but boys will be boys...so we rushed back to the car & took off driving slow in case the injured guy was going to throw up & that was the end of that...i would love to return to the desert but in a private car! #lovedubai #safari #desertsafari Thank you Rayna Tours, Anthea & Peter

we had vary nice safari the camp is vary nice and clean as I live Dubai I been so many time in desert safari with different company but rayana tour is the best one if you are looking for safari. the dune basing is awesome but we did a little time because of the timing the food was brilliant so many verities as per your choice. We booked our trip with Mr. Ali at Emirates Towers, last minute and that too on a weekend. He was very helpful and managed our request without any hesitation. The safari experience over all was great, right from the dune bashing to the shows at the camp and the food served, which was fresh and tasty. My mum and I did the Sunrise desert safari starting at 4am pick up then we were back to the hotel for around 8.30am so we still has the rest of the day to do other things. This tour was one of the best I've ever been on, includes sand boarding, camel ride, quad biking and lots of photo opportunities. I highly recommend this especially if your time is short in Dubai, you get to see a different part of Dubai and because it's so early the whole day is then free. We booked a morning safari on the website for myself and my son of 8 years old. The driver pick us up (North) and we went on the other side of Dubai (South) to pick up other guests (45/50 hour drive) and then back North for the safari (other 45/50 minutes drive). The desert safari lasted 30 minutes a the jeep on the dunes. We stopped for a picture close to a closed camp: the desert, seen at day light, was quite dirty. We would have liked a camel ride but the price was too high, even more than the safari. In the end, we stayed in a car up and down Dubai for 3 and half hour to have a 30 minutes very basic dune safari. I would think twice before doing again.

The desert safari with Rayna was great and the next day we decided to go on the mountain safari. It is not worth it at all. You spend most of the time driving and once we get there, there's hardly anything to see. The mountains are more like rocky hills and there's hardly any off roading or opportunities to swim in a freshwater pool as described. The driver was pleasant though.

We been on the Desert Safari last week and we had amazing experience with Rayna Tour, driver was well experienced and food quality was good. I strongly recommend to book Excursions with them., our booking was handled by Mr. ATUL K - very friendly, helpful and gave us various options for excursions.

Used Rayna tours for the half day city tour and the evening safari. Half day tour can be avoided and instead it would be better if You can either cab it or take the metro to all the tourist location. Gold souk can be avoided unless you want to buy gold. The Dubai museum can also be avoided. On The whole the day tour was a bit dry, not too much info from the guide and nothing special about it. Avoidable. Evening safari on the other hand is a must do. Excellent fun and is unique to Dubai. Dune bashing is immense fun and gained a new found respect for the amazingly built Toyota landcruiser's. What a machine! This was followed by dinner and belly dancing. Both were excellent and great to watch and eat under the desert sky. Fantastic experience and would love do it again. But again, as mentioned in other reviews, not much of information about Dubai as such. Lots of scope for improvement. Special mention to Syed and Brinda for superb help and support. Got the above 2 tours and the visa sorted through them with no hassle at all. They're email response time is fantastic, always reply within an hour. Will highly recommend them. Thanks.

Booked a desert safari and a dinner cruise with them on Christmas day. The high point of the morning safari was the dune bashing which I absolutely loved. And the driver was really attentive and sweet. However, I thought 140Dh too much to pay for dune bashing ONLY. We had to pay extra for quad biking and camel riding. And there were no other forms of entertainment or refreshments even. The dinner cruise was lovely though. Really enjoyed it.

I had a great time at the Safari Tour. First off, I have to give a big thank you to the amazing driver, Ali Ikram! He made this a memorable experience from the very beginning. Excellent communication skills prior to pickup. Ali also went above and beyond by picking me up at an updated location. While at the campsite, he continually made sure all of his guests/passengers were taken care of. We went on the safari tour with our 4 children. Two of our children are 1 year old, one is a toddler of 3 years and one a child of 10 years. Kadar our guide and driver picked us up at our hotel. Kadar is very friendly and very good with the children. The children directly liked him and hang around with him. He guided us very well, told many stories about Dubai as well. Kadar took care about everything we needed. Beside, he took really care about safety with the children. We really recommend him as your guide and driver.

WARNING *** Warning from a Brritish Doctor A Very dangerous company, putting passengers life at risk deliberately , very different experience from normal Speed boat but this was a life threatening experience! The boat ˜s diver went inside the sea with very bad weather conditions and very high waves very fast without slowing the boat as I requested few times and I was going to fall! Also, no safety measures as seat belts ! No transparency from the company but lies and twisting facts, I asked for escalation but they didn't escalate my complaint ! PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR SAFETY AND LIFE . I am a British NHS Doctor was Visting Dubai for my birthday which was on 7/12. I booked the boat on my birthday 7/12 to see Dubai attractions. Unfortunately, the experience I had was very dangerous and life threatening .. I took the boat departing from Marina Walk at 5 pm on 7/12/20 .I met  the driver   , and introduced myself and told him that it's my birthday and I hope I have a nice tour with him .I asked him where to sit for better view . He advised that there is a better view on the front of the boat but it might be a bit bumpy .I told him that my birthday is today . I sat on the front .The weather was very bad and there were lot of waves .He drove very fast and I was gonna fall .I asked him to slow   down and he did . I asked him and his colleague to slow down and I told them that I am visiting Dubai to celebrate my birthday , not to die in the boat . They laughed . Then literally 1 min after ,he   went very very fast again !!   I point with my hands and shouted to them to slow down but I saw Milo looking at me smiling and didn't reposed !!!!   I asked again and finally after few minutes , he stopped the boat !!  He  asked me whether I would like to move to another   seat .   I was shocked and asked him why he went fast again, the driver claimed that it was impostant otherwise the boat will be floating . I have replied that he could have told me to move my seat first especially that I asked them to slow down ! Also , I have raised my hands and shouted few times that I am in danger ! He replied that he didn't see me !!       What happened was very dangerous and criminal as his assistant saw me asking more than once to stop and he saw me struggling but he  ignored that  and put my life at risk deliberately ! I am very astonished that your staff act in such a criminal way putting passengers lives in danger . The assistant saw me and was smiling and didn't   respond or inform the driver and left me in danger for few minutes !! The driver claimed that he didn't see me and apologized but on the other hand , I asked him to go slowly but after just 1 min, he went again   very fast while even if he needs to , he could   have asked me to change the seat or gave me the option to return back due to wether condition and ensue passengers safety I contact the company by e-mail immediately after the incident but no response for almost three weeks and I had to call them when I returned back to London . They reply was defensive and twisting facts and saying lies about presence of seat belts which was not the case at all!! Although they apologized and offered refund but I felt that I have to warn other tourists not to risk their lives or at least put themselves in danger and book with another company who cares about customers safety and acts with transparency and integrity .

Very disappointing service. I tried enquiring about Dubai visa services over chat and spoke to someone called Hazel. After wasting such a lot of time my queries still remain unanswered. I am glad I moved on to another agent. Addendum: This was firstly about 30-day tourist visa and extension by 10 days which is now clarified in Rayna tour's feedback. I am glad that you are taking customer feedback seriously and that is a big positive. Secondly, I had enquired if it is possible for me to book a 90-day visa for only my son, and I didn't get a response back for that.

Rayna tours have well organised buses, drivers and guide. They gave very good explanation about the city in city tour. Desert safari was so good, driver Ziafat Ali gave good hospitality right from pick up till drop to hotel.

The dune bashing was very average with few dunes only and not high enough. A better dessert area needs to be figured. A 30 second camel ride of one tiny round was provided on the actual tour. There was nobody to show how to do sand boarding. One sand board was provided among 3 people. The slope was terrible and the sand board barely was going down. Overall, an extremely poor and disappointing experience

My goodness. I cannot rate this trip highly enough. It was absolutely fab and great value for money. Our driver guide Muhammad Togeer was amazing. We felt safe but totally exhilarated with his expert 4x4 dunes drive. Photo opportunities as the sun was setting, Bedouin BBQ buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the evenings entertainment was brilliant. This trip is a must!

Mr Hamad was a perfect guide and very accessible person. On our way to trip he shared with us information about Dubai and the culture. That enhanced our Safari experience. We were on safari for the first time. We really liked it, the dune rides were like riding a roller coaster. In the evening there was an interesting performance and a great dinner. It was a super amazing day with our tour guide Adnan Saber. He's a super good driver and he cared a lot about our safety while driving, especially since we visited the day after the Dubai storm. He also took amazing pictures on the sand dunes of me and my mom. The activities as well were super cool to do and the dinner was very delicious.

Qaiser is amazing and friendly driver. He made out boring way interesting by telling about country and places.

Malik has been an amazing driver guide for our morning safari experience, he is the best driver on the sand dunes, the sandboarding was fun, but I have to say that the camel ride was very weird and way too short. We added a buggy experience on site, it was so much fun, we would do it again if we come back! Thanks Malik again!

Perfect trip for those in Abu Dhabi for work. The tour guide will pick you up at 4:30 a.m. and have you back by 8:30 a.m. The trip is short but unforgettable. My tour guide was Munir Ahmed, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and at times funny. I felt very safe, and I got to enjoy the sunrise, the rally, the early morning coffee, and the camel ride. The bonus were the pictures Munir took to truly make this tour unforgettable.

We were left so disappointed and misold by the Rayna Morning Safari Tour that we booked and did this week on the morning of 12th Oct 23. The driver Rashid was polite and a very skilled driver across the Dune bashing (which we tipped him for) however once this part of the Safari was complete it all went badly from there! The Morning package we purchased clearly stated that it included a Camel ride and Sandboarding however when we enquired with the driver we were told these activities were not available and included . . The trip therefore has finished by around 1030am which was nearly way ahead of schedule. We got told there was no camel rides taking place in the mornings despite there being several camel groups available and waiting as we drive around the desert. And if this is the case why are Rayna tours advertising these activities as part of the package? As this is clearly false advertising to customers (see images attached below) The whole experience left us feeling underwhelmed and ripped off which totally overshadowed the 30 to 40 mins of fun we had in the jeep going over the dunes. Would not recommend this tour company or book a trip with them again!

He spoke English very well. He made our trip more enjoyable and educated us on the city. He was very respectful and kind. It was one of the best opportunities to soak in the panoramic views of the Arabian Desert. The sunrise view above the desert was magical. We were satisfied with getting up early in the morning since it paid well.

Morning safari with Rayna, My Manoj Today I had morning safari. It was exiting! I love send and sunny weather in the desert. We saw lots of camels. We had a car ride, camel ride and sand boarding. My Manoj was driving the car. He drives wonderful, we were laughing and screaming at the same time. It was great, he is a great driver! During our trip he was telling us interesting things, showed the palace. He was caring about us during the trip. We had water to drink. He was watching us and explained where to go next and when to go back. My Manoj is a wonderful person! I liked the trip so much!
