"We booked the Luxury Yacht Tour around The Palm Dubai based on the recommendation of Khozema Nogama Wala from the Voco IHG Hotel Dubai, and we were really impressed. During the 3-hour tour, there was so much to see and photograph. At key spots (like the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis Hotel), there were dedicated photo stops, and the crew was always ready to take pictures with our phones. There was also a delicious small BBQ buffet and complimentary soft drinks. The price-performance ratio was fine for us. We highly recommend this tour!"

We did a yacht 3 hours tour , everything went smooth , the organization and stuff were very professional and helpful. From the Ryna office I was coordinating with Vinay Punjabi who was very patient and made sure all our need was met. Overall we loved and enjoyed the experience and we will definitely try it again.

The crew where fantasic sang happy Birthday to me and even gave me a balloon with Happy Birthday on it. The driver who collected myself and my wife from the hotel was called Waqas he was also brilliant he was more like a tour guide of the city, telling us about old and new Dubai and what was being built soon. He pointed out all the interesting places and made loads of great suggestion on where to go and what to see. He was waiting for us when we got back and again was brilliant on the way back to the hotel. Then at the airport in the destination they didn’t arrange private transport, which got arranged after I complained..!! The so called 4* hotel tied up with Rayan Tour is not even 2* hotel standard. The tour guide provided by the Rayan tour tricked me by letting pay extra for food. Whereas I offered him for lunch and he said no and then letting me pay by different tricks. Bunch of unprofessional people. Will never recommend or never use Rayan Tour service again.

I have booked multiple activities for my trip to Dubai through multiple websites. The only one that LET ME DOWN and left me CHEATED was RAYNA TOURS. Their website is truly Professionally made to FIRST ATTRACT clients and then DECEIVE and CHEAT them. I had booked a 2hr yacht service from RAYNA on 18TH OCTOBER'18, But to my revelation, it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE I could have made. 1. Their website has a picture of a 55feet yacht for the service but the boat I got was a 33feet. If that not misleading, I don't know what is? 2. After I made the booking, the representative also did not convey proper details of the booking and the destination. which caused me to be late by 1/2hour. The pictures on their website were completely misleading and brought me smashing to the ground from what I had expected. Their representatives (Sumit and hazel) also had nothing to answer for the same. First they said that we gave a 33ft boat because there were 4pax, but I was not asked if a smaller boat would be enough? Then the representative said that we had said 33ft and we gave 33ft. Thats some FINE-PRINT CHEATING, is what I will call it. I AM NO BOAT EXPERT. If you show me a 55ft yacht and tell me its a 33ft yacht I would believe it.The pictures on their website is completely a trap. RAYNA TOURS destroyed my families experience and expectations on a very joyful trip. It was to be the cherry on top for our trip but ended up being a very dark experience. And If you ask me, would I have booked if I had known that a boat will be given in the name of a yacht? then I would have never booked with them. This kind of business strategy does not thrive. P.S: Not trying to dismay anyone's hopes from this review, but still wanted to let you know the way RAYNA Tours operate and treat their clients and how they destroy people's vacations.

I have booked multiple activities for my trip to Dubai through multiple websites. The only one that LET ME DOWN and left me CHEATED was RAYNA TOURS. Their website is truly Professionally made to FIRST ATTRACT clients and then DECEIVE and CHEAT them. I had booked a 2hr yacht service from RAYNA on 18TH OCTOBER'18, But to my revelation, it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE I could have made. 1. Their website has a picture of a 55feet yacht for the service but the boat I got was a 33feet. If that not misleading, I don't know what is? 2. After I made the booking, the representative also did not convey proper details of the booking and the destination. which caused me to be late by 1/2hour. The pictures on their website were completely misleading and brought me smashing to the ground from what I had expected. Their representatives (Sumit and hazel) also had nothing to answer for the same. First they said that we gave a 33ft boat because there were 4pax, but I was not asked if a smaller boat would be enough? Then the representative said that we had said 33ft and we gave 33ft. Thats some FINE-PRINT CHEATING, is what I will call it. I AM NO BOAT EXPERT. If you show me a 55ft yacht and tell me its a 33ft yacht I would believe it.The pictures on their website is completely a trap. RAYNA TOURS destroyed my families experience and expectations on a very joyful trip. It was to be the cherry on top for our trip but ended up being a very dark experience. And If you ask me, would I have booked if I had known that a boat will be given in the name of a yacht? then I would have never booked with them. This kind of business strategy does not thrive. P.S: Not trying to dismay anyone's hopes from this review, but still wanted to let you know the way RAYNA Tours operate and treat their clients and how they destroy people's vacations.
