Just a perfect day We decided to book a bespoke tour with Rayna Tours and very much welcomed their advice on where to go and what to see and for how long . We also decided to hire a car and driver for the day and they provided us with an amazing driver Behram Abbassi. This made such a difference as he was polite, professional and so knowledgeable about all the sights we saw or stopped at . He also parked the car at convenient parking stops so could accompany us to various sights and ensured we arrived at the right place on time . This meant we had a totally stress free day and we are so glad we chose this option rather than get different cab journeys . We started with a drive around The Palm stopping for a couple of photo opportunities, then to El Arab where we went inside then to the Gold Souk followed by the Aquarium and finished with a platinum ( 154 lounge floor) ticket to the Burj Khalifa where we experienced Dubai in the day light, at sunset and at night whilst indulging in a glass of Prosecco, coffees and juices and delicious canapés and mini sweets. Absolutely wonderful experience which was really enhanced by the advice we received when planning the tour and our driver / guide.

transportation services for 3 day business trip We booked transportation services in Dubai from Mr. Raja Maroof, and the service was seamless. It's normal to experience minor disruptions with a busy schedule when traveling with a large group, and Mr. Raja Maroof was very helpful, courteous, and understanding in addressing all our requests. We extend our thanks to him, and if we have another event, we would definitely like to work with him again.

A very worthwhile private tour in Dubai from the Palm Jumeirah to the Dubais Mall and Burj Khalifa We had a private tour conducted by Muhammad who is a tour guide with and economics degree! He was very knowledgeable about Dubai where he has lived about 10 years having come here from Lahore in West Pakistan. He showed us the Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Atlantis Hotel and Adventure Water park. We to the monorail to get to the Atlantis. He showed us many more points of interest

City tour with all the highlights A great city tour with Saqib, seeing all the sites and stopping when and where we wanted to. Including the monorail and the boat taxi across to the gold and spice souks. Saqib was a brilliant and considerate guide - travelling with my father we had to pace ourselves. We did half a day and crammed so much in! Highly recommended.

Full day touring with the luxury of an air-conditioned car and guide What a fantastic day we had such little time in Dubai that this tour was perfect we got to see so much in the comfort of an air conditioned car. Adeel Sarwar was an amazing guide he took us to see things we were not expecting. We wanted to go up to the observation floor of the burj khalifa this was no problem Adeel took us to the entrance and then waited while we explored. This tour is a must we were going to do the hop on hop off bus but this was so much better taking us straight to the spots of interest instead of heaps of walking in the Dubai heat. Thank you Adeel our day out was wonderful.

What made the experience great was Mr Junaid Nawazish who told us everything and more of what we wanted to know during our 2 day trip of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Absolutely loved our day tour. The tour guy was lovely and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and more. He was happy to chat with everyone and I noticed took extra time to speak to others in their language to make sure they had a good understanding . He was also very patient with some difficult tour members who were constantly late and very disrespectful to everyone else. We felt very safe with our driver who had the bus cool on our return even though the day was ridiculously hot.He was also very helpful with cool water in the esky. Very good experience and nice places to be seen. Guide was also very kind and provided proper information. In my opinion there are too many locations selected for a one day trip. Advice, reduce the amount of locations so you can stay at least half an hour at one location and enjoy more of the beauty! Markets and malls are likely to be enjoyed when you stay arond 1 hour. Advice to the guide, keep in mind what the age and stability is from the tourists! Not everyone can match your pace! Provide anough sanitary breaks!

We booked a full day city tour of Dubai via a Rayna representative in our hotel. Our transfer was arranged via WhatsApp and our driver arrived promptly around 10am to drop us off in the city to meet Malik our tour host. We took in most of the city highlights, old and new. These included, an Abra Ride across the Creek to Old Dubai where we visited Old Baladiya Street. Here we saw the spice and gold Souks. Photo opportunities included, The Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, Zabeel Palace, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina, then onto the monorail to see the Atlantis hotel on the palm. It also included some time at a couple of malls, the last one being the Dubai Mall where we ended the day watching the incredible Fountain Show at the foot of the Burj Khalifa. So much was squeezed into the day, making it great value for money. Malik, our tour guide was exceptional and done a great job throughout the day. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. What a host 10/10 ⭐️🤩

Rayna tour organizers are fantastic, I booked them for Dubai tour n Abu Dhabi it was well organized in time any they were helpful too I forgot my purse in hotel the tour guide paid on my behalf all my personal expenses and they i paid back when they dropped me in my hotel. Our guide Thashreef Farook, and driver Tabrez, took us on a really interesting day long exploration of Dubai and its many highlights and tourist attractions. Some were photo stops only (enough to pique your interest to go back to explore later), but we had site visits in the Souks, old town, a ride on the monorail through The Palms, A Mosque (appropriate cover up garments supplied), Dubai Mall to see the aquarium followed by the Burj Khalifa fountain display. Farook was amazing. He was informative, friendly and understanding and even though the traffic held us up and we got behind schedule he remained calm the whole time. We would recommend this trip to any visitors who want a guided condensed overview of this fascinating city. We were SOOO appreciative of the air conditioned bus and the continuous supply of cold bottled water that helped us cope with a "feels like 50 deg" hot humid day.

M. Salman took us to Dubai Autodrome and was very kind and polite with us. The activity itself was full of emotions and lots fun as it was our first time at the karting. Overall, we were happy to have made this choice, as compared to the Marina cruise that was quite a deception for us (extreme heat, long queue, poor variety of food, music tooooo loud, and a very distant, cold and non-caring bus driver ). We also enjoy the visit to Abu Dhabi with and EXCELLENT tourist guide who made us enjoy every minute of the visit. We were relunctant to go but he insisted and convinced us to hop on the bus and that was one of the best activity we had in UAE. Don't know his name but hey, KUDDOS Sir!

The Tour with our Guide Faisal Habib Khan was an amazing experience! At First he showed us the most beautiful sights of Dubai with a lot of Knowledge and fun..Then we Went to the desert through the dunes.. it was high speed but with Faisal's excellent driving and technical Skills we felt safe all the Time! Whistle-stop tour of major sites, mostly viewed from bus or pavement which served our needs as we wanted to get a feel for the place as a whole. Best stop-off was the museum in the fort, where the lower-level exhibition was extensive and informative, but we were not there long enough. Jay, our guide, was excellent. He drip-fed us information about the people, city, culture and history, often with humour. We both remember a lot because of his style of delivery. Getting going needs a new strategy. Collecting people from multiple pick-up sites lost us lots of time, especially as several were late. Wasted time which would have been much better used at the museum!

We booked our stay while we were in Hyatt place at Al Rigga. Thanks to mr Fazal (Rayna Travel agent) who made all the arrangements and to provide us very personal experience. We booked full day city tour, desert safari, Burj Khalifa and dhow cruise. All were great experience other than dhow cruise (not recommended). Aziz was amazing city tour guide. Noor was very skilled safari guide. Dhow cruise was over booked with loud irrelevantly music and pathetic food therefore was waste of time and money. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

The tour was very nice. We were picked up from our hotel in Diera. Our guide Aziz was very informative and rather funny. He made sure to keep up with the group, even though we had some wanderers. We were given shawarma and a water. I do wish we could have had more time at the markets. We visited the Dubai Museum where they have lots of interesting exhibits. We enjoyed all the stops! We were blessed to be served by Mr Kishan Alwani, a very professional, helpful and patient tour advisor based in Novotel Dubai. His recommendation to take the city tour and the Sand dune bashing trip was the best thing that happened since we only had 2.5 days in Dubai. The city tour was pretty comprehensive and gave us an overview of the city in 8 hours (worth the money paid). However, the tour guide we had that day was below our expectation. He was soft spoken, didn't give us much information of what we going to expect next, and did not lead the group very well. However, we enjoyed the Sand Dune bashing trip and our driver, Mohd Aamir, was quite funny and tried hard to make us scream with excitement. The bedouin experience was also great. Because the weather was perfect, it made the whole experience even more memorable and worth the money too. Thanks, Kishan, for your good recommendation.

Tour booked through our Hotel Desk and they arrived right on time, It was an 8 hour tour covering all the main sighs in Dubai - including a snack , water and a ride across the creek on a traditional bout ! Saw all the main sights but by definition is rushed. There were a few people who wanted to spend more than 10 minutes at the Gold Sook so they left the tour at that point. Ended the tour at the Dubai Mall and fountain show. - Tour Guide Aziz was very good and made the tour fun - The carpet factory is a waste of valuable time but a chance to use the restrooms.

I am was very happy with the service provided by Mir Jawad, he is very nice and patient enough to explain things and is a real asset to the company.

I wish to provide my compliments to the guide we had for our Dubai city tour on Saturday December 17. His name was Singh. The tour was booked for just my family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) through the Conrad Hilton where we were staying. The schedule was adapted for the places we were most interested in, and his commentary and knowledge was excellent. He was most informative and we had a fantastic day seeing the sights of Dubai with him.

This tour was arranged by the travel consultant, Nousheer at the Radisson Blu Downtown Hotel. Nousheer was very helpful when arranging our tour and advise on other tours. He recommended the Dubai day tour as we had only a few days in Dubai. Collected at hotel by shuttle, collecting other persons and then driven to meet the tour guide and bus.The tour was from 1pm - 8pm finishing at the Dubai Mall. The tour covered a good part of the city and its sites. There is a lot of on and off the bus but is well worth as you cover a large part of the city and its sites in the one day. The guide was very informative and with a good sense of humour as well. I would recommend this tour if you have limited time in Dubai. The tour finishes at the Dubai Mall where you are collected by a shuttle and returned to your hotel . As the Radisson Blu Downtown is not far from the mall we walked back to the hotel. Recommend this tour. Nousheer was very helpful. Thank you

We'd taken full day city tour and desert safari from Rayna tours. The sales department is very co-operative and will give you the best deal. The cars arrived bang on time and the drivers were very good. They have their own camps in the desert. The only thing that needed improvement was the taste of food. Huge variety but needs to improve taste. All in all, great experience. A big thank you to Ankita, Sales rep from Pune for planning the 2 day tour.

We took Rayna for a city tour. It included stops at an excellent museum, a stop at a "museum" selling tapestry with gold threads and a very good driving tour, including the Palm J. Although it should be obvious about the number of featured that the 3 or 4 hour tour cannot include tours of all of the venues mentioned, the advertising is not 100% clear on this. You will pass by many locations which each deserve several hours.

In a previous review about the Mövenpick Deira hotel, that I can certainly recommend, I forgot to mention the Travel Desk operated their by Sri Lokesh Parwani. He recommended a excellent full day excursion, starting 1 p.m till shortly after 9 p.m with pick up and dropp off at the hotel; The tour was partly walking, partly by coach and also had pleasant surprises as a short boat ride over the Creek. The fact that regulary water was supplied and even a delicious snack, all included in the price of the tour was a plus. Not to forget that we also had an excellent guide, what was and is, next to the service of Sri Lokesh Parwani the most important. So if you are only a short time in Dubai and want to learn about it's past, future and today do not hesitate to consult the Mövenpick and their Travel Desk Manager. Only small remark, the company still has one or more "old" coaches, but if clients really do not like, they'll change.

Our city tour was organised by Anitha at short notice. We were picked up from our hotel on time. The coach was A/C, and yes we needed it as it was very hot outside for us. The guide was helpful and knowledgeable. The tour included everything that was advertised - Burj Al Arab, Jumeira Mosque, Gold Souk, Spice Souk, Dubai Museum, boat ride in dubai creek etc. Highly recommended Dubai Museum – located within an 18th century – it has exhibits that depicts the history and culture of the region. We were unable to enter as it was Friday and the museum opens after 2.30pm. Jumeirah Mosque – a rare example of a mix of Islamic and modern architecture. Burj Al Arab – the sail-shaped hotel that holds the distinction of being the world’s only seven-star hotel. The Palm Island – the most scenic artificial man-made island on the earth, it is an all-inclusive project with incredible beaches, superb facilities for water sport activities and world-class accommodation as well as dining choices. Atlantis Hotel – this is perhaps the centre piece of Palm Island. Mall of Emirates – with Ski Dubai and a host of shops, restaurants and café – it provides finest in shopping, dining and entertainment activities. Dubai Mall – in addition to incredible shopping and dining choices, with its aquarium that is biggest of its kind in the world. Burj Khalifa – this magnificent steel structure, towering up to a height of 825 meters, is the world’s tallest building. WE DECIDED TO SPEND THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON IN THE DUBAI MALL AS IT WAS TOO HOT TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
