BBQ and the show in the camp was alright. Transport was really bad, I am 1,89cm and the put me and my wife in the back where is not enough room for me plus was a bad smell of petrol that made my wife to throw up. I asked to change the car or have a solution, but nothing. All the activities cost, even if they advertise as included. I wouldn't recommend this travel agency. We had a bad experience!

Booking Reference No: RT-2712202517002879 I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with Rayna Tours and Travels. I booked a Premium Desert Safari with private transfer for 6 adults and 2 children, specifically requesting a commercial Land Cruiser, which was clearly confirmed via recorded calls and their official WhatsApp. Despite this, Rayna Tours sent non-commercial vehicles (Land Cruiser Prado and Toyota Fortuner). When questioned, the driver confirmed he did not have a commercial vehicle license, which is against UAE regulations and extremely unsafe, especially while traveling with children. At the desert camp, the situation worsened. The staff claimed I had only a normal booking, forcing me into an argument despite having proof of a premium package. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional”they raised their voices, shouted, and formed a group around me, which was intimidating and unacceptable for a family environment. After the program ended, my family was made to wait until 11:00 PM for return transportation, causing further inconvenience and distress. This experience involved misrepresentation, safety risks, rude behavior, and poor customer handling. I have raised an official complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Forum. I have already registered a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Forum against Rayna Tours. I strongly advise travelers, especially families, to think twice before booking with Rayna Tours.

Our Dubai Desert Safari was absolutely phenomenal, thanks to our exceptional tour guide, Adnan Sabir! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Adnan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing the beauty and culture of the desert. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the adventure, whether we were dune bashing, riding camels, or taking in the breathtaking sunset views. His storytelling brought the desert to life, and his attention to detail made every moment feel special. The evening camp experience”complete with delicious food, entertainment, and an unforgettable atmosphere”was made even better by Adnan's thoughtful guidance and warm hospitality. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we are so grateful for Adnan's outstanding service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubai”we would book again in a heartbeat!

This is my third time taking Rayna's 4x4 desert tour with dinner. I always love it because the service is impeccable and the customer service is excellent. Our driver this time was Muhammad Usman Ali, very attentive and concerned, and he drove very well through the dunes. The day was incredible. Thank you!

We recently visited Dubai with family and friends for a games festival. Our festival coordinators had negotiated special discounted pricing with different tour operators for excursions/tours - one of the operators being Rayna Tours. I reached out via their website and sent a WhatsApp message. I received a response from Yuvraj (a Rayna Tours Travel Consultant). I was provided pricing for the Premium Desert Safari which I was told was 180 AED per person (the discounted price). I also asked about doing the ATV/Quad Bike rides and was told that it would be 120/140 AED for 30 minutes. Since there were 9 of us, we were not sure if all of us would be doing the ATVs, so I asked if I could book the ATVs during the Safari and was told I could. Due to the information provided, I went ahead to book the Premium Desert Safari believing that Rayna Tours was a reputable company but that turned out to be not the case. Once on the Safari, we were first taken by Rayna Tours drivers to their store, which is also where the ATVs were. However at the location, we were told the price was 500 AED - more than 4 times what I had been quoted!! Even showing their representatives messages from Yuvraj, with the pricing he had indicated did not help. They were unable to reach him on the number he had provided when attempting to call him. They did not believe he was a Rayna Tours employee but one of their agents (which was surprising since the booking email showed his email being from a Rayna Tours email address). At the time I also reached out to Yuvraj (via WhatsApp) and he indicated that he would investigate with his team which never happened. (That was back in July and still have not heard from him). He was very quick, though, when it came to taking the payment for the Safari! Since it was getting late - the Safari vehicle drivers stated we had to leave to do the Dune Bashing and take the sunset photos. They were not even going to let us do the Camel rides until we persisted and even then, they rushed us through the ride. In addition to not being able to do the ATV rides, we also did not get to do the Sand Boarding/Surfing. During the Dune Bashing the driver of the vehicle that our kids were in, was constantly on his phone (Texting/WhatsApp), which was very unsafe and unprofessional. We were all very disappointed with the so called Premium Desert Safari and Rayna Tours representative's behaviour as well as lack of willingness to help. Just as reference, some of our other friends who booked with a different company via Expedia and paid less, had a much better experience and were able to do all the activities (Sand surfing, ATV, Camel Ride etc). After returning home from Dubai, I reached out to Rayna Tours through their Feedback email address. I got the standard auto-response indicating customer complaints/queries are their priority, however it's been over 2 weeks with no further communication. Just goes to show they do NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS - just quick at taking your money. I do not recommend you book anything from this company - stay away from Rayna Tours!

First, I have to thank Mr. Wafa Abbas, who organized everything flawlessly. He paid attention to the smallest details and ensured the entire schedule flowed effortlessly. His professionalism made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable from the very beginning. The safari itself was led by Malik, our driver and guide, and he was nothing short of excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced, he made the dune bashing ride both thrilling and safe. His calm and confident approach gave us peace of mind while we had the time of our lives tearing across the desert. The stop at Rayna Desert Camp was a real surprise”it wasn't just a break in the tour; it was a full-on cultural experience. Camel rides, henna art, local crafts, and live entertainment all added to the atmosphere. Everything felt organized, welcoming, and true to the spirit of the region. As the sun set, the evening show kicked off with fantastic performances and a great vibe. The food was just as impressive”plenty of options, well-prepared, and satisfying. It really felt like a VIP experience all the way through. For anyone considering a desert safari in Dubai, I can't recommend this one enough. Rayna Tours delivers top-tier service, and every part of the experience reflects that. Special thanks again to Mr. Abbas and the entire team for making this adventure unforgettable.

Amazing desert safari! Very well organised and special thanks to our fantastic guide and driver Sunil. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We booked an Evening premium desert safari. The pickup from the hotel was 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. The booked the premium safari thinking that we will be provided the best service. The driver we got couldn't speak English clearly and we couldn't understand any bit. And most annoying thing was that driver didn't have a license for desert driving. So our drivers were changed 4 times during the trip to which we have to wait for each driver. As I have seen the videos of the safari, we had to advise the driver what to do next than the driver guides us. The complementary camel ride at the camp was a disaster as there was no staff member to check the queue and people pushing and pulling and fighting to get there chance. Next when we ask our driver to take us to sunset photos he said us to climb the mountain by foot rather than drive us there. Somehow after arguing we got our ride and we saw all the other drivers help their customers to take good photos and we were left alone while our driver was chatting with other staff at the camp. When we arrived back to camp, our seats which were close to the stage was changed to back and when we questioned on it a camp staff member who was really rude asked us a photo of the table which was really unprofessional. That staff member was rude to us. This was our experience at a PREMIUM evening desert safari and I really regret about the service I got for the money I paid. Will never use Rayna Tours for my future trips.

We booked the Premium Desert Safari with Private Majlis with Rayna Tours at their desk in Sofitel Downtown Dubai, and it was a highlight of our stay. Our driver and guide for the evening, Ghulam Mustafa provided great commentary and conversation during drive out to and through the desert. While unable to partake in dune bashing, it was clear many were enjoying this activity. We were able to get close up with a harrier and try riding a camel at Rana's camp. Having opted for the Private Majlis, the private air-conditioned chalet was a welcome respite from the desert sun. Later our group of 4 were served at our own table a veritable feast of local cuisine, frankly much too much food, but we enjoyed what we could eat, Kumar and the team, made sure of that, looking after us very well, and the entertainment from belly, traditional, and fire dancers, great fun.

Not happy Then at 5 we went dune bashing Well not anything like the last dune bashing trips I've done Very poor Cars so close together!! Hardly big dunes and soft sands !! Like I've done before Think previously with Arabian adventures Very disappointing as not thrilling as always Then we went to sunset The driver calling us back to the car 10 mins before sunset. We were all annoyed so said we want to stay till sunset Again we have always watched till the sun has gone down on very high sand dunes. I think this is a very different area with not much to offer Then to the food and entertainment Seating crammed Food all cold Entertainment was good especially the fire Overall I don't recommend this tour operator

I had booked through Headout. They offer two packages . I would suggest choosing premium package with premium seating. Overall it was good and well managed.

It’s not the desert scenery that we expect I would expected to go in desert, dune bashing, but we were taken a short ride in so called desert, wich was in fact near the main road. It wasn’t that landscape that you expect, just desert where you look, and big dunes. Otherwise we liked very much the show that they offer there. The location was very nice, the food excelent. The best of the show was the fire show

What went wrong “ The diver arrived for pick up at the different hotel, when he realized the mistake and picked up us from the hotel, it was already late, as a result, we missed 2 important attractions of this trip. ¢ We missed photoshoot on the mid of desert ¢ We missed photoshoot of sun set However, he stopped closed to the dinner area for photoshoot, but we missed the spectacular view of desert due to lack of enough light. Ended with nice program and dinner. Chicken was not good / fresh, not sure if anyone complained about this or not.

PATHETIC TOUR OPERATOR! I had booked Premium Desert safari for 31st Dec and I had to cancel it. They confirmed that they will process the refund after 14 days. I sent them several emails & WA and they are not responding them back. They are liars. It's mentioned on their site that in case of cancellation the funds would be refunded and I had informed me much before time. ull day full of fun We had a great morning on the city tour with plenty of photo opportunities. Following a delicious lunch we were taken out to the dunes for the safari. From quads to car to camel they had it all.Evening dinner was plentiful but the entertainment was disappointing with nothing to write about Overall a great day though

We went for safari, visited a traditional shop, went for a short ride with a camel and then attended a six phase show. The safari driver was excellent and took care of us during the whole period he was with us. He gave us complete instructions and was very polite.

Desert Safari From start to finish it was a great experience. I did my booking through Rayna Tours and the lovely Sahil Shabarwal organised all the things myself and family wanted to do. We had a great time at the desert safari it was amazing and dhow cruise was great too. I would recommend doing these two things. I look forward to booking again for other experiences in the future.

The drive in the dunes of the desert was great and we had laughed so much, thanks to our driver Aqeel Shah who had everything under control. He guided us safely and competently through the whole afternoon/evening and had a great knowledge of Dubai. The camp in the desert was clean, the food tasty.

Sensational Desert Excursion This experience was incredible. All of the experiences were enjoyable and created lifelong memories. I especially enjoyed the Falconry show. Malik was our guide and driver. He was extremely courteous, punctual, and a wealth of knowledge about all things Dubai.

Desert safari with dinner The dune ride was amazing and not too hectic as we had small kids in the car. Our driver Waqar was very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to make the most of our trip in Dubai. We then had a nice evening under the Dubai sky filled with food and entertainment. Good your company I did safari drive bashing tour which included dinner and show. Driver very experienced, good communication with company regarding pickup time. Enjoyed camel ride and dinner show. Fire dancer best I have ever seen. Was simply amazing. Would have liked a little more info on history, types of dances, how they come about etc. all in all lovely night out which is completely guided.

The overall experience was great. Rutuja kshirsagar was very helpful throughout. She helped me with the bookings of not just the desert safari but other things in Dubai.

Dune Desert Safari ! Even Alone ... But You Are Not Lonely The price is reasonable, I chose for shared-premium package, which my table was just beside the stage. The salesperson, coordinator and the driver are very well prepared. The dune driving was very amazing and incredible. I also experienced riding on a camel. Before the buffet dinner, we went to see the sunset. The buffet dinner is wonderful. You will never be disappointed for choosing Rayna Tours.

During my short stay at Hyatte Al Rigga with my daughters I met Wafa Abbas at the tours desk ,³who very patiently explained all the tour packages they had to offer and depending on our time constraints we selected the evening dessert Safari which was a great experience and delivered to all expectations. Must mention the excellent service provided by Wafa which is note worthy . He was really helpful and made sure everything went very smoothly

Sehr schöne Wüstetnour mit guten Guide Wir wurden um 15.30 von unserem Hotel von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Guide abgeholt. Der uns dann in einer Stunde in die Wüste brachte. Klar wird einem sehr viel von den Händlern angeboten und vieles kostet extra. Es wird einem aber auch ohne Extrakosten viel geboten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wüste, mit sehr leckeren Essen und freundlichen Mitarbeitern dort

In Dubai, my parents had an amazing experience. Since it was my parents' first time traveling abroad, I organized a vacation for them. I'm happy to have met MR. WAFA ABBAS from Rayna Tours who helped me arrange a hassle-free itinerary for them. He is, I must add, modest and a TRAVEL GURU. The tours had very affordable costs, and Wafa (travel guru) was aware that my parents are older and that I was traveling with them. He booked all the activities for us like Ski Dubai, Desert Safari, Visit to Burj Khalifa, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Aquarium , Dolphin Show, Museum of The Future , Dubai Frame and many more. Because of his excellent experience, Mr. Wafa Abbas ensured that my parents would not experience any inconveniences. He saw to it that we received prompt service, a spotless car, and a courteous Pilot -Mustafa for Desert Safari. We had an amazing experience in the desert with Mustafa, who was really amiable and humorous. Dune bashing was first, followed by a photo break, dinner inside the camp, and then the shows and entertainment began. For example, the fire show and belly dance were amazing! I booked my trip to Desert Safari from Mr. Wafa Abbas from Rayna. As an advisor, he was tremendously amazing beyond expectations. The overall experience of the tour was very good. Loved the way everything was so perfect from the pickup car to getting seated in the camp area and enjoying all the shows. The quality of each and everything of the trip, including the car which picked us from the hotel and dropped us back was excellent. The best part was how comfortable the trip became for us. It became one of the best places to go with your family and friends to chill and get your mind diverted. It’s a must visit place especially when you have such an incredible advisor like Mr. Wafa Abbas. He is truly a professional one.

Enjoyed every minute!! Buggy,dune bashing, delicious food, henna tattoo, drinks, great entertainment Staff could be friendlier however as we are paying guests on holiday. They never once smiled or looked happy in there jobs nor made us feel welcome.

The entire adventure was simply amazing from the dune buggy and the camel rides. Our whole family of friend was so very impressed.

Muhammad Sajjad our driver was very friendly and experienced. We really enjoyed the desert safari and the buffet dinner was exemplary. The only downside we faced was the price of coffee at the restaurant. 40 dirham for a cup is excessive. Otherwise the timing and experience was executed to perfection.

Would like to point out his knowledge of the country, interesting comments, attention to the customers, responsiveness and excellent driving skills. He was always at the right place at the right point in time, we never felt abandoned and could feel his support all the time.

Brilliant tour, once in a lifetime experience with driving through the dunes, great food and a nice show. We had a lot of fun with our guide Haroon Khan, who drove us with his great driving skills and who took beautiful pictures of us and made sure that we enjoy every second of this experience. Rayna tours have been so professional and patient. Ayush booked us the dhow cruise, half day Dubai city tour, Burj Khalifa experience and the desert safari; he was very helpful and gave us sound advice from start to finish! Each experience was well planned and meticulous. Our tour guide, Hammad was very knowledgable and gave us a very informative commentary during the Dubai tour experience. Our dune bashing driver, Irfan Haider was friendly and an excellent driver. He played some amazing music throughout dune bashing, making the experience even more thrilling! I would highly recommend Rayna tours and would definitely use them again.

This is a must when you visit Dubai! The tour company Rayna is the best! Our guide Haroon Khan was very helpful, get extra length to make live the experience at full: the car was spotless, we were 6 people but plenty of space inside. He put the music make the ride on desert fun and exciting. We took pictures and he show us tricks how to have different and funny pictures. The show and the food amazing. We enjoy every second of the 6 hours experience: from Atv ride, picture with the falcon, pictures with sunset, food, drinks, henna, Sheisa. EVERYTHING was amazing. I highly recommend a tour with their standard bc while you are there are other companies( I don’t know what they offer) but our meet and exceed our expectations!

We took the desert excursion, and despite the reviews, we didn't find the experience to be bad. The food was good, they had a lot of variety, and there were unlimited soft drinks, water, and orange and mango juices. The shows were very good.

Earlier I was skeptical about which tour to book my desert safari with, bcoz there are so many options available. My aunt suggested Rayna tours and we went ahead with Rayna for its word of mouth. The money they charge for the ride is totally worth it. It’s a very good option for people vegetarian food preferences. The entertainment shows were too good, couldn’t move our eyes away from the dancers. I’d suggest you to pre plan the additional paid activities you want to do, because it can get difficult to accommodate all the activities and the sunset. Rana uncle, our safari driver, was very gentle with us and we had a good time in the dune bashing too! Kudos to team Rayna❤️

The main person who made it wonderful was our expirienced and amazing driver, The one and only Mr. Sarmad Afridi, who drove through the desert dunes like a champ. Sarmad knows his way through the desert like he was born there. On top of that, he has a friendly demeanor and always assited us with any request we made. Secondly, the camp was amazing. From the food to the dancers to the fire man, all were amazing. The food was very delicious and the buffet very clean with a wide variety of food to choose from. Your toilets are clean and Raya Staff are always there to assist you with anything you may need. I highly recommend Rayna Tours for a wonderful and unforgettable desert tour always.

It was a super amazing day with our tour guide Adnan Saber. He’s a super good driver and he cared a lot about our safety while driving, especially since we visited the day after the Dubai storm. He also took amazing pictures on the sand dunes of me and my mom. The activities as well were super cool to do and the dinner was very delicious.

My wife and I had an extraordinary safari experience—worthy of more than five stars! Our guide, Sameer, picked us up from our hotel in a well-equipped Toyota 4WD. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable but also incredibly accommodating. Our adventure began with a thrilling drive through the desert, where Sameer skillfully maneuvered the vehicle down steep dunes at 45-degree angles and over dramatic drops—his driving was impeccable! The day continued with a series of cultural performances including belly dancing and fire dancing, complemented by delicious food and excellent hospitality in a breathtaking setting. We even enjoyed a brief camel ride. Before we knew it, it was time to return to the hotel. Overall, it was a remarkable day, offering great value for money. Rayna provided us with an excellent service with pickup at the said time (without delay), the car was clean without any issues of some sort. The driver Manoj was very nice and been helpful such as taking pictures, explaining us different things and prevented us to fall in tourist traps in the desert. Manoj also made sure we get a table right in front of the show. The only downside was the lack of options for the buffet but in overall we had a great time. Highly recomended

The safari was simply amazing! From the exciting jeep and quad rides to the relaxed camel ride to the scenic stops in the desert for photos - the variety of activities amazed us. Ednan Zabir, our tour driver agent, drove us superbly and professionally during the Safari ride while he accorded us respect and delight at the same time. His safety awareness is very noticeable as he always reminded us to buckle on our seats before we go through the dunes. It was a wonderful experience we had today at desert safari , as a group of 6 people. Particularly our tour guide Qadir baloch was really a key person who takes care of everyone and keeps us well engaged all the time throughout the trip. Overall it was a very good time we had and really worth it.

Very bad experience :(, . We were a family group of 6 who had travelled to Dubai for celebrating our new year. Rayna's inexperienced sales team completely messed it up for us. They shared a wrong menu and mentioned to us that limited alcohol is included in the package , on which we based our order confirmation. To our surprise we were offered a completely different menu with chargeable alcohol on board which was not at all satisfactory for us!!. Also we had booked for a birthday cake, which was booked very well in advance and paid completely, but they missed it and ruined our planned birthday celebration. There was no proper complaint registering facility nor the in charge persons had any decision making authority to address our grievances. We were asked to use the customer feedback WhatsApp group to register our complaint . We denied paying the alcohol charges on board and after much follow up and negotiation on next days we received a mere 15% discount & cake cost which in no way covered the inconvenience and disappointment we faced on a new year with our family, friends and kids. It seems they are operating many things at same time and the team is overloaded to attend properly.

It was one of the best and memorable experiences of my Dubai trip. Mr Brown was our guide and driver. He is an excellent driver and great communication skills. He showed us around, explained everything and was courteous to ensure we all were comfortable. He has a great sense of humor. He gave us all the relevant information and made sure we enjoyed the desert safari to the fullest. I highly recommend Mr Brown to other visitors.

We went as a group of 12 today with a So called Vip package experience. I have experienced desert safari atleat 15 times but this was below my expectations as the driver makes ur experience. Rayna used a 3rd party provider and not their team member or vehicle, which spoilt our experience. Ghulam Nabi was the driver who hardly spoke English played punjab songs of his choice, took us for an ATV area first instead of using the time for dune bashing as they get a cut for doing so. He was reminded many times to not use his phone while driving, hardly did 15 mins of dune bashing and then the tyre of the vehicle came out, wasted 15 mins fixing it, took us to a crowded place for sunset and then said its time to go to the camp. When we came to the camp, our tables were not arranged for 12 ppl. Only saving grace for the 1 star was the camp and food. To put henna, the lady was asking for aed 30 when it was free as she said she was done for the day. There were 5 camels for 200 ppl. We almost hit a car as the driver was not concentrating on the road. It seemed that the RAYNA vehicles and staff in theor uniform were reserved for other bugger groups. You have many other tour companies to choose from.

The Safari was so fun! We loved it, and Ikram is super nice! He's driving skill is impressive we enjoyed it a lot! The Bally dance was nice too! I love this experience!

First of all, the experience was bad. There is a long queue to get in the place. There is a long wait at certain rides let's say, 1hr 45mins. Secondly, when they took a photo and when we went to buy it. They did not mention, whether we want the photo in frame, mug or magnet. It was a surprise after the park you are given a photo in a frame. When asked, I want a refund. They could not, and said, sorry I can't give you a refund but there were others said, yes you can get it. There are staff members do not know the policy. Which is you can't refund a photo. So, please think before buying a photo. Some of the staff members were rude and don't listen. The best part, was eating at the burger place. The food was delicious. That's why I gave 1 star.

The car come on time we collect other guests and went to desert, our driver Safari guide Ghulam sabir was quite kind and outgoing. Safari experience was quite excellent and exited.

The experience is unforgettable. The camp was clean, the food was good and the performances were nice. Dilawar Cheema was amazing! He is such a good driver and was very punctual. He ensured we were taken good care off and showed us where everything in the camp was. He also took very nice pictures of us in the dunes and these will be kept forever. Today was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I enjoyed the Safari experience with my family. Both the two teenagers and the child, and also my wife loved the trip. We enjoyed a traditional dinner, also the atmosphere with dancers and music was so captivating and interesting. We also tried riding the camels, the kids loved it. We also had an amazing Safari Guide, named Nabi, he was so nice and fun, very friendly. I have had many interesting conversations with him on our way to and back of the camp. It was an amazing morning with a thrilling desert safari drive from Rayna tour. Driver Zafar Iqbal showed the best of desert safari with so many twist sand dunes. He was also generous to give us extra time to experience the adventure with safe driving. Overall a great experience and would strongly recommend for 1st time visitors to Dubai to book with Rayna.

Going on safari in Dubai was our top priority and Rayna Tours was the perfect choice to experience it. The inclusions of the safari were very thoughtfully done to allow us a varied type of experiences. In fact, we experienced more than our expectations.

I had an unforgettable time on the Premium Desert Safari. I enjoyed riding the SUV on the uneven surface of the desert and enjoyed the thrill and excitement. I also opted for sandboarding which was solo adventure in the desert. At the campsite, I engaged in various activities and enjoyed tasty meals.

The Desert Safari looked appealing. I took the standard package and added ATV. Total 305 AED. However soon after the start it became clear that many things are not included and are charged extra. The main disappointment for me was the fact that the ATV that I had paid for essentially meant driving circles in a 50 by 50m field... So I upgraded to a larger ATV, which would go outside the camp with a guide ('deep into the desert' I was told) at the princely price of 400 AED. In the end we went at a snail's pace, at most 1km from the camp, and spent 10 (out of the 30) minutes taking photos. An absolute letdown and waste of money. The desert camp felt like a cattle farm, with hundreds or tourists being 'milked' for 4 hours.... The only highlight was our driver Aftab, who provided the only sense of adventure when surfing the dunes with our Toyota Landcruiser.

It was well organized and a real extra to our holiday! I can really recommend this tour and the good and friendly driver Mr. Brown completed the dat. Also the food and entertainment were really good!! When you visit Dubai make sure you won't miss this desert safari!

What a great desert safari!! We have done quite a few in dubai in the past and this was great. Well organized, great facilities and we had the most incredible driver! Malik was so hospitable, knowledgeable, and his driving skills were the best we have seen!!!! Our dune bashing was by far the best we have ever experienced!! Poor Safari !! We booked desert safari with Rayna tours that too premium one. Our overall experience is very bad. Right from hotel pickup to desert experience. It was not worth the amount we spend. Being vegetarian food was horrible and belly dance was not worthy. Driver was rude and Rayna tpurs support staff was equally bad.

Perfect Desert safari for family! We are family or four ( 2 adults + 2 kids) with our little one being apprehensive of the Desert Safari and night program. So instead of going for the evening Safari we chose to do a morning desert Safari and chose a private vehicle from Rayna tours. Our guide Dilawar Cheema was fantastic, very humble and polite. His driving was safe and also informative. He had a whole program lined up for us. We started with dune bashing followed by a 4 seater buggy ride and finished with a very good camel ride. Inspite of being peak season, the experience from Rayna tours was very good - no haste, plenty of time for photos, very clean vehicles and even the Camels were we'll maintained and dressed. Our driver Ali knows how to drive a 4x4, especially in the dunes. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, for this region a lot of rain in one day. Not only our driver, but also other employees, have taken great care of us. Anyway, for us it was a great experience. We really enjoyed the Dune bashing, camel riding, BBQ and the evening program.

Riding the powerful SUV through the high and low sand dunes was thrilling. It was refreshing to immerse in the mesmerizing sunset views. We engaged in Henna tattooing and photography in Arabian attire in the camp and had fun. The BBQ dinner was good.

Unbelievable Premium Desert Safari with Rayna Tours Date: 15 December 2022 Initial enquiry and booking was a breeze with a professional and smiling Ms Almas Nazir. Thank you for the advise and help. Driver Muhammad Ali picked us up up from our hotel, on time and with a terrific vehicle. A pleasant ride through busy Dubai all the way to the desert and to the camp. Muhammad, you are so skilful, we felt we were in caring hands and very safe, on the road and on the sand, including dune bashing !!! Muhammad, you are so skilful, we felt we were in caring hands and very safe. When we arrived to destination, Muhammad explained our activities and time frame. We had an amazing time on the quads self riding on the dunes, part of a small group and in the care of another amazing leader. Note: this activity is an addition to the cost of the tour. From there, back in the car with Muhammad, moving toward the Rayna Desert Camp. We stopped on the way for photos, he kindly helped an other driver who was stuck and more dune bashing. When at camp, a few cute shops, very clean facilities, more camels rides, photo opportunities, Muhammad advised us when was sunset time for photos. He is also an excellent photographer. Camp: terrific set up, plenty of welcome drinks (frm coffee to juices to beer) and food was cooking. What a welcome !!! Dinner was plenty full , for meat eaters, vegetarians and sufficient variety to allow a very nice gluten-free meal. Entertainment on stage and happy music. Muhammad rounded us up for the return trip and a pleasant ride on the sand highway We stopped to pump-up tyres and back to hotel. The 6 tourists in our car were all smiles and very happy with the day. Congratulations to the Rayna Team for the work, care and friendliness. A MUST DO and well worth experience when in Dubai. We loved it and will do again when back there.

I have been to the desert safari in Dubai on six occasions with different company's. This however is my first with Rayna tours and I must say it has been my best experience. Nabi my safari driver was amazing, came on time, was very friendly and professional too. He knows the desert so well and knows how to make the experience a great one.

The desert Safari is an over-hyped event. There are better things in Dubai to spend your time and money on. Personally speaking the ride to the desert in the Land Cruiser, the sand bashing and the pictures with the setting sun was an amazing experience but the experience at the camp i.e. the food and the activities were below average. Our tour guide Mr. Amer Brown was instrumental in making the experience memorable. He helped us get good pictures with the sunset and added a bit of humor to a rather dull event. One additional star in the rating is just for him.

Taking the Premium Desert Safari with Rayna Tours was an incredible experience. The roller-coaster ride on the mesmerizing dunes was thrilling and the camel riding quite relaxing. The BBQ dinner at the campsite was delicious, and the belly dance and Tanura show entertaining.

We booked a premium desert safari for 3 adults and 2 kids in a private safari car. We paid extra for premium and private car. We had a lot of expectation with Rayna tour but to our surprise, it was a horrible experience. We were picked by a private car (not the dunes safari car) and taken to first stop lahbab. Then we were taken to the second stop and were asked to wait here till the dunes bashing car arrives. We waited there but the car didn't arrive and were told that this entry to dunes from this stop is banned. It all started here and continued till the end. We had to walk 500 meter to get back to the first car again that took us to another stop. This wasted 45 min of our time and kids were already tired by then. It was already 2.25 hours since we were picked. Finally, we started the dunes bashing from the third stop and to our surprise it lasted for 8 min precisely. No sanboarding etc Lastly, we arrived at the camp and were treated like slaves who are given food after the day slavery. The staff was rude, the food (premium live bbq) was terrible. We were told that its a premium package with less rush so we could enjoy more but the camp had more crowd than what is currently allowed by the regulators due to covid. Finally when dinner and shows ended, we were relieved that this horrible experience is going to end soon. But Rayna didnt fail to surprise us one more time - this time our driver left the camp without letting us know and we were asked to queue up so we could be accommodated in another car. Finally we got a car and the horrific experience ended there. Hygiene 2/5 Staff and service 1/5 Food 1/5 Safety 0/5 (We noticed that the safari driver during dune bashing was without a seat belt ) DO NOT TRY THEM.

We went on a VIP Desert safari with quadricycle riding, dune bashing, and evening barbecue with an amazing show which included an astonishing fire show and a beautiful belly dance performance. Our dune-bashing expert and tour guide for the day was Mr. Brown. He took great care of us, amazed with his dune-bashing skills, took perfect sand jumping picture of us (see attached), made sure that we found our places at the evening barbecue/show event (we had the best places, btw), and entertained us with a great conversation on the way back. I am normally not an adventure-driven person. However, when my friends decided to go for a desert safari trip, I jumped in on the opportunity. We booked our tour from Rayna Tours and it was perfect. The adventure sports were not extreme so I enjoyed being a part of it. What I really liked was the serene moments we spent in the Arabian ambience after dusk. For me, it was the best off-beat attraction I had ever experienced.

What an experience my family and I were able to witness during our time in Dubai. Dubai’s desert safari indeed is one of the best and finest experiences where we enjoyed every single activity. My kids had a great time during the camel ride while my wife and I loved every bit of the dune bashing.

I booked a desert safari experience with Rayna tours and it's been a disaster from the start. We asked for a car set for my child and it was confirmed at the time of booking. We also informed at the time of booking that some us in our group would not go for the dune bashing and this was noted and confirmed. On the day, another car comes to pick us up with a driver who does not work for Rayna tours. He is a third party car and driver. Also he did not have a car seat and I had to take my own car seat. On the way to the desert, we met with an accident. To make matters worse, when we reached the desert, we had to switch cars. We were forced into another car without giving us anytime to talk to the driver. I stopped and informed the driver that some of us would not go for the dune bashing. The driver insisted on taking all of us on a dune bashing experience and he was cocky when I asked him to drive slowly. He made a sarcastic remark asking why we came to a desert safari if we didn't want a dune bashing experience. I had to remind him that we were the ones paying for this and we have the right to decide the experience we want. The car was smelling of body odour and the driver started the car even before my wife could put on her seatbelt. We asked him to turn back 2 minutes into the drive and had to go back to the start point and change cars again to go back home. When I asked for the supervisor there, he too was extremely cocky and asked me to call the booming Center and get my money back. Totally useless and utterly unprofessional and unsafe. Worst experience and Rayna tours have spoilt my holiday!

Travelling to Dubai and desert safari automatically becomes a must ! So I chose this extremely good time to travel to Dubai with my mother for holidays and it was our first time in Dubai . We booked for desert safari with our hotel travel agent called Murad Ali and he suggested this pretty nice safari. We were charged 200 dirhams per head for a safari, we were picked from our hotel at 3pm taken to Sharjah which is almost an hour or 1.5 hr away by roadways. Our Tour guide for the day who drove us to the safari and later did the dune bashing was Mr.Nishar, such a marvellous driver he was. He drove smoothly and safely to the site , there we had a welcome drink / a small round of camel ride / bbq dinner and the evening show complimentary.. the show is amazing . The performers are so damn talented .. be it the belly dance / tanura dance or the fire show . Great show put up by these guys . Also highly recommend Mr.Nishar and the entire concept of the desert safari . One hell of an experience.. please note pictures with eagle is on extra charges , may charge 20 dirhams per head .

I really enjoyed this premium tour and our safari guide Wajahat Mahmood was great! The dune bashing was so much fun and although it can be a bit rough, I felt very safe with his experienced driving. The pick up and drop off transfers make it so convenient, the BBQ dinner was great (plenty of food to go around), and the entertainment was also enjoyable. It’s the perfect time of day for this - not too hot! I would highly recommend.

So I had done desert safari atleast 5 times before I tried Rayna Tours, and they were amazing! The booking process was done on WhatsApp which was super easy and convinient because I don't live in UAE. They send me a link to make the payment for our exclusive car and on table service for 5 person and we were sorted. On the morning of the tour they sent me the driver's name and number - Bakshish Ilahi when I spoke to him the first time, everything became smooth, he was very accommodating right from the first call, then the trip starts and he was just awesome with his hospitality... The staff at the camp was also excellent, very pollute and helpful, very well coordinated via walkies and a clean camp was needed to be comfortable. In simple words Rayna Tours has hired the best staff to make your tour comfortable, pleasant and memorable, and for our luck it was our driver besides the waiters at the camp.. Book your tour with them with an exclusive car and ask for Bakshish Ilahi and trust me you will have the best Desert Safari!!! Keep up the good work Rayna Tours!

I've done many desert safaries in Dubai whenever I would have had visitors, but this one was definitely the worst one. Pick up was late for 1.30 hours. They didnt even take us to a real desert, everything around was full of bushes and garbage. Was barely possible to make a decent photo. When I complained after on their whats app they didnt even reply. And all this for 250 dirhams. What a Waste of money. Dont use this company, there are many other better ones.

Service was good By KD But just the price a for VIP & standard there was a confusing Because the agent in my hotel said was 400 aed /person for VIP ,standard 250 aed/person So the guy said the facilities were different But the other hotel agent said 300 aed /person for vip So the reality all the facilities was same at all ,food,cars,etc There were no different with in vip & standard .

Mr Khalid Badu made our Desert Safari on 9th Feb 2019 even more memorable with the dynamic and generous personality of his. He was a superb guide to our tour as provided very important bit of information for our knowledge. I can say that, without him, the day won't have been so much fun. We haved searched alot of companies but at last we found rayna and go for it. We are picked up from our hotel city max by our guide Mr.ali on time.We start our journey towards desert on the way he showed us many good landmarks explained about dubai and its culture he was very funny also.He kept a good conversation all the way and answer all the questions. Finally desert ride started it was very thrilling on the dunes his command on the car was superb and at last we reached to the camp.We were welcomed with arabic coffee and Dates food was ok not the best shows were awesome belly dance was the high light. Our driver, Waqar, was brilliant. Good fun, kept us amused and looked after us. Good trip to the desert. Great fun zooming around the sand dunes and it was nice to get a shot on a camel. However, you're literally on the camel for about 1 minute (if even that) so it's not exactly a camel ride you get. More just a photo opportunity of you sitting on a camel briefly. Fire display and belly dancing was something a bit different to experience. Good trip to do when visiting Dubai.

This was the biggest surprise for me by my husband. We wanted to have romantic and peaceful celebrations on our anniversary. So my husband approached Rayna Tours and they gave the perfect premium desert safari package. We really had a great time and enjoyed a lot with few people around.

Just did this tour on Friday 4th Jan 2019. Pickup form hotel was with a 17 year old driver that drove like a man possessed. The Sand Dune ride was good and lots of fun but tell them if you want to calm it down or if you are not comfortable with this bit. But note you have to cross the dunes to get to the dinner camp ! Was very concerned for the Camels providing the rides as there was long queues. The dinner was good and plenty of food, but they rushed us out of there to beat the traffic and yes you go back over the dunes to get to your transport home and on a full stomach .... need I say more ? Anyhow overall it was a fun experience but a little rushed.

I booked desert safari for my family: me, my wife, 8-years son and 2-years daughter. When the driver arrived he suggested that we all should go on 3rd row of Land Cruiser where only two seats available. I tried to call the agent, but they all tried to say that this is the way how it should be. So we had to go almost one hour sitting on two places and the same on the way back. if you'd like to get really nice experience never use this company for your tours!!!

I and my wife celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with the premium desert safari package from Rayna Tours. We wanted to be away from the crowd and noise of the city. Also, we did not want a huge crowd at the desert too. The premium desert safari with just a few people was perfect for our special evening. I recommend this tour to anyone looking for something more than the regular desert safari.

The Premium desert safari tour package was a gift from me to my little sister on her 18th birthday. She was super-excited. Please look for other tour operators. Bad experience with these guys. From the point we arrived at the camp there was nothing exciting. Camel ride - Starting with an unprofessional staff doing the camel ride. I'd fire him right away. The camel ride was a joke - a 2 min tiny round in a confined area. No one to greet at the camp. Arabic costume - Pictures in Arabic costume was another joke. The free option was gross which would encourage people to pay for the pictures next door with better costumes and setup. I remember doing a tour many years ago and this was nothing like it. Food - Couldn't imagine a place in Dubai where you're paying all this money and expect a staff member standing with snacks and serving limited amount of food with their hands. Felt like you're being offered food in the prison. Same for the main course - the BBQ - a guy standing with meat in his hand to serve it on your plates. Rayna Mgmt this isn't a free charity service, you're charging money for it. Camp - There was nothing exciting at the camp. Pushy sellers and shady shops. The 5 min Tamura show was good. Well performed. Besides that 5 mins there was nothing else throughout the time we were there. While we were sitting in a boring environment we could hear music from other camps around. Driver - This was the only good part of the tour. Driver was courteous, professional, driver over the dunes was the only good part of the tour. Though all the other bad experiences completely ruined the overall time. Would not recommend these guys to anyone as people can have better options to spend their time in Dubai.

My name is Santosh Suryavanshi, I have Visited Dubai on 17th May, everything was going fine until I visited desert safari on 20th May, I was picked up from my Hotel Grand Excelsior hotel Deira. We were excited and were enjoying city seeing suddenly driver started cross questioning us with very rude attitude, I tried to ignore but he again started commenting on us and for simple questions when we will return back, his answer was the ride has not started yet and you want to go back. Only this person has ruined my Dubai trip else every other person was kind and respectful in my entire trip. I request Rayna Tours to Train you people properly before they ruin someone's vacation.

Hi All, I want to share my experience with you guys so that you don't have waste your money and time to book tours through rayna travels. I have booked desert safari through rayna tours and later I was really regretted with my decision. Food quality was pathetic, they told you unlimited buffet snacks and dinner but they won't give any such kind of service. you have line up for getting food its like you are standing in jail canteen and waiting for your turn. Only good part of my tour was safari experience, Driver was really nice and experienced. I really recommend people to choose another tours and travels services in place of Rayna Tour.

We booked this tour well in advance of our stay in Dubai. We had mails detailing our pick up time at the hotel of 14.00 to 14.30 and our party of six ensured we were there on time. No one arrived,mother companies were collecting people from the lobby. The concierge rang Rayna for us and we were told 30 mins. That passed and eventually after more calls a driver arrived at 15.50. After chatting with him it was obvious that we had been forgotten and he was not scheduled for our pick up and had been called as a last resort. We stopped at what can only be described as a hell hole, two shops and a toilet break, you risk your life as they were the dirtiest smelliest bogs ever or so our oadies told us, the gents refused and dodged the four wheel vehicles arriving from everywhere. Just a stop to get your money spent. Another five minutes down the road we were put on the side and told to wait for another four wheel drive for the dunes bash. This was further evidence that we had been forgotten by this shocking company. Well an old vehicle arrived, did the dunes ride, the van was small, we were in the back and just hot bashed around my head hitting the roof several times. This was supposed to be a highlight well it turned into a journey from hell. On to the camp where we were asked to be out after the second ballet dancer to get out before the rush, that was a 19.20 leave, we later found that the event ends at 21.00. Our driver obviously doing them a favour wanted an early leave. The camel ride was a forty yard cricle tour. Quad bikes described as a journey over the dunes was a little circle. The shisha pipes supposed to be included were 70 dirhams, the camp was a shambles. We paid £45 per person for this experience. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this company it is a total rip off and the worst experience me and my friends have ever had, a loss of a vital day in Dubai. We have asked for compensation from the company but guess what, they offer a reduction on our next visit, laughable.

Es war einfach nur super. Wir hatten den besten Autofahrer à¼berhaupt. Er war richtig nett und ziemlich lustig. Er konnte uns so viel à¼ber Dubai erzà¤hlen. Praktisch jede Frage beantworten. Wir wurden pà¼nktlich abgeholt und noch an vielen weiteren Stellen herumgefà¼hrt. Wenn wir Fotos machen wollten hà¤tte er uns raus gelassen und es erlaubt. Allgemein durften wir alles auf dem Camp machen und uns wurde nie etwas verboten (Bilder machen, essen, trinken, shisha usw) Einfach nur empfehlenswert !

Loved every bit of this tour! Right from the henna painting to the belly and Tanura dancing, I had such an awesome time. Although I am not very adventurous and did not try the activities on the desert, I would say that my husband and daughter loved every bit of it. The camel riding, dune bashing and quad biking, they had a great time doing all of these. As for me, I was happy taking the pictures of the desert during sunset and devouring the BBQ dinner.

I booked this tour for me and my family of 5 and we had such a great time. My teenage sons and daughter loved all the activities, especially dune bashing and quad biking. The food arranged at the desert camp was delicious, and we also enjoyed the Tanura and belly dance. I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting or living in Dubai, at least once.

Wonderful desert safari and our driver was the best! Jasim! He was funny and a really good driver who made us feel very safe all the time and he told us a alot of things about Dubai. Jasim, you're the best!

A desert safari was booked from Al Hamra in Ras Al Khaimah for 3 people online. The consultant was happy to take our cash in advance. I received a phone call at 3:15 pm on the day of the trip asking where I lived and the driver said he was still in Dubai. He then said he could not come to RAK and it was too late anyway. I agreed to drive to Sharjah the next day for a pick up so the payment was not wasted. This was not good enough for Rayna. .Then Rayna finally agreed to do do a full refund however six weeks later I am still waiting for the refund. Rayna is happy to take your money but not provide the service.

He did an outstanding job with making the trip an amazing experience! He did an awesome job of informing us of the country whilst still making it exciting and enjoyable!

We booked our desert safari through the hotel on the last minute and did not know what to expect, as usually people plan this way in advance to ensure a good trip with a reputable guide,,, Fortunately for us we met Yousef who by far is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, not only in Dubai but around the world. As I travel a lot through work I get to see different kinds of people and some who are not so kind. Yousef was on time for the tour, he gave us an in depth history of Dubai and it's iconic marks as we drove past them. His driving made me feel extremely comfortable even when he was drifting in the desert with sand flying all over the car. This is because you can clearly see he had control of his car. On our tour I had the opportunity to see many other drivers driving besides us and I can only say I am extremely lucky not to be in any of those cars. I highly recommend Yousef for your desert safari travel when you are in Dubai! :)

We booked an exclusive Desert Safari (Day time) with Rayna Tours & Travels on 10th April. Samir has been absolutely amazing in offering details of packages, and confirm the booking as soon as payment was done. We were little skeptical about doing a desert safari at the beginning as we had a 3 year old daughter and wasn't sure if it would be best. Though little expensive, opted for the exclusive package as we get the car for ourselves and helps in the event we need to abort the dune bashing. Fortunately, we had a thrilling time and my daughter eventually wanted to do some more. We had Khalid as our driver, possibly why we had one of the best experiences in dune bashing. On the way to the desert, gave a short tour of places of interest which were on the way and gave an insight into Dubai and its culture. As we started off into the desert, Khalid paced the car slowly to see how our daughter took to dune bashing and increased the speed when she got comfortable, though she was clinging on to me tightly :) Amazing experience with the dune bashing and something we won't forget and really have to commend Khalid's expertise for this. Since it was a day safari, the camps were empty. Had a look at the camp site and did couple of photo sessions with the camels around. Kiddo was scared to take a ride on top of the camel and so skipped. Dune buggies were all available if one needs to try their hand. Overall, we had an amazing time with Rayna on this desert safari. Defo recommend to any fellow travelers during their trip to Dubai.

We booked the desert safari at Rayna tours in the lobby of our hotel. The driver was late. Before we went dune bashing, we stopped at a shop where we all got Arabic headgear, it was not expensive, but it did cost something. We also stopped somewhere to take pictures of camels and a falcon. The dune bashing was fun. We all went to a camp in the desert, where you could ride a camel for free. The camel ride was short. For other things you had to pay extra. The food was good, though you had to stand in line fast else the meat was gone. The show was quite good.

If you really want to have an amazing and memorable Desert Safari experience, I'd absolutely recommend Yousef as your tour driver. His dune driving skills are breathtaking!!! If you're in Dubai you must jump into his 4x4!!

We had booked through Arabian experience in Mumbai but v were handled by rayna tours. In dhow cruise food was lousy and quantity not sufficient if u want second helping and u r slow eater. Seekh and kubbus got over in no time and they had no back up. Ditto at desert safari by the time we ate our dinner went for desert 2 of 4 variety was over. Are v paying to remain half hungery ? .

We booked our desert safari through Rayna tours from our hotel the Novotel suites in Dubai. It was an excellent day of adventure, sand duning and excitement. The best part was the sand duning in the 4 wheel drives....these drivers are modern day desert cowboys. It was a mind blowing experience. The entertainment wasn't too bad later in the evening either. The belly dancer could have done a better job rather than just flicking her hair back most of the show. We've got better dancers here in Sydney... Most people who go to Arabian nights expect a better show than this....

My friends visited me dubai, so I wanted to give them a good time that they will enjoy. First place I took them is dessert safari with them. Ravi the travel coordinator for us was really helpful and gave us brief over the phone very well and the tour was according to his clear brief. All together we had great fun. I have been in desert safari with lot of companies like arabian adventures and many other companies but this was the best desert safari i ever experienced in my life i have travelled a lot around the world and have been with lots of tour guides but this was the best experience of my life because of the tour guide the desert king YOUSEF i went a lot of time for desert safari but almost everytime i missed something i couldn't enjoy it to the fullest but with yousef i was able to enjoy it to the fullest he was very well behaved and informative he showed us the real dubai and the real meaning of desert safari he was providing us with the useful information about UAE about the desert camphe had a lot of useful information about the uae culture and traditions he made sure that our safety is his number one priority i would suggest everyone to book yousef as their tour guide because he is the local here and i dont think anyone else other than a local can tell you what uae is and what real desert safari is Thank you

Really enjoyed the Love Boat ride especially the thrill of drifting on the water. The boat operator was really nice and skilled. The desert safari was equally nice with great attractions at the camp. The Rayna Tour representative Deepesh Tejwani was super nice as well. I would like to make bookings through him next time as well. Overall great experience.

Our desert safari tour was great, thanks to Mr. Yousef. He was a great guide who showed us the real Dubai and its natural life. We had a great time on desert safari. He didn't only gave us a ride on the desert but also made us explore the desert life. Mr. Yousef made our family enjoy the tour because he showed us the training of the falcons, camels farms, royal family houses. Besides these, informed us about the culture of Dubai. I visited Dubai recently for a family vacation. To begin with, I never review places and write articles, but this visit really compelled me to leave a review. I had an amazing time with my family and I would like to thank Rayna Tourism for taking care of the entire trip. The staff was very professional and punctual. After months of gruelling research work on tourism agencies, I zeroed on to Rayna for the best deals they offer and for their through professional conduct. The main attraction of the trip was the desert safari. Mr Azeem Alvi was assigned to us for safari. Mr Azeem was very helpful and patient with us. He was dual hating as our pilot and city tour guide. He shared loads of information about the city and its attractions based on his experience. A through gentleman from Karachi who will go all the way to ensure you have a good time and come back safe. His skills as a desert pilot is noteworthy. I would like to thank the entire staff of Rayna tourism for making our trip to Dubai pleasant and a memorable one.

The ˜Desert Safari' is one of the highlights of my Dubai tour. We are a family of 4 and we booked an exclusive 4x4 Land Cruiser. The ride over the red dunes was a thrilling experience. It felt dangerous but at the same time safe. I thought my 8 and 10 year old kids would get scared, but they were excited and enjoyed it. Guess it was more like a roller-coaster ride for them. The driver ˜Mr Shahid' is very experienced and we felt safe. He kept checking on us and took regular feedback. The thing that made the whole experience outstanding is the thoughtful selection of songs that were played during the entire adventure ride. Thanks Mr Shahid. I booked this tour through Ms Mildred Vilbar (Rayna travel consultant at Emirates Grand Hotel - Travel Desk). Thank you for this unforgettable experience. The desert camp was nice and the food was good. The fire show was breathtaking. The belly dance could have been better if more time was spent on dancing; instead of calling and selecting the audience to dance. Overall the best was the adventurous ride over the red sand dunes.

I took two tours with this company and they were both ok, but there is definitely room for improvement. The first one I did was dinner in the desert. I was not able to dune bashing due to an injury, so went got just the dinner and show. We had a good time but this wasn't the desert experience I was looking for. This was way too comercial. They need to improve their personnel as well in terms of customer service and comunication.Our driver stopped for a change of cars and they did not seem organized at all.My other tour was fine, but there so much room for improvement. On the tour it said you could choose for lunch to go the the mall or heritage village, however they decided they would only go to heritage village, thus forcing you to pay for a buffet lunch as they are no other options. Typical tourist ambush. Needless to say, we still enjoyed seeing all the things on the tours.

Mustafa d pilot of d day was really amazing during my desert safari tour with my wife. He made d tour interesting with his jokes right from d hotel pick up and also ensure we had a good ride in d desert. He sure has experience of the desert ride as he led other drivers in d ride.
