The staff of Rayna Tours are thorough professional. They delivered us safety instructions and double-checked if the harness is firmly fastened to the parasail. The captain of the makeshift boat managed the speed of the boat and gave us a nice lift for an impressive view of the coastline.

Drivers spoke adequate English is a plus. All very courteous and always arrived to the hotel on time. The food at the safari camp was plentiful but tasted sub par but the entertainment at the camp was good. Strongly recommend booking with a tour company to go see the burj khalifa so that you avoid the long line-ups with general admission. Some of the vehicles we got picked up were not comfortable rides, I tend to get motion sickness when the ride is bumpy.

Dubai is the best place to try adventure sports. It is all well organized and safe. Therefore, I decided to try Rayna Tours’ Parasailing. They took me out to the ocean in a strong speedboat and tied a parachute and harness. Once the boat took speed, I was lifted into the air. I felt like i was flying. The view from up there was just amazing. I had asked them not to get me in the water and they expertly got me back onto the boat. Parasailing is fin and one of the best things to do on Dubai’s coast.

I’ve always wanted to parasail. I had tried it before, but had chickened out at the last moment. This time, I was determined. The staff were really courteous and made me feel comfortable. The speedboat took me out to the sea and before I knew, I was in the sky. Oh, what a feeling. Never felt this awesome before. Seeing me enjoy, My wife also decided to try parasailing and loved it. We recommend this to all adventure lovers. It is a great way to enjoy Dubai and all its offerings.     

If I could give this company a negative score I would. My partner and I booked an afternoon/evening tour of Dubai new town which promised to visit the iconic modern buildings of the city, recommended by the concierge from our hotel .... BIG MISTAKE. The tour was totally disorganised and did not fulfil the itinerary, the bus was a clapped out, filthy old bucket which could barely get past third gear. The tour guide's commentary was desultory at best, a mumbled load of rubbish, barely perceptible over the ancient PA system. I'll waste no more of my time over this company, I suggest you don't as well.
