Dubai is not a
stranger to breaking world records, and Ain Dubai adds yet another feather to
its cap. Ain Dubai, the largest and the tallest observation wheel, opened its doors for guests in October 2021. Located in Bluewaters Island, the Ain Dubai
Observation Wheel promises to be a popular attraction among tourists and locals
alike.
Ain Dubai is 250
meters high and has 48 air-conditioned capsules, which can hold around 1400
people. It takes 38 minutes for the wheel to complete one circle, during which
you would get to enjoy the myriad sights and attractions of the city. Apart
from the observation cabins, Ain Dubai also has social cabins and private or
VIP cabins. While social cabins are where you can hang out with your friends
while enjoying a drink, VIP cabins are where you can host parties and dinners
for your friends and colleagues.
Ain Dubai Observation Wheel - Highlights
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

- Please carry the tickets downloaded from the booking dashboard to gain entry.
- Carry a valid ID/Passport and your downloaded tickets for entry.
- Arrive 30–60 minutes early to complete the entry process.
- Children and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
- Ain Dubai will close 30 minutes before park closing.
- Cabins are fully air-conditioned, and one rotation takes 30 minutes.
- External food is not allowed; only F&B from Ain Dubai's lounge or concessions is permitted.
- Ain Dubai may close during sandstorms, rain, heavy winds, or technical malfunctions.
- Operational hours & peak hours are subject to change without notice and kindly refer to Ain Dubai official website for updated timings.
- The operational hours for Ain Dubai will be as follows:
- Non-Peak Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Peak Timings: 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Taking a ride of this tallest Ferris Wheel in the world was quite an experiencing. The cabin was large good enough to accommodate 30 people at a time. But due to the pandemic, only 7 to 8 people were allowed. As the ride started and cabin raised high, we enjoyed the magical views of Dubai’s world-famous landmarks was. Next time, we are definitely going to book the social cabin tickets with an access to a VIP lounge.
Dubai is beautiful and astonishing and the best way to experience it is by having a sky view of this mesmerizing city. And the best way to do so is taking a ride of the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel. We treated ourselves with jaw-dropping views from the air-conditioned cabins and captured amazing landmarks to fee our Instagram accounts.
It was a fantastic experience riding the world’s tallest and largest observation wheel. We enjoyed this experience by booking our ticket online on Rayna Tours website. Booking with this tour company also relieved us from carrying the ticket since QR codes for scanning were enough for the entry. We appreciate the effort of the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel management for putting in place all the safety protocols. Stepping into the cabin was like stepping into a room, it was that spacious. The 360-degree views of Dubai’s cityscape we had from the cabin is something we will not forget in our lifetime.
Thanks to the UAE government that they have opened up Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel for the public from the third week of October 2021. It was also good to see Covid-19 safety regulations being implemented due to which only 7 to 10 people were allowed in each cabin/pod. The stellar views that we got to take in through the glass panel of the cabin was magnificent. All in all, it was a rather smooth experience riding the world’s tallest observation wheel.
The chance to reserve a seat for Ain Dubai was too good to pass up. Since I am in Dubai till it opens, I wholly wish to get the experience of viewing Dubai from yet another breathtaking perspective.
My tickets for Ain Dubai are booked! I am quite excited and have already visited Bluewaters Island and this attraction looks magnificent. Looking forward to experiencing it and have a wonderful time.

Riding the world’s tallest observation wheel was a stunning experience. The unparalleled views of Dubai skyline and coastline are way beyond imagination. The Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel is a brilliant piece of artwork. Everything right from the building design to reception, the staircase leading to the platform, and the glass panels cabins is ingenious. Entering into the cabin and enjoying the spin as well as the amazing views was magnificent. We enjoyed uninterrupted views of Blue Islands, JBR, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina and lots more. Though the cabin was spacious and good enough to hold 20 people, it was restricted to 10, which was a good thing keeping the pandemic in view. Despite booking ordinary tickets, the whole experience was absolutely worth. Next time, we’re going to book a premium cabin with Rayna Tours and repeat the experience.
The Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel has really taken over the London Eye with its stunning height. The London Eye now looks too small in front of this due to being twice in height. The Ain Dubai Ferris wheel can truly be claimed as an engineering marvel with lots of re-defined feature from air-conditioning, climate-control technology, and the number of cabins attached to the wheel. I can say, there is no better way to enjoy the dazzling skyline of Dubai from a bird’s eye view than taking a ride of this observation wheel.
Lovely experience walking around the air-conditioned cabin and taking in 360-degree view of Dubai’s majestic skyline. We took the observation wheel ride during the daytime which enabled us to enjoy sprawling views of Dubai’s coastline. The wheel rotated in a gentle pace and gave us a whole lot of opportunities to take photos of architectural brilliance that dots Dubai city. After enjoying the ride and views, we also shopped for some souvenirs at downstairs.
Lucky to get my hands on early tickets to Ain Dubai. All I can guarantee is this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. There are three types of cabins available: Observation Cabins, Social Experiences and Private Cabins. Dubai looks heavenly from such a neck-craning height — and I never had a better view anywhere. Got to see it to believe it! The team is courteous and attentive. Summing it up as a dreamy and delicious experience. Maybe I come back for another ride super quick when it opens for everyone from 21st October.
Such fun to spot the landmarks of Dubai from a heart-stopping height. Enjoyed a marvellous ride for 38 minutes in an air-conditioned cabin. Out of the various options, I opted for the Social cabin. Top-notch service, breathtaking view, and a great range of treats and beverages. Worth every penny spent!
After waiting for so long, finally, Ain Dubai is opening. Booked tickets with Rayna Tours hassle-free for the sunset view. Ultra excited to hop in the glass-made capsules and go on a magical ride. The neighbourhood seems eventful, so for now, have browsed shops and restaurants.
