- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

- Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
- Lost, damaged or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services

One of the best tours and travel planners for dubai. The desert safari was really awesome and Mr. Dilawar Cheema who was our driver with his V6 Land Cruiser made our experience to next level.
Thus was one of the best experience we had in Dubai. Did not know what to expect and we were.not disappointed. This experience was out of this world. I booked the Dubai tour from India through the rayna tours which is in India.Rite from the beginning they goofed up with my trip.Their online rates are low but you can't book/they will cancel it automatically.Visa,Stay,sightseeing everything was worst experience as they themselves have no clarity.As a service recovery they provided another sight seeing as complimentary , we were a family of 4 and they provided only 3 tickets.The customer support guys try to blame you for their mistakes.Truly a pathetic experience.

Desert Safari With Yousef Excellent tour of the desert with great knowledge from the tour guide. The tour guide was very friendly and talkative which made our experience even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in learning more about the culture in Dubai!
It was just so much fun!! Yousef is the best guide, he is'nt like the others so you will enjoy a special and amazing trip! He explained a lot of things, not just about dubai and the desert in general, also about himself and his family. We also saw baby camels, they are soo cute!
My brother and me were picked up by Yousef right on time, amd he made sure everyone was okay and comfortable before moving. Ive been living in Dubai for the past 3 years and I've been on many safaris, but none were as enthusiastic as Yousef to explain about each landmark we were passing through, proudly representing his city in the best light possible, and this is not the good part. When we arrives to the Dunes, he gave us the special treat and it was just the most thrilling experience ever, thanks to his amazing driving skills and his upbeat personality. We finally arrived to the camp where Yousef explained where we need to go and wht we need to do for the best experience eve. He picked us up right after and expalined about the history of Dubai and how the UAE came to be. It was an exceptional experience with outstanding people.

Yousef, our safari guide, had been waiting patiently for us at the hotel as we had been stuck in traffic and thought we would be too late and miss our safari adventure. We hopped on into the car where while going to pick up the rest of the group he showed us a bit around telling us a bit about Dubai. He then told us I will now show you the real Dubai... And that is what he did! He took us up and down the sand dunes, making sure everyone was ok at all times. Our review is about Yousef. Amazing safari guide and we had a great experience and We would totally recommend that if anyone would like to book a safari trip book it with yousef! 100% fun times guaranteed! First of all thanks to Hotel receptionist who guide me and forward me to RAYNA TOURS for Desert Safari , it was a great and remember able experience , full of thrill and enjoyment , specially for those peoples who wants something different in their travels, I miss my camera , mobile camera in not enough so i recommend must take a good camera with you because you will find many things to capture. Driving in desert is not easy task but our Driver & guide Mr. Muhammad is so skilled and experienced as well as friendly guy. i took a selfi with him for my album. I suggest every one if you wants to visit Dubai then must go for desert safari

This is a must when you visit Dubai! The service was incredible; Yousef was amazing and was an incredible guide! He is truly the king of the desert. The atvs and camel rides were so fun. They truly offer everything you need. Pictures, henna, food, drinks, shisha, and an amazing show. If I could I'd give this more than five stars!!

We started at 8:30 AM from Al Nahda 2, Dubai. From there, we first went to a museum with old monuments and jewellery (don't remember the name). It was a breathe taking experience with the jewelleries collections. Then we went to the the Grand Zayed Mosque. It was an amazing experience. Then we went for the lunch to an authentic Lebanese restaurant which has the View of sea and Emirates Palace hotel. From there we went to the Lovure museum and Ferrari World. The guide was Rehmat Ullah and he was entertaining by keeping the group engaged with quizzes and constant commentary about the places and their historical information.
