We did a large number of tours starting with the Ferrari world, the Flacon helicopter ride which was one of the best tours of my life and of course the desert safari and a tour around the city in a private taxi. Rayna tours were very professional right from the enquiry stage. The salesperson Thomas was polite, patient and very transparent in his dealings. He tailored an itinerary to cover all out requests and requirements. The quality of all the tours weee second to none. Gafoor our city guide driver and Shafiq our desert safari driver were both very courteous and accommodating. Overall a fantastic experience, complete value for money.

I had a 24 hour layover in Dubai and I wanted to make the most of my time while there. I booked a private driver through the hotel concierge desk. The attendant at the hotel was very friendly, patient and accommodating. I was unsure of what was best for me and he did an excellent job selecting a tour. I booked a private driver and he showed me around city he also dubbed as my photographer. He was very knowledgeable about Dubai, shared some history and answered my questions. The vehicle used was very clean and the AC was on point. The only reason I didn't give the tour 5 stars was because I thought the door should have been opened for me each time I returned to the vehicle. There was also a few times when the driver was on a call. With that being said I highly recommend the driver and tour company!

Don't book anything with them and if you decide to book, make sure that you take a screenshot of everything. I have booked a desert safari tour, but I couldn't go. And in the website they say you can cancel your tour for free if it's prior than 6 hours before your tour. And I cancelled more than 12 hours before the tour thru the chat on the website. The attendant said that everything was cancelled and that wouldn't be any charges on my credit card. But he was wrong. They are charging everything. Because I couldn't make the tour that day. I booked another tour in rayna for another day and guess what? Nobody showed up at my hotel to pick me up. I had to call them and they told me they forgot about me, so I couldn't get to know Dubai's desert because it was my last day in Dubai. Worst experience ever! I am very disappointed

While in Dubai, I decided to make a last minute plan to reserve a full day tour of the city. I called the Ryna tours without any other information that what was on their pamphlet. My experience with the travel consultant was excellent. They helped me with a tour which was excellent and budget friendly. I requested for a clean vehicle and an customer friendly driver. They scheduled the tour with an excellent vehicle and and an extremely friendly and knowledgeable chauffeur named Dilawar Cheema. His knowledge of the city made our travel enjoyable and engaging. He replied to all our questions with patience throughout the trip.
