We had booked for a trip to Abu Dhabi on 29th November .Our driver Mr Wakar Ali Abro picked us up at 9 and we started of for the trip.He gave us good information through out the the entire journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.At the mosque he led us inside and was there to pick us up as well.The trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi was completed in an astonishing 1 hr time while going and returning as well which gave us additional time to roam Dubai in the evening .Great job by him

A day in Abu Dhabi My wife and I took a 1 day Abu Dhabi tour. The tour guide was Waqar Ali Abro. The tour company was Rayna Tours. Although the logistics set up by Rayna Tours were not great, this was compensated by Waqar’s “can do” and service focused approach. He was determined that we would enjoy a memorable day, seeing key sights and getting a good ‘feel’ for the Emirate. Waqar was excellent and we’d recommend him highly.

Great full day in Abu Dhabi with Zayed! Thanks to our tour guide Zayed we had a fantastic full day trip in Abu Dhabi. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he explained everything about what we see, local life and history! 5* service from Zayed! Previous day we also did the dessert half day with other guide which was ok. Exciting driving on the sand slopes but quite boring at the show place.

The whole process from booking until the end of the tour was amazing. The booking process was extremely easy and Yash took his time to explain everything via WhatsApp. Once we were booked, they reached out and made sure we had the drivers information. Tahir was our driver and tour guide, he is amazing. He went above and beyond. They picked us up from airport and even made an extra stop so that we could settle into our hotel. We had to worry about nothing, even the airport pick up was very smooth. The tour was a full day tour and basically includes everything you need to explore Abu Dhabi. I will be booking with them again for sure.

He was informative, polite, soft-spoken, and extremely professional throughout the journey. Touseef took care of us with genuine warmth and respect. He never rushed us, always made sure we were comfortable, and shared detailed information about every place we visited—even those stops we had covered earlier with other drivers. BEST TOUR GUIDE IN THE WORLD! 12 OUT OF 5 STARS!!! We went on many tours during our vacation to Dubai. This was our first trip. Out of all tours, this one was our favorite. For many reasons. We got to see beautiful sights. Most importantly, we had the BEST tour guide. Saeed Akhter was the very best. He showed up to recieve us early. I informed him that my mother is determined and in a wheel chair. He said no problem, he would treat her like his own mother. And he was AWESOME. Everywhere we went, Saeed would share fun facts about the location we would see. He offered us water and snacks. He would help my mother into her wheel chair and pushed her around everywhere we went. He knew ALL the photo spots. And he made sure she got every opportunity to take the best photos. Saeed took hundreds of photos for her today and got us around all day safely. We were so happy to have him as our tour guide that we will make sure to ask for him specifically when we return to Dubai in the future. Thank you so much for the best day of our vacation!

Muhammed Shafeeque was an excellent guide on an amazing tour of Abu Dhabi. Muhammed was easy to talk to, informed, and followed our lead on what our group wanted to spend time on. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Qasr Al Watan (Royal Palace) are stunning, and a must see for any visit to the UAE.

Mr Awais has been one of the kindest tour guides i have travelled with. He made sure we got well versed with the history, geography and the people associated with UAE and Abu dabi very well. Overall good experience but there is room for improvement. Firstly no clear instruction about pick up point. Confusing messages till last minute. Secondly this was BAPS included but not much time and rushed by the guide. Should be an hour.

We had taken BAPs temple and Abudhabi city tour. Bus started 1 hour late than schedule time. The Drive and guide were very rude and not interested for temple visit. Any body willing to go to BAPs temple should skip this company. Lots of time wested for shopping rather than sight seeing.

We visited Abu Dhabi on one of the tours organized from Rayna. We purchased our tour tickets from their sales representative, Almas Nasir, at Heritage Hotel, downtown Dubai. Almas took her time to explain us what this tour was all about and everything she said was true and surpassed our expectations. From the moment we booked the tour, hotel pick up, getting on the main buss and all activities planned from Rayna team we were well informed, and everything went smoothly. We visited some beautiful places and we left with the best impressions. It is important to follow their advice and instructions. There are some places that require proper clothing and behavior, but nothing unusual. This tour is long and is physically challenging, a lot of walking on the hot temperatures, but their team tried to make everything they can to make it happen. We were so happy with their service, so two days later we booked a desert safari tour from them, and this also was a beautiful experience. I will suggest this company to everyone who is looking to book tours during their stay in Dubai.

Tauheed Ahmad was our driver for the full day City tour. He was very polite, competent and helpful. Bravo! Our tour was interesting overall in the culture district. Beautiful the Louvre Museum and the Abrahamic family house (finally something has been concretely done for tolerance between religions). The Al Zayed Mosque was marvelous, but too crowded of tourists impolite and pushee. The Presidential Palace, nice, but my feeling was that no one really lived there.

I went on a one day trip with Rayna tour. My trip was wonderful and quite comfortable. We had a whole bus which took us from Dubai to Abu Dhabi for all the tourist places including the new Hindu Temple. We were guided by two amazing hosts Adeel bhai and Sultan bhai. Kiddos to both!! Zahid guide and driver waqas Khan Today was the Abu Dhabi tour. The best part of today s tour was the inclusion of BAPS temple at runtime. Maybe someone who wanted Ferrari world photo stop missed it as it was excluded. All islands were covered from the bus , One suggestion is that if any one spot can be given a specific time stop would be great. The two museums covered were not very attractive instead we could have given more time for dates market , instead of 10 min say something like 30 min. Mosque also was a beautiful experience, but time was 1 hour. As the main attraction of Abu Dhabi is the mosque that could have been given more time. Rest all was good. We had unexpected rains today but all was managed welll by Zahid and Waqas Khan. Waqas also gave his valuable suggestions of where we should take WC for senior citizen etc. Zahid also has good memory and knowledge. He was calm jovila and approachable. Overall good experience

Had a full day tour to Abu Dhabi with tour guide Kamran Khan and driver asultan. Overall visited quite a number of famous locations but customer services gave us a wrong schedule so got rather upset when we found out Louvre is not within our tour. Just ask for the correct schedule when u book.

Smooth communication and drivers coming on time made our experience great. Just one thing, please inform about the time limit for Abu Dhabi city tour. It was mentioned by our driver that city tour is for 10 hours from hotel pickup to hotel drop and their are extra charges if we take time beyond that. This isn't enough time to do a theme park like Ferrari World and city tour on the same day. It's a crowded place and people would want to maximize their tickets expenses by exploring it completely, hence it should be done on a separate day completely dedicated to it. Please don't included theme parks as part of 10 hour city tour makes no sense. This would have been a 5 star experience if only we were told before hand about 10 hour thing and extra charges.

Long journey. Lot of things to see : Some stops are useless (like the Ferrari world) For the restaurant, maybe explain to people that is a choosen restaurant and they don’t have much choice. Otherwise, give them more time at the mosk where choices are possible. Otherwise, professional crew and kamar was lot of knowledges and know very well Abu Dhabi.

Wonderful trip. I highly recommend that you take this day trip to Abu Dhabi. Our tour guide Adeel and driver Faizullah were great hosts. We enjoyed Adeel’s commentary on the history, and culture of UAE. His storytelling skills masterfully mixing the human dimension with facts and figures was informative and entertaining. The best part of the tour was the Palace - Qasr Watan - the main grand hall is actually mesmerizing - and you need to budget time to just stare at the craftsmanship of the building. All 5 rooms were a pleasure to visit. The Abu Dhabi mosque is also an amazing place to visit. If you just do Dubai and don’t do this tour - you will of course get the glitz of Dubai - but Abu Dhabi is where you willl get a feel for Arab culture.

We did the half day tour of Abu Dhabi and although we got off to a late start because of a traffic accident, we were given enough time at all the different attractions to enjoy them fully. Smit Joshi, our guide, and Vinu, our driver, were both excellent and enhanced our experience. Smit was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the attractions we visited. As someone else has mentioned, the ‘museum’ visit is a cover to sell carpets and doesn’t really add to the experience of the tour. We really enjoyed our excursion and would have no hesitation in recommending it, especially with Smit and Vinu, who are a credit to the company.

Fawad Alam was one of the best tour guides I’ve had and I have been in more than 30 countries repeatedly. He was friendly and kind, respectful and professional. He had ample knowledge of the tourist places of interest and was always willing to share information about them. My friend could not walk and on occasions he obtained and pushed a wheel chair, as well as making sure we saw and did what we wanted. He still finished the very long day with a smile. The tour led by Kamran Ahmed was fantastic! His guidance really made the experience enjoyable. The only downside was the absence of Wi-Fi on the bus, which made staying connected a bit challenging. Nonetheless, Kamran's leadership and sense of humour made up for it, creating an overall great tour experience.
