- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.

- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.

- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.

- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities

- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Rayna Tours helped me to get my 30 multiple entry visa into the United Arab Emirates to tour Dubai. I have used their services twice and it always has been a good experience. This is when my husband surprised me with the Marhaba elite services Dubai package and put all my worries to rest. I am really impressed by the services. Right from the moment I and my kids stepped into the airport to the time we boarded the flight, each and every thing was taken care of. I was so relieved. Thank you Marhaba. We booked the Desert Safari tour through Viator, the company had initially told us they would pick us up from the hotel between 2-2:30 PM but would confirm the exact time on the day of the trip. We never received a call from the vendor, after multiple calls they finally picked us up at 4:30 PM and drove us to the camp site. The Dune bashing lasted 10 minutes, upon arrival at the camp we were greeted by multiple individuals who wanted to sell more stuff to us. The appetizer was served 30 minutes prior to dinner and everyone was only allowed one sandwich and two pieces of vegetarian option, if you wanted more you had to get back in line. The dinner was even worse then the appetizer, they had 3 different line, one for rice and salad, one fro BBQ and one for dessert. Everyone was allowed one piece of chicken and one lamb kabob, which was served by an individual and if you wanted more, you had to get in the back of the line. There are so many options in Dubai, and this is probably the worst company, even if they offered the Desert Safari at 75% off, it still wouldn't be worth it. They advertise all you can eat BBQ buffet, but the BBQ only includes chicken and lamb kabob, which by the way is served to you as if you are in prison.
They cancelled our tour without letting us know. We got our money back but we could not go on the safari due to limited stay in dubai. Rayna tours is a monopoly of things to do in Dubai while being run in India. There is no clear communication or guidance. They provide contact numbers that are unreachable. They quote people whatever price to get as much money as they can out of people. It's not about the client's comfort and a memorable experience, it's about how deep is your pocket and how can they get their hands in it. If I took anything from my trip to Dubai, is that Dubai needs to wake up and not give away the profit to another country.
I used Rayna for an express e-visa service to Dubai, which was described as taking 1-2 working days, the visa was emailed to me on the 2nd working day as promised! Very efficient and responded timely to every query, they were also very price competitive compared to other agencies in the market. I would use them every time for this type of service, highly recommended!
