I booked a ride for the dunes in the desert of Dubai and it was a great experience, good food also. Our driver Zamir Ali was very nice and fun. Fully recomended.

Never book the package from this company as they don't cooperate with you even if the flight got delayed and it not your mistake. Their drivers and they themselves dont know how to talk to their guests. And make you feel like beggers and they don't understand that if people can spend money to go to dubai they don't care about money. So this company is a garbage company to ever deal with. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We booked the Dinner in Sky tickets with Rayna Tours and had a wonderful experience. We tasted the best food Dubai has to offer and feasted our eyes on the panoramic view of the striking cityscape of Dubai.

The dining platform was spacious enough for our two families comprising of 18 members, including the staff. The starter with mineral water was good. The main course and the desserts served were delicious. We ordered seafood for the main course and the Continental plate for starters. The quality of all the food was superb.

It was a memorable chill-out experience at his sub-zero lounge. We had to wait in the buffer zone for a while to get acclimated with the chilling temperature. Once we put on the thermal clothing and stepped inside the lounge, we were engrossed in its illuminated and unique interiors.

We had an enjoyable evening doing the Desert Safari. Made memories, thanks to Muntazir Hussain. He was prompt on his pick up time, and could answer all our questions about Dubai, rather UAE. He offered to take some photographs, with our phone, and they turned out to be beautiful. The highlight of the evening was as the dune bashing and not to forget the entertainment provided at the camp. The dancers were excellent!! Thank you, Muntazir and Rayna Tours.

The experience of dining in the sky was amazing. We order Mediterranean as appetizer and beef and lamb for the main course. Both the food was great and the view outstanding.

We booked Dinner in the Sky tickets for our group of 15 people, who all met for a wedding in Dubai. Rayna Tours handled the pick-up and drop-off in a brand new wide-stretch limo with a professional chauffeur. This trip was ok”our driver was very good and we were taken in a mini van with two others. After a stop at a shop where we were encouraged to buy head ware, we were taken to the desert. It was interesting to see the desert camp, but it didn't feel authentic. We didn't do the dune bashing, so just sat and waited for the dinner. Food was ok, but just a barbecue with salad and the entertainment was like circus acts. Everything was ok, but we didn't think it was a true desert experience

Deepesh Tejwani was an excellent guide, he provided many laughs and ensured we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend him as a guide to anyone.

We went for dinner in the desert last weekend. It was overall a good experience. It was value for money and good fun. Included in the programme was free pick-up and drop-off at your hotel, free camel rides, free henna design, buffet dinner, and several performances. We were picked up a little late but it did not hamper our enjoyment of the trip. The minivan was clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning (thank goodness!). When we reached the desert, we were transferred into several vehicles to take us to the camp. The vehicle drove us through the dunes, making several detours before reaching the camp. Although the dune driving was not as long as in the 'desert safari' programmes, it wasn't made clear on the website that this mini dune bashing was included in the dinner in the desert. Fortunately, the ride was short and nobody showed signs of motion sickness. If you want to take the dinner in the desert tour to avoid dune bashing, it's better to clear this with the management before booking your tour. The camp was larger than I thought. Camel riding was free but it costs 10 AED to take pictures with the falcon. Henna designs were also free (Small ones only) with larger ones costing 10 AED and above. Quad biking and horse riding were also available. The camp itself lacked authenticity. It has signs saying welcome in English, Rayna Tours branding, and big neon lights; didn't think these were particularly traditional or Bedouin. Dinner was good, with salads, hummus, tabbouleh, falafel, etc. For those who eat meat, you can expect BBQ lamb and chicken. Only some drinks were free, such as water, unbranded Arabic soft drinks, instant coffee and tea. Other drinks like Coke were chargeable. Later in the evening, there were several performances. I found them all to be really good. First up was a Turkish spinning dancer, followed by a fire eater and a belly dancer. While the belly dancing was still on, our guide came over to our table and told us that we had to leave. It was really abrupt and we were not told beforehand what time we were expected to leave the camp. To return to the minivan, we had to hop onto the vehicles again and go through the sand dunes. The driver seemed to be in a hurry and forgot to tell us to put our seatbelts on. He was driving very fast and with one hand! Fortunately, we reached the minivan in one piece and then got to our destinations safe and sound. Although I had fun, I urge Rayna Tours to take health and safety more seriously. Tips: - Wear flip flops, unless you want to get sand in your shoes. I still have sand from a few days ago in my trainers - Bring hand sanitiser
