- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

- A valid ID needs to be provided upon check-in.
- Guests are required to bring their own jacket and sunglasses to wear during the Gyrocopter ride specially for winters.
- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to their booking/flight time to the location.

- Please note for the Gyrocopter flight the age should be 17 years old or older and the Weight should be 100 kg or less.
- Athletic, comfortable clothes are advised; t-shirts/tops must have sleeves.
- Sneakers or sports shoes are ideal for your experience. Please make sure your shoes don't have any buckles or studs on them.
- Phones, Cameras, or Selfie Sticks are not allowed on board of open-style gyrocopters for safety reasons.
- Low-cut tops, sleeveless tops, collared shirts, crop tops or short shorts, Sandals, boots or heeled/platform shoes are not allowed.
- Gyrocopter operations can be suspended due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. You can reschedule the booking as per your availability.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Operating the open cockpit gyrocopters with flights flown at an altitude of 1500ft.

Had an amazing day sightseeing the beautiful skyscrapers of dubai.... Mr. Wajahat was a great companion who not only took us to various destination but also guided us well about the place and suggested some good cusine we could try out.
Firstly, the agent @Pankaj was helpful for booking our expriences packages. The desert safari was great except for the meat barbecue was dry. What made it exeptional was our driver @Fahad Abubakar. He was very helpful, honest and a good driver. We are a group of 5 friends who definitely enjoyed the desert safari last night.
We had a great night at the safari in Dubai. Our driver Manoj was very experienced and made the sand dune ride extra fun. The food was surprisingly very good as well. We would highly recommend this tour!

It was the best experience enjoying an aerial view of Dubai’s striking landmarks with this gyrocopter flight. The cityscape of Dubai looked extra beautiful from several thousand feet above the ground.
The pilot for the gyrocopter flight was experienced. He flew the aircraft quite high and over the prime locations of Dubai and let us enjoy panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Eye, Atlantis Hotel Burj Al Arab, and World Islands.
When I booked and paid for the gyrocopter tour, I felt it too pricey. But when the tour started and as the gyrocopter took me high above the ground, I started to feel the money paid for the tour worth. The tour gave me the moment to experience what it was like to be an eagle as this large bird only can fly so high. The sweeping view of the ground from the gyrocopter was so surreal that I wished the tour was for a longer duration.
The safety instruction provided by the staff was very useful and calming for taking the tour. The pilot was an experienced candidate. He rode the gyrocopter above strategic locations and help me enjoy all the charming and famous attractions of Dubai from several thousand feet high. The tour was thrilling, exciting, and fun all the way.
Since I didn’t have the stomach for skydiving, I resorted to gyrocopter tour by booking it through Rayna Tours. I need to say that it was an amazing experience. Flying several thousand feet high above the ground and taking in the breathtaking views of the Dubai’s coastline, desert, and the Arabian ocean was fun and thrill at the same time.
Lovely experience riding the gyrocopter with an experienced pilot. I loved the 20 minutes when I was high in the sky safe and comfortable inside the flying machine and praising my luck for having me enjoy bird’s eye view of all those things that make Dubai supremely different from other countries.
