Adventure Zone Watersports - Highlights
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Adventure Zone Watersports - Important Information
- You will be notified by our team for the confirmation which needs to be carried with the voucher.
- Please contact our customer support if you do not receive any update from our team within 24 hours.
- Please bring your original passport or Emirates ID with you to be presented at the counter.
- This experience is NOT suitable for pregnant women.
- NO previous experience is required.
- Children under 6 years will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.
- Driver must be at least 16 years old.
- Guests are requested to wear comfortable clothes that you are okay with getting a bit wet, just in-case. Best to wear water-proof clothes or swimwear (some tours include swimming time).
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

Driving the speed boat while seeing Dubai's stunning shoreline from the water was an absolute blast.
The Seakart session offered us the experience of jet skiing and an inflatable boat ride simultaneously. This water adventure is an absolute necessity when visiting Dubai.
Riding the seakart for the first time was difficult for me. Thanks to the expert instructor who helped me understand its features and get hang of the watercraft very soon. Once I was able to control it on my own, riding it was a joy.
The seakart ride was adrenaline-fuelled. Looking at the breathtaking attractions bordering the coastline was pure treat for the eyes.
The Seakart 335, which is a watercraft, and a Category C boat was well-maintained. I tried it all alone with the help of briefing from the instructor. The safety features of the watercraft and the life jacket were useful to enjoy on the water independently.
The seakart was very powerful. I experienced its sheer power when the expert instructor accelerated it. I felt the same kind of fun and thrill that one gets with jet skiing.
Outstanding seakart adventure in Dubai. This water sport incorporates fun and thrill of a jet ski and some elements of an inflatable boat. We tried the seakart with an expert and had a good time.
This was a safe and exciting water adventure that we experienced in Dubai. With this Seakart adventure, we soaked in breathtaking views of the impressive coastline of Dubai.
We experienced the thrill of jet skiing and safety of an inflatable boat with this exciting water sport. Though it was safe, we tried the activity with an expert instructor so that we can take in the views of the surroundings.
Purchased our safari from a Rayna rep at our hotel Wyndham Dubai Marina, he was very patient with me as i was not sure which safari to take for our few days in Dubai. We were picked up from our hotel by Tahir our host for the day. Adrenaline and fun filled day ended with a beautiful dinner and show. Tahir was with us throughout and at one point some people sat on our table when we had gone to the bathroom but as soon as we approached Tahir and told him about it he solved it swiftly with no drama. If you are an Adrenaline junk take the safari. I personally enjoyed the quad bike ride but my husband enjoyed the dune bashing so win win.
I bought the tickets, never received the tickets and no one replies to email, phone numbers dont work. Is it a scam
Friendly telephone from Waleed telling you that the car waits for you in front of your hotel. Ride to the outskirts of the Dubai city to a gas station on the border of the desert. Waleed gets out of the car and decreases the pressure in tyres to make it possible to drive on the sand through the desert. One lively song played full-out changes the sleepy tourists into a party! This is really a bumpy ride and the driver knows what he's doing, drifting and jumping on the high dunes. After blood-freezing drive, we get to a camp with coffee, camels, food, fire show, belly dance, Tanura dance and henna. In the late evening, no one wants to leave the hectic desert camp.
