Took my family and it was a wonderful experience. Very thrilling and keeps you on edge when doing dune bashing. One of the best things to do in Abu Dhabi. Sunil Kumar was our driver who made us comfortable and a very good and experienced driver also great photographer. The evening was finished of with camel rides and sand boarding. Driver Rizwan Mughal who allotted for city tour is very arrogant, he just drive he don't tell us information about sight scenes, he don't cooperate, becoz of him we missed Dubai museum which was included in that day trip, he said car is for ur service is allotted for 4 hrs only so I can't show u( that not good we pay very high amount for Dubai trip it very unfair if u miss any point because of drivers arrogancy)

We were blessed to be served by Mr Kishan Alwani, a very professional, helpful and patient tour advisor based in Novotel Dubai. His recommendation to take the city tour and the Sand dune bashing trip was the best thing that happened since we only had 2.5 days in Dubai. The city tour was pretty comprehensive and gave us an overview of the city in 8 hours (worth the money paid). However, the tour guide we had that day was below our expectation. He was soft spoken, didn't give us much information of what we going to expect next, and did not lead the group very well. However, we enjoyed the Sand Dune bashing trip and our driver, Mohd Aamir, was quite funny and tried hard to make us scream with excitement. The bedouin experience was also great. Because the weather was perfect, it made the whole experience even more memorable and worth the money too. Thanks, Kishan, for your good recommendation.

It was my family trip to Dubai. One of my friends recommended to do with Rayna tours. Starting with booking online to executing tour was almost flawless. He took us to amazing place where buffet lunch was lavish, although it was little expensive. Great job Adnan. Loved Abu dhabhi tour with you. There was a person from Kerala who took us for desert safari - I don't know his name. He was amazing too. Very friendly. (For rayna tours folks - Just to identify this person, I remember he talking about his past work in Soudi Arabia) The reason why I said almost flawless was due to one disappointment - In my tour plan, the dessert safari was mentioned as 3 pm. However no one in advance informed me as its preponed to 2 pm due to day-light. I had to rush back to my hotel in between my lunch when I spoke to Mr. Mohit. Anyway this was just feedback to sales team to update their timings on website and on booking receipt too. All in all, I must recommend people travelling to Dubai to go with Rayna tours. They have great team. I'm not sure Rayna tours manages other tours in other contries. I would definitely like to consider them if they have.
